They post item prices on their signboard, but then the item price on the screen is higher, which is ILLEGAL! After claiming that the sign is wrong (which begs the question of when they're going to fix it), I asked if they would adjust/override the price displayed on the screen to match the price on the signboard, which they REFUSED to do! I love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and as usual it was superb! However, me adding a chocolate frosty at the window shouldn't be a big deal. I simply decided I wanted one. The guy at the window was very rude to begin with and seemed to blame me for his bad day or say that I made it worse somehow. He was very unfriendly and made me uncomfortable. How do I give 0 stars? I ordered through the drive thru window (simple sandwich and a large coke), paid at the window and was instructed to park next to the 2 cars that were waiting for their orders as well. The other 2 cars received their orders (waiting about 10 minutes while I was there). In the mean time, 3-4 other cars had placed their orders and were placed next to me in the parking spaces. The other cars started receiving their orders and mine still had not been served. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, I left as I have a job to get to on time. As someone who works in retail customer service management, this kind of service would not be tolerated. This was a total lack of service. Paid nearly $10 for a sandwich and a drink and was not even given the drink. I will not be back to this location. I can see why Wendy's are closing all over the country if this is typical. read more

Once again , I was assigned a uber pickup for delivery at this store and like every other time they didn't have the order and said someone else had picked it up. They did make the order but took a long time. I have been to this store at least a half dozen times and they always have trouble getting the order ready. I had the worst experience at this Wendy's.. I was door dashing and I got an order for Wendy's, they closed at 1 am, this order was around 12:30 am. When I got there the lobby was closed so I tried to go through the drive through to pick it up. Nobody came to the speaker. Multiple employees saw me in my car and didn't say or do anything. So I pulled up to the window to see if they would at least open the window door and ask what I needed but once again they saw me and didn't do anything. About 5 minutes passed by and nothing happened so I decided to call. I called four times and nobody answered till the 4th time. Mind you I watched the phone ring THROUGH the drive through window. When the guy finally answered I told him I was there to pick up a DoorDash. He proceeded to tell me that someone had already picked up the order. (They didn't). I ended up just leaving and the man that had ordered the food had to cancel his order. They were open but everything was shut off and they just clearly didn't want to make the food. Management needs to do better here because wtf. It was so bad I want to give it a zero star rating but I can't do that so I guess I'll give it a one star lol read more

Don't eat here! Terrible/horrible I placed a mobile order ahead of time for asap. I showed up 7 minutes later and no one was making my order. The manager was arguing with the person that was actually working telling them to stop doing what they were doing to make the order. I just did a drive through order and they weren't even close. They still charged me $35 but I think they made up at random what went into the foil. I counted the sandwiches and thought I was good. Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a baconator meal with vanilla frosty, burger was so old tasted stale, fries were cold. Baked potato was dry and cold. My frosty I ordered turned out to be a coffee, it's way part coffee hours. I'm super pissed! Should if ordered from Mc Donald's. Never had this issue. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. The "manager" Larissa was a complete ding bat. She was so focused on the money that she left out the POOR QUALITY of food. Who the heck made her manager? First off, the bathroom was clean! So was the rest of the restaurant, but bonus points for a clean restroom! The manager on shift, Carlos, was excellent. Our order was simple but as I approached to see if I could get some ranch dressing for fries, an elderly gentleman was ordering and Carlos was extremely accommodating and patient with the order. Likewise, another employee was asked to cover the front as he helped the elderly gentleman out. That employee was also professional and promptly assisted another customer. read more

Grubhub driver here. I delivered from over 100 restaurants in FoCo and this Wendy's is tied with FatShack for WORST places to deliver food from. They think it's okay to make delivery orders only after all other customers are gone. Extreme time wasters. One time I showed up to pick up a delivery, and the idiot manager started gaslighting me, telling me they had "no mobile orders". She refused to make my fucking delivery even after I showed the order on my GrubHub delivery driver app. Stubborn m.f refused to admit she was wrong and screwed me over. I had to call customer support to cancel for my customer... Lastly, half the menu always out of stock. AVOID!!! read more

I've been going to this Wendy's for years. It's about would you expect - fresh, hot food, especially if you're in a line of cars. I really enjoy the Dave's single and like that they have fresh meats and veggies are always really fresh too. Their fries are best hot! This was a really bad stop for a quick snack. I went through the drive thru, when I received my order is was missing nearly half the items. I went inside to resolve the issue and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes before I could get to anyone. They had quite the line of unhappy patrons. When I got back out to the car the rest of the order was cold, and actually I suspect it was never hot because the cheese had not melted. Nevertheless I get what I ask for. This Wendy's location deserves zero stars. Service is beyond horrible and slow. We waited 10 minutes for our order because they "forgot" something? But yet it's acceptable to just stand around doing nothing? But what's worse is the prevalence of flies. Yes, flies. All over the place. Flies where they are preparing food. Flies around your food while eating. Files in the cups (or so we overheard). And we've found a fly in an ice cube a few years ago. Very disappointing service. I live nearby and visit this location often but after today I will never visit Wendy's again. An employee by the name Lenea Townsend (she told me her full name) places a dirty mayo packet in my bag. It looked like a wet dead bug or poop to be honest this same employee who has been nasty to me in the past was extremely rude and stand offish to me because I made a comment about the dirty mayo. If I had ordered fries they would have been contaminated. I notified the manager who I have informed of this behavior in the past and she told me she'd handle it which is what she told me last time.
