This is the second time here for my lil family. Firstly, they have the doors open in 90°+ weather and there's flys everywhere. On a plus; dog friendly and they have live music if you're into that! I can tell they are pretty understaffed so I don't mind that. We're all human and it happens. We ordered the bacon brussel sprouts which were good! No complaints there. Now heres the problem. Me and my mom ordered the Piccata, hers didn't even have capers in it and the noodles were so overcooked, they were basically mush. $24 for mush and over cooked salmon. I've been here for breakfast and it was amazing so this pretty disappointing, and I hope the staff isnt being overworked. Overall just a mediocre experience. read more

Ordered the Chimichurri Cheesesteak, the bread was so greasy it was inedible and the meat was burnt. I placed two orders to go and there was no mention of an automatic 10% gratuity added to the bill. I handed my credit card over to pay and when I received the receipt to sign thats when I noticed the added gratuity. If I'm charged gratuity for take out I expect that someone is double checking to go order and the food is edible. read more

This is a cute neighborhood place with a great pet friendly patio. Some of the table are partially shaded. It's an easy drive from I25. The menu is limited, the food is very bland. No one in our 6 party group finished their entree and the pepper appetizer was really unusual. read more

Went on a weekday. Had brunch. Food was outstanding. I had a cheesesteak and my wife had a Reuben. We're very happy with the quality of food quantity in the presentation. Our server did a outstanding job. I also like the fact that you actually have some room to set the tables or not sitting on top of each other. You can move around. It was a good experience. We were referred here by another Loveland restaurant owner. Several in our party enjoyed the BLT, while I had the chicken salad sandwich. We all enjoyed our meals, and the sidewinder fries were worth writing home about. Our waiter was super nice and very patient with our conversations and delays in ordering. Bad all around. It took forever to get seated. The wait service was slow. I ordered the chicken piccata it was awful. The noodles looked like they had been reheated and were a ball of mush. There were no capers in what little sauce there was on my dish at all i got breaded chicken. Breading was burnt. The doors were open and there were knats and flies bugging us the whole meal. When we set down the drink menu was glued to the table ,we were given a dirty plate for the appetizer - silverware wraps missing silverware. I expect better for 24$. Went here on a cold flurry day. Enjoyed a hot brekkie (Champion and a Smothered Burrito). Food was on point and flavorful. Spotless restrooms and eating area. The coffee here is excellent. Tried to eat here last night. Asked the waitress if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. She stated that we needed to see hostess stand and followed it up with "we close in four minutes. ". She was very put out that we came in when we did, we were unaware of the hours. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It came with au jus ( a first) and a chimichurri spread. I expressed to the excellent server how unique and delish it was and she said that's what the AKA stands for. This is a really cute little place in downtown Loveland in a quiet, partly residential area. We dined on the patio. The service was great. They have a good craft beer selection and large menu. The monkey burger was delicious with house made pickles and sauce. Unfortunately though, I wouldn't recommend the Nonna's Parmigiana sandwich. Found this place on Yelp as a matter of fact. Food is amazing service is the worst. We waited almost 10 mins before anyone even came to our table. We didn't let that discourage us because of the reviews for the food so we stuck it out and I will say it did not disappoint. The food was worth the mediocre service. For our apps we ordered some wings and some fried chips. Those wings are so freaking meaty and the sauce was derrrrrlicious! The fried chips were a huge hit as well especially dipped in their homemade ketchup! For my main meal I got the Ruben... how could I describe how perfect this Ruben was. We stopped here for lunch on our way through Loveland today. We were greeted with a smile and seated right away. Our waitress greeted us and I asked for waters to start. We had to ask the hostess to find our waitress because she hadn't come back with waters in the 15 minutes we had been sitting there. Not a big deal but foreshadowed what was to come. I ordered the Chimichurri Cheesesteak Sandwich with the sidewinder fries. Both were delicious! The Chimichurri added a nice touch to the sandwich and the fries were seasoned well. We were asked by our waitress if we wanted the house-made ketchup or ranch, we chose the ketchup. Pretty sure she forgot about us again, our fries were almost gone by the time she came back with the ketchup. It was a good thing we didn't wait to eat the fries because the ketchup was a big disappointment. It was very thin and not much flavor, I would try the ranch if I were you. We came at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday so it was not busy. The inside is very nice and not overly loud. We don't stop to eat in Loveland often so this will probably not be on the list of places to come back to because there seems to be a lot of good looking restaurants opening that we would also like to try. read more

