I ordered on the online app. Total came to 48.92 for 3 subs two with upgraded sides. So they were late getting subs made. My daughter picked them up and brought them home. We were less than 5 min away. My sub was missing the pickle. The upgraded side to loaded potato soup cup stale and sour. So i didnt eat it afraid it would make me sick. There is a reason people aren't eating out and this would be it. I paid a lot of money for marginal food and food that wasnt edible. Never again!! read more

Firehouse subs are very good. They have a variety of different subs which is a surprise as most sub places have a limited variety. The portions are manageable for any type of eater. The names of the sandwiches are of fire department terms which was predictable but fun all the same time. Staff was friendly the food was good and filling. Firehouse Subs is housed in the same place where Spicy Pickle used to be on Harmony and Timberline. I ordered the Meatball Sub. It had a good Italian sauce to it just like it should. Far too many times I get Meatball Subs where the sauce has a sweet flavor to it. It is tolerable for me but those of us who are smart know that it isn't REAL tomato/spaghetti sauce. I was completely disrespected by some chick who said she was sam ,the employee, she was pale in face red cheeks and evil beety eyes who told me she would rather waste my remade sandwich and throw it in the trash because THEY screwed up my order, rather than to replace a meal for me that they promised to remake. This chick obviously has never lived outside mommy and daddy home and hasn't had a single hardship in life otherwise she wouldn't be so willing to toss away a perfectly fine sub just because she doesn't like the customer . Don't stand near the chips, they'll accuse you of stealing, make you take off your jacket, make you wait while they review the video footage and then give no apologies for their mistake. I come to firehouse subs expecting to be fairly quick just like any other sub shop. In fact I ordered 30 minutes ahead on the app. I got to the shop and with just 3 people eating in the shop, somehow it took an additional 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my roommates, one of the sandwiches was completely missing, another was completely incorrect, and the third had a hair in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he took down my information and promised a refund or a free sandwich if I came in person. The next day I came in and gave them my info and the cashier told me he talked to his manager and he decided they didn't mess up my order at all and basically called me a liar and said they weren't willing to compensate me anymore going back on their word. Following this I called the store the next day to talk to the General Manager, he doubled down on this calling me a liar and saying they didn't actually mess up anything on the order when the entire order was messed up. I have never been treated like this by any company in my life and if you value your money or quality of food I would strongly suggest never going to this location. I will never go back to a firehouse subs much less this location ever again. read more

If you come to Firehouse subs, you'll get a good sandwich. But the atmosphere (for me, anyway) inside the restaurant sucks, making the whole experience much less enjoyable. As a result, I've only been twice. I do like that you can get the nutritional info of your meal (definitely online, but I think they also post it). This helps me to make a good eating choice. But seriously, they've crammed in so many tables you have very little space to walk through the restaurant. It feels very claustrophobic to me. But if you are just there for the food, they certainly rank above a chain like Subway, so go for it! read more

holy crap bro's, I mean HOLY CRAP! this firehouse subs location is great for quite a few reasons but I just cant get over how super dooper kick ass my sub was that I ordered. I ordered a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and I was all like GOOOOOD LAAAAAAWD HAVE MERCY! I am disappointed in myself for not taking a picture of it but i was just so awestruck by its delectable look that I just had to dive right in and attack it. No worries though cause I'll damn sure be back here and I shall not forget to photograph my meal every again because the way these subs look need to be shared with the world. I even got a drinky drink with a bag of chippy chips and a pickle on the side that I damn near had to abandon because of the sheer size of my sub. Their fountain soda machine has SO many flavors of soda I was dumbfounded and I believe I tried at least 6 different flavors that were all pretty badass. The employees behind the counter all stayed busy and they were able have my subby sub out to me in what I believe to be RECORD time. I sat inside and enjoyed my incredibly amazing sub in a very clean environment to include the shitters which were also sparkling clean. When you're paying they even ask you if you'd like to round up your total to help benefit firefighters/first responders which I do every single god damn time because its the right thing to do. Its also in a badass location with several other little shops for eating and or getting a haircut before or after which is a very fun thing to do or even after a workout at the gym right across the street and then coming over to firehouse and stuffing my fat ass face and ruining the workout I just had. Ok, so theres no end to how much amazing shit I can say about this firehouse subs location, the quality of the food, the quality of the people and just its over all bad assery, I think if you come here it may be a long time before you go to a subway again. read more

