I've only dined-in one time, and usually come to this location for the drive-thru, but only right after breakfast time otherwise it's absolutely packed and the line can only be so long before cars are piling onto College. However, the service has always been pleasant and fast. They've only forgotten our fries and a drink one time, so that's not too terrible. The food is usually hot and tasty. The amount of sauce you get when you ask for it is different every time - sometimes I get 6, other times I get 2. Not sure what that's about. This review is solely based off a delivery pick up experience. Was a little tricky to figure out where to park. I am not a regular chic fil'a person so the drive in line verses how you get around to the parking spot i found to be a little challenging. Wow! is this place every hopping!!!! Found a spot to park, came in and was greeted. I let them know I was there for a pick up. They said it would be just a bit but didn't really say how long. But I guess because of the busyness they were behind and had to wait for at least 5 minutes if not longer. Several other delivery pick up folks were there as well waiting to pick up their orders. Once they got it out, it was all bagged great and labeled. The restaurant was clean and it seemed like it would be a cute little place to eat. Egg white grill muffin is my fav! Super friendly staff, place is always clean, food is hot which is a huge bonus and the WiFi is always on point. Oh and I ask for my hashbrowns well done and they come perfectly crispy. Beware it can be a bit tricky trying to find parking at this location during peak times, but they have done some improvements to their drive through to help alleviate the drive through madness. The service and efficiency of this restaurant is great, but the food preparation is why I have it a 2 star. I ordered the egg with hash brown w/ nuggets. First of all I don't like cheese with my eggs especially when the cheese looks like 9 hour old melted gold lava chips. Second , why is the hash browns at the bottom of the bowl where it soaked up all that oil making it so soggy . Thank god I ordered hash brown separately. The final problem was that salsa sauce which made the meal taste like the sweaty armpits of a lumber jack in the rainy season. Please do better. read more

Unfortunately, I had the worst Chick-fil-A meal I've ever had. I've never had bad food from a Chick-A ever. Went to this location today and the fries were soggy and ordered a 12 count nugget meal. The nuggets were the size if nuggets you might find at the bottom a bag! Terrible! My husband and always share a 12 count and the pieces were so small we couldn't share. We left hungry. Also we thought it strange that the nuggets seemed like cheap nuggets you would buy at a store frozen and then bake them. Tasted terrible! The sodas were flat and didn't even taste like Dr Pepper. Very sad. I have never written a complaint about Chick-if-A so I blame it on this particular location. I will always eat at Chick-fil-A but most likely not this location again. I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A since the day this place opened its doors. Even though this location is always packed with customers (as most Chick-Fil-A's usually are), they handle the load extremely well and I enjoy coming here! The employees are always respectful and seem to enjoy their jobs. I must say as a manager myself, that it can be hard to find and retain employees with good attitudes and great work ethics when it comes to an entry level position, but they know what they're doing. Never once have I walked into this restaurant to find a dirty table, spill, or any other mess that was not promptly taken care of. The food is always the best- hot and quick. If I ever wanted a part time, just-for-fun job, I'd probably work here because of the environment (and food discounts hopefully). One of my friends used to work here and she really enjoyed it. I commend the owner and others in leadership here for their consistent service and commitment to quality and value! read more

I am one of those that believes that service is the most important thing in a food service business (unless the food is miserable, of course). I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A location since they opened and I have always been pleased with the service. I have very few instances when my order has been incorrect and the food always tastes great! The employees are awesome and they are always so friendly. The company values great customer service and providing a great experience for their customers and it shows. The chicken is great of course, but if you haven't tried the desserts, you are missing out! I love the cookies and cream milkshake! There are actually Oreos in it and you can tell there are chunks of the cookie filling in the shake and that makes me feel happy. I am sure you will have a good experience here and I will be surprised if you don't hear "my pleasure" during your visit. read more
