That as good as it gets for a sub shop, good food good service clean restaurant. Been visiting this restaurant for quite a while.

Great sandwiches and nice place. I love hot Sandemans they have great variety. I took a picture with fireman jacket. Ha

Ordered 45 variety of box lunches for an event. Excellent service, presentation, ease of online ordering, and on time delivery. Nice work and great subs! read more

Firehouse subs are very good. They have a variety of different subs which is a surprise as most sub places have a limited variety. The portions are manageable for any type of eater. The names of the sandwiches are of fire department terms which was predictable but fun all the same time. Staff was friendly the food was good and filling. Price normal and I believe some of the sales went to a charity which was impressive. read more

I ordered on the online app. Total came to 48.92 for 3 subs two with upgraded sides. So they were late getting subs made. My daughter picked them up and brought them home. We were less than 5 min away. My sub was missing the pickle. The upgraded side to loaded potato soup cup stale and sour. So i didnt eat it afraid it would make me sick. There is a reason people aren't eating out and this would be it. I paid a lot of money for marginal food and food that wasnt edible. Never again!! read more

Me and my son went in to firehouse for lunch and since he doesn't know how to chew due to an uncurable illness related to chewing. the wonderful workers at the firehouse, madelin and ryan, performed the Heimlich procedure on my frail little son and saved his life. they deserve a 50% raise plus the nobel peace prize. thank u for everything you do firehouse workers. read more

The staff weren't too friendly. But the subs were great. I've been past this so many times and decided to stop by only to test out a T Mobile coupon and it worked out. The subs are freshly prepared and great to taste. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey was quite brilliant. read more

Firehouse Subs is housed in the same place where Spicy Pickle used to be on Harmony and Timberline. I ordered the Meatball Sub. It had a good Italian sauce to it just like it should. Far too many times I get Meatball Subs where the sauce has a sweet flavor to it. It is tolerable for me but those of us who are smart know that it isn't REAL tomato/spaghetti sauce. Firehouse also has what looks like a state of the art soda machine. Huge variety to pick from like Lime and Orange flavored Coke! read more

It was good- though not great. I was in a Carnivorous mood and ordered a Roast Beef sub.....Didnt know they come hot - unless otherwise requested. Granted its in a different area of town, but I will still be loyal to the Backcountry and Pickle Barrel Deli. read more

The staff here has been nothing but conscience and kind during the covid 19 issues.. they do their best to get the orders ready and correct with a kind and Considerate manner.. food is great! I don't eat our much. Gluten intolerance and after the kind employee recommended the gluten free bread-/ I ordered a a sandwich (I was there to pick up an order for family).. the gluten free roll is fabulous !! This location is awesome.. please venture out and try them in Lone Tree.. read more

We love Firehouse Subs! The items are always fresh snd the staff is always welcoming! Great bread and bakery snell when you walk in! Great place! read more

If you come to Firehouse subs, you'll get a good sandwich. But the atmosphere (for me, anyway) inside the restaurant sucks, making the whole experience much less enjoyable. As a result, I've only been twice. I do like that you can get the nutritional info of your meal (definitely online, but I think they also post it). This helps me to make a good eating choice. But seriously, they've crammed in so many tables you have very little space to walk through the restaurant. It feels very claustrophobic to me. But if you are just there for the food, they certainly rank above a chain like Subway, so go for it! read more

I don't know how my review was removed maybe I was to honest about the disgusting service I received so I'll try and be a little less graphic in my review but I'm not doing anyone any favors by doing so. I was completely disrespected by some chick who said she was sam ,the employee, she was pale in face red cheeks and evil beety eyes who told me she would rather waste my remade sandwich and throw it in the trash because THEY screwed up my order, rather than to replace a meal for me that they promised to remake. This chick obviously has never lived outside mommy and daddy home and hasn't had a single hardship in life otherwise she wouldn't be so willing to toss away a perfectly fine sub just because she doesn't like the customer . She needs to wake up and see the world isn't going to reward this kind of attitude like mommy and daddy have or like firehouse subs seems to also do. I called the number the "sam" Chick gave me for her boss and the same chick answered the phone and pretended to be her boss at home in her nightgown , her words not mine. Super creepy to say the least. My gf got an email from the other manager tonight and his "apology was just about as sad as sam's face. The whole company is sour . I wouldn't recommend going here as the whole company displays the exact behavior of the type of people who spit in sandwiches if you order last minute just because it's inconvenient for them. Seriously, I worked fast food before and let me say THAT HAPPENS! MOST DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR IV BEEN A WITNESS OF AND THESE PSYCHOS AT FIREHOUSE SUBS ARE THE EXACT PERSONALITY TYPE TO DO SUCH A THING AND DONT EVEN HAVE TO HAVE A REASON. If you don't believe me, going and tell them they screwed up a sub and would like to replace it and see exactly what I'm talking about. But don't say I didn't warn you. I literally had a nightmare about this sam chicks face last night . I'm so thankful they did honor their word and replace a simple meal for someone who paid almost $50 bucks for their pathetic sub, I wouldn't eat here again even if they honored my meal and comped it then paid me on top of that. Not In a million yrs. read more