My son and I went for dinner and it was fantastic! I had the prime rib stroganoff, it was rich and creamy and delicious, the beef was incredibly tender. My son had shrimp and grits and they were seasoned well the grits were creamy. They were busy but the staff was very friendly and apologetic for our wait. Aunt had three taco Carnitas and said they were very good. Sister had Philly steak and cheese sandwich and loved it. I had the Reuben and it was different and wonderful. Both sister and I had the homemade chips and they are awesome. A great place to have lunch and a great atmosphere. The inside was open and had quite a bit of seating. Brewery + kitchen. It sounds like whatever the manly equivalent of brunch is. It was kind of cool to see man-brunch, aka munch. Breakfast was offered until 2 PM. We put in our order at 1:47 PM. Our waitress said it's 2 o'clock somewhere but not there, so our breakfast orders were a go. She was lovely to interact with. The food was also lovely AKA awesome (LOL) Apparently breakfast burritos are considered Coloradan cuisine so we had them and OMG they were amazing. IDK how, but our party of 7 scarfed down 5 breakfast burritos in record time. And some eggcellent eggs (BRB I'll show myself out...). And some fantastical fries. The food was meager and disappointing. We ordered the kebabs and rice, miso bowl, and jalapeño burger. We were surprised at how little were on the kebabs, the rice was not good, the burger lacked in flavor and the miso bowl was lacking in noodles and toppings. The only thing good was the twisty fries. When I think of equivalent meals for the price at other restaurants, I'm not sure how AKA Kitchen stays in business. Our server was nice and we enjoyed sitting on the patio, but we came for dinner and we left still hungry. We will not be back. read more

Tucked away on a side street, A.K.A Kitchen is a hidden gem. Walk through the big, shady outdoor seating area into an unassuming, roomy indoor restaurant and order from a one-page menu. I had the Spinach and Artichoke Flatbread, my friens had the Street Tacos and Bob's Kabobs. That flatbread was absolutely delicious! All ingredients were fresh and the balsamic reduction added a touch of magic. The kabobs and tacos were equally good. Service was extraordinary, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Ambience was low key with music in te background so you can have a conversation without yelling. Overall, a great experience. read more

This is a cool spot. The food was really good! I got the sour cream and onion burger and my husband got the monkey burger. They were juicy, flavorful and cooked just right. I came here with a few friends. They got burgers and one got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. They said that the buns were absolutely soaked in grease and the burgers were flavorless. I selected the cattleman's pie. I was expecting a meat pie with a crust but I received unseasoned beef soaked in water with some carrot and celery pieces topped with some cheese. This was $16 for about 3/4 cup of the watery goop. I was very disappointed. But again, nothing is wrong with the beer and service if you are just going for a drink. read more

No flavor whatsoever. my partner ordered the monkey burger and that was delicious! A bit smaller than your average burger but good over all. We also ordered their s'mores cinnamon roll and that was also a let down. It was super dry... Service: Excellent! 10/10 our hostess and waitress were extremely nice! Fun spot, love sitting on the patio in the fall - it was perfect! They have a great fire pit as well so everyone stayed warm. The pot pie skillet looked phenomenal, we also got spinach artichoke salmon, chicken tacos, and bacon Brussel sprouts. Cocktails were fantastic, highly recommend the lavender mojito. I've been here one another time and tried the avocado hummus (bomb) and the mushroom flatbread. Will be going back for brunch sometime soon! read more