So disappointed! I usually love the Meatball Sub, but the one I got yesterday was awful! The bread was hard and almost burnt, and there was hardly any sauce on it. Good hot subs that are piled with meat(s), cheese and a good balance of mayo, onions, tomatoes and lettuce all between two pieces of toasted french bread. The flavors mixed very well with each other, even though there wasn't enough mayo for me. I also tried the chili, very little use of the kidney beans, which is good thing. It was a little more like a soup then a chili though, but overall good tasting. The place was packed at lunch time, hardly any place to sit or park. Went into Firehouse Subs three weeks ago and ordered three subs and brought them home only to find a long hair embedded in the middle of my sub. I noticed it because I pulled it out of my mouth while I was eating (BTW: I don't have any hair on my head). It was a long hair and I was immediately disgusted. Okay!! I get it!! Stuff happens and its not the first time this has happened to me during my lifetime so I wasn't ready to cut them off for one mishap. However, we decided to go back again since, as I said earlier, stuff happens and we all like their sandwiches. This time my wife's gluten free sandwich had what appeared to be a mustache hair in it. Fortunately, she hadn't started to eat yet so we all tossed our sandwiches. That's it!! we're done with Firehouse Fort Collins since they are obviously are unable to provide a high level of cleanliness. How hard is it??? I tried Firehouse Subs at this location a few years ago. I can't remember why I didn't like it but I definitely knew I didn't want to go back. Well, I tried it out again, finally, and was pleasantly surprised. I got a build your own with tuna salad on wheat. The bread, and actually all ingredients, were of great quality. It was definitely one of the best fast-food tuna salad sandwiches that I have had. They forgot my dill pickle, but that's okay. I will be back for sure! read more

I've only had one sub twice, the first time it was good enough to make me go out of my way a second time and get it, not nearly as good or as filling the second time. They do have a large pop selection. Not much to add. First time was really good I thought it was 4.5 stars I was almost full with the largest size (which is quite a feat for me) Second time I was still hungry afterwards and I didn't really enjoy the meal, it was more of a task (2.0 stars) So lets weigh it in on a 3 and call it an on night and then an off night, averaging the middle. read more

I can't say I have ever had a bad sandwich at Firehouse Subs! They truly have terrific sandwiches and I love coming here. The parking lot isn't my favorite and I always have to park a little distance away because there isn't much of a lot in front. The place is typically packed and I have to wait in line for bit. The service is fine, but not impressive. I have had a few different types of sandwiches, and particularly love the Philly Cheese style sandwich even though it isn't "authentic." The potato chips they have in their selection is awesome and they are the ones I always hope a place will have. I typically choose the jalapeño chips, but sometimes branch out with the mesquite BBQ. The only complaint I have is that the sandwich is really expensive for what I get. I always thoroughly enjoy my sandwich, but I always feel disappointed with what I had to pay for it. Sometimes I consider going without a drink, just so I can feel okay about eating here and not guilty for paying so much just for lunch at a walk up sandwich shop. Ordered from Firehouse Subs via OrderUp. Received order late plus the sack and the sub was soaked in a coke that had spilled all over it!!! I called Firehouse right way, explained how my $25 sub had arrived, so bad the bread was falling apart, and the female manager told me that she could "send a refund card in the mail", that was it. No offer to make any of it right and provide me with the premium sub I paid for in return for the premium payment they received for it. Really like the subs, but I think they are pricey. My husband and I took our 7 year old grandkids and it was over $30 for two medium combos and two children's meals. My husband is really disappointed they took away the under 500 calorie subs. He really liked the turkey cranberry sub that is gone now. We were told the small subs were really small. Terrible. The food is terrible. Go to Wal-Mart or king soopers and make yourself a sandwich or order from the deli. I would rather eat ramen and hot dogs opposed to this. I tried this place 3 times, just to give it a realistic chance and got 3 different subs, all disappointing. At least 1 time, the manager, who was doing my order, was stoned or taking a lot of cold medicine. Another time, my order was screwed up. And the food is terrible all 3 times. I'm very honestly suprised this place is in business with the great food we have available in Fort Collins at literally any other establishment. i was plesently surprised by my "firehouse" experience. i was beginning to wonder if there was anyone in ft collins cares enough to put together decent food. my family had a pub for years. it is about more than the money. people know when something is made with care and pride. firehouse cares my hat is off to you.