Don't stand near the chips, they'll accuse you of stealing, make you take off your jacket, make you wait while they review the video footage and then give no apologies for their mistake. Then they'll rudely make you leave incorporating a 'strong arm' customer to push you out of the store. I'm 68 year old retired professional and have never stolen anything in my life!!! I think they need a personnel turnover at this store. Worst customer service ever!!! read more

I come to firehouse subs expecting to be fairly quick just like any other sub shop. In fact I ordered 30 minutes ahead on the app. I got to the shop and with just 3 people eating in the shop, somehow it took an additional 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made. Yup 45 minutes for 1 sandwich. Doesn't help that the employees are rude. read more

holy crap bro's, I mean HOLY CRAP! this firehouse subs location is great for quite a few reasons but I just cant get over how super dooper kick ass my sub was that I ordered. I ordered a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and I was all like GOOOOOD LAAAAAAWD HAVE MERCY! I am disappointed in myself for not taking a picture of it but i was just so awestruck by its delectable look that I just had to dive right in and attack it. No worries though cause I'll damn sure be back here and I shall not forget to photograph my meal every again because the way these subs look need to be shared with the world. I even got a drinky drink with a bag of chippy chips and a pickle on the side that I damn near had to abandon because of the sheer size of my sub. Their fountain soda machine has SO many flavors of soda I was dumbfounded and I believe I tried at least 6 different flavors that were all pretty badass. The employees behind the counter all stayed busy and they were able have my subby sub out to me in what I believe to be RECORD time. I sat inside and enjoyed my incredibly amazing sub in a very clean environment to include the shitters which were also sparkling clean. When you're paying they even ask you if you'd like to round up your total to help benefit firefighters/first responders which I do every single god damn time because its the right thing to do. Its also in a badass location with several other little shops for eating and or getting a haircut before or after which is a very fun thing to do or even after a workout at the gym right across the street and then coming over to firehouse and stuffing my fat ass face and ruining the workout I just had. Ok, so theres no end to how much amazing shit I can say about this firehouse subs location, the quality of the food, the quality of the people and just its over all bad assery, I think if you come here it may be a long time before you go to a subway again. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my roommates, one of the sandwiches was completely missing, another was completely incorrect, and the third had a hair in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he took down my information and promised a refund or a free sandwich if I came in person. The next day I came in and gave them my info and the cashier told me he talked to his manager and he decided they didn't mess up my order at all and basically called me a liar and said they weren't willing to compensate me anymore going back on their word. Following this I called the store the next day to talk to the General Manager, he doubled down on this calling me a liar and saying they didn't actually mess up anything on the order when the entire order was messed up. I have never been treated like this by any company in my life and if you value your money or quality of food I would strongly suggest never going to this location. I will never go back to a firehouse subs much less this location ever again. read more

So disappointed! I usually love the Meatball Sub, but the one I got yesterday was awful! The bread was hard and almost burnt, and there was hardly any sauce on it. The meatballs were lukewarm, and they put a pickle right on top of the sandwich, so that part was soggy. Not sure I'll be back after that experience. read more

Delicious sandwiches and goes to a good cause. Ordering online is simple with setting a time for pickup (although you are unable to use a gift card on online orders) read more

Good hot subs that are piled with meat(s), cheese and a good balance of mayo, onions, tomatoes and lettuce all between two pieces of toasted french bread. The flavors mixed very well with each other, even though there wasn't enough mayo for me. I also tried the chili, very little use of the kidney beans, which is good thing. It was a little more like a soup then a chili though, but overall good tasting. The place was packed at lunch time, hardly any place to sit or park. They also have a large assortment of hot sauces and condiments for people to use. read more

I didn't realize it was a chain at first but for a chain sandwich place it was one of the better ones their BBQ tri tip sandwiches are slow roasted the ambiance is very nice the bread is fresh the service is good read more

Firehouse Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Had the veggie sub, WORST experience at any restaurant in a long time. Soggy, hardly warm bread with wilted vegetables and no flavor whatsoever. While they made the sub I had to remind them on several occasions to leave the mushrooms out, which contain meat (they don't tell you this upon ordering-vegetarians beware). In addition, I waited a very long time even though there was no line...won't be coming back. read more

Firehouse Subs - Threw it out a few bites it. - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

ryan and madelin had the best customer service i've ever seen, me and my husband went to this store and got our sandwiches, the other line worker happened to switch orders, the people who got our order instead became enraged a level of anger i've only seen a few times, the yelling was something of nightmares, ryan and madelin diffudef the situation completely whilst the angry customers continued their rampage they got them to leave the store without any problems and they fixed me and my husbands order without difficulty read more

Order here on the go when I'm looking for a quick meal to take with me to the park or on a picnic. I've never been disappointed the staff is very friendly and my food is always ready for pick up on time. The to go containers make it super easy as well to eat anywhere. read more

Went into Firehouse Subs three weeks ago and ordered three subs and brought them home only to find a long hair embedded in the middle of my sub. I noticed it because I pulled it out of my mouth while I was eating (BTW: I don't have any hair on my head). It was a long hair and I was immediately disgusted. Okay!! I get it!! Stuff happens and its not the first time this has happened to me during my lifetime so I wasn't ready to cut them off for one mishap. However, we decided to go back again since, as I said earlier, stuff happens and we all like their sandwiches. This time my wife's gluten free sandwich had what appeared to be a mustache hair in it. Fortunately, she hadn't started to eat yet so we all tossed our sandwiches. That's it!! we're done with Firehouse Fort Collins since they are obviously are unable to provide a high level of cleanliness. How hard is it??? When I order a sandwich I shouldn't have to say hold the hair!!! Stay away!!! read more

Nice big juicy sandwiches. Work buddies recommended this place and I'm happy! Great for a quick bite. read more

Love this place. They all give a half-hearted (they make us say) hello when you walk in. Nice. But probably better if they didn't say anything. These sand which have just what I look for. Substance and taste! BIG and that's just the way the come. No need to ask for extra this and that. There's no nonsense here. Fair price. Great size! read more

I've only had one sub twice, the first time it was good enough to make me go out of my way a second time and get it, not nearly as good or as filling the second time. They do have a large pop selection. Not much to add. First time was really good I thought it was 4.5 stars I was almost full with the largest size (which is quite a feat for me) Second time I was still hungry afterwards and I didn't really enjoy the meal, it was more of a task (2.0 stars) So lets weigh it in on a 3 and call it an on night and then an off night, averaging the middle. read more

I tried Firehouse Subs at this location a few years ago. I can't remember why I didn't like it but I definitely knew I didn't want to go back. Well, I tried it out again, finally, and was pleasantly surprised. I got a build your own with tuna salad on wheat. The bread, and actually all ingredients, were of great quality. It was definitely one of the best fast-food tuna salad sandwiches that I have had. They forgot my dill pickle, but that's okay. I will be back for sure! read more

Used to love Firehouse! I became a regular; they usually remembered my order! Then, Firehouse started using smaller rolls... Not in length. I imagine this reduction will translate into increased profits for Firehouse. But, really? read more

I can't say I have ever had a bad sandwich at Firehouse Subs! They truly have terrific sandwiches and I love coming here. The parking lot isn't my favorite and I always have to park a little distance away because there isn't much of a lot in front. The place is typically packed and I have to wait in line for bit. The service is fine, but not impressive. I have had a few different types of sandwiches, and particularly love the Philly Cheese style sandwich even though it isn't "authentic." The potato chips they have in their selection is awesome and they are the ones I always hope a place will have. I typically choose the jalapeño chips, but sometimes branch out with the mesquite BBQ. The only complaint I have is that the sandwich is really expensive for what I get. I always thoroughly enjoy my sandwich, but I always feel disappointed with what I had to pay for it. Sometimes I consider going without a drink, just so I can feel okay about eating here and not guilty for paying so much just for lunch at a walk up sandwich shop. This is what keeps me from coming more often. read more

Nothing about order was correct except actual order. It was pick up and they put on delivery. I don't where they got the delivery address. I think the driver was great trying to figure out what to do. read more

I think I just found a new favorite sub shop. Went there for the first time tonight and the sandwich was delicious. I ended up getting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich can't remember what they called it but it was delicious it was hot the bread was fresh the service was quick the place was clean the staff were friendly. Can't ask for much more than that and the best part is it's only 2 miles from my house :) read more

Its not this one time its everytime. We watched a whole family sit down and eat their entire meal before we got our 2 sandwiches. It took 26 minutes to get two subs. How bout less bullshittin behind the counter. Once again food was good though. read more

Ordered from Firehouse Subs via OrderUp. Received order late plus the sack and the sub was soaked in a coke that had spilled all over it!!! I called Firehouse right way, explained how my $25 sub had arrived, so bad the bread was falling apart, and the female manager told me that she could "send a refund card in the mail", that was it. No offer to make any of it right and provide me with the premium sub I paid for in return for the premium payment they received for it. Go elsewhere if you're hungry for a sandwich, not here. read more

Really like the subs, but I think they are pricey. My husband and I took our 7 year old grandkids and it was over $30 for two medium combos and two children's meals. My husband is really disappointed they took away the under 500 calorie subs. He really liked the turkey cranberry sub that is gone now. We were told the small subs were really small. Potbelly sandwich shop just opened down the street and they have Skinny Subs which he now wants to go to. read more

Love the subs here. Good bread and high quality meats, fresh veggies, which is what I'm looking for in a good sandwich. Great value for what you get and the service is pleasant and efficient. read more

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Sub was good, bread tasty and slightly sweet. Service was friendly and line went fairly quickly. The drinks are a different story though. They have one of the new 120+ selection Coke units in there. We were stacked up like cord wood waiting to get a simple cup of water. The 8 people in front of us, two were about 10 years old looking at all 120+ selections individually, really slowed the drink line down. They need to add another unit or limit the selections. A water dispenser separately would help most of us. Not a memorable lunch by any means but the big selection of bottles hot sauces was a nice touch. I thought it a bit pricey for what we got. read more

Awesome subs!! I get the brisket and add bacon so delicious. Everything so far has been great. Welcome to firehouse!!
