This place is a great place to come have a drink and watch the sun set. The bar staff are amazing. This review is for the food. This is the first and last time I will order food here. If I'm down drinking I'll go downstairs to the Sand Bar and get the chicken strips. Ordered the $52 Filet(rump roast) whatever I got. It was tough without much flavor. I guess I'm out on the $70 16oz ribeye. Like I said, the views and the bar staff are amazing if you need a drink.

Great restaurant! Saw the previous reviews and my interest was piqued. My wife and I had dinner last night. Ambiance and decor was nice and welcoming. Plenty of servers and our water never got empty. We had a couple of cocktails which were great. My wife had the Octopus and I had the Zabuton steak. The octopus was about the best we've ever had. Sides with this were fantastic. My steak was a little small and a bit overcooked but the sauce was delicious and sides were huge so I didn't go hungry. Then we shared the olive oil cake and shared a limoncello. Overall it was. Great and we would highly recommend.

This is probably one of the best restaurants in Northern Colorado. The food is on par with a big city like Chicago or LA. The meal was absolutely delicious. I got the pork chop - delicious. My husband got the short rib stroganoff - insane. We got the brioche and tallow app and that was just off the chain. It had no business being that wonderful. And for the price? Unbelievable. Run, don't walk, to this place. And Ty, our server, was lovely and great. We are coming back!

If you're looking for a unique dining experience with VIP service, gorgeous views and delicious food, try The Lodge. We were greeted with a fresh drink of Limoncello infused with other fresh flavors. Our waiters Archer and Antonio were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They gave us recommendations for a full bodied wine, with black cherry and complex fruit flavors with a velvety finish. We started with a beautiful Roasted Beet Carpaccio, then a delicious Wild Mushroom Soup and for our entree a Chilean Sea Bass. The Sea Bass was light and flaky with delicious, complementary sauces. We finished the meal with a Peach Cobbler Cheese Cake and scoop of Peach Ice Cream. We enjoyed a lovely evening close to home.

I had the delicious crab cake appetizer and Salmon in Beurre Blanc Sauce and my husband had the Fried Cheese Curds and Stuffed Pork chop. Both absolutely delicious. Best Mashed potatoes I have ever had. This was our second time at Windsor Mill Tavern and we love the warm Irish Pub Style atmosphere. Only thing missing is a fireplace! This is our new favorite hangout after having moved here to Severance, Co this past March. We love it. Oh! And the seats are comfortable as well. We will be back. We started with the Cheese Curds - these were great, the breading on the curds had really good flavor. Would order again. For entrees we ordered; bacon avocado burger - their burgers are huge, and a lot of great flavor. Would definitely order again Cup of bison chili - chunks of bison meat in the chili and was a nice portion. The flavor is good, I'm glad I tried it and would order again. Moody blue salad - this salad was big and packed full of goodies, it was the best salad I've had in a long time. The balsamic dressing was so good, mixed with the candied pecans and blue cheese, so good! I'd come back simply for this salad. Our server was a little spread thin and had tables on opposite sides of the restaurant, so we felt a little neglected, but when he was around, service was great. Just had to wait for long periods of time for water/drink refills. Overall, glad we stumbled upon this place and will definitely come back again.

Hopped in with Thursday night reservations, and we were seated within a few minutes. The menu is as fantastic looking as we remember. Pretty much, this is one of those places you go when you want to eat a bougie dinner. Oh, and the cocktails! Wife N. started with the Woo Girl a lovely off-fizzy gin-based hibiscus drink. Delightful. I went with an Old Fashioned. They have three different Old Fashioned choices (I've had all, and all are stellar) but tonight I went with the "With a Twist" which adds in some unique pineapple and vanilla notes. Fabulous! The apps arrived. We started with the Fois Gras Terrine--pretty much you can't go wrong with Fois Gras and Chimney park gussied it up with marinated apricots, pistachios, and what turned out to be the most delightful edible flowers (the purple poofy one looked like a garlic flower and had a light garlicy taste which, with the Fois was a bite of heaven---many folks think flowers are just garnish but don't shy away from trying a bite or you'll miss out! The only drawback was we ran out of the (two) toast points a third the way through the terrine. No big deal, we just spread it on their wonderful table bread. Bison tartare. Perfect egg yolk on top and a lovely dijon cream, served with housemade potato chips. Best tartare in recent memory. Next, the lobster bisque which we mentioned we were sharing. It arrived split into two perfect servings, with bisque poured tableside. Chunks of fresh lobster swimming in a delightfully tasty bisque with just a bit of spicy heat to it. I think if there was only one thing I was allowed to eat for the rest of my life, it would be this dish. On to the mains. She had the pan roasted Chilean sea bass. Flawlessly cooked and glistening, on a bed of pea risotto and adorned with pea shoots, most excellent. I had the mushroom-crusted New England scallops. Five #12 scallops, perfectly seared, on a bed of black rice, served with morels, bok choi and a couple black truffle shavings with a beurre blanc. This was a delicious umami bomb. Everything on the plate had a reason for being there and, on the off-chance I managed to get all the elements in a single bite it was a bite of heaven. Stuffed to the gills, we could only take home a dessert. So the flourless chocolate torte made its way into a to-go box and we had it back at the hotel room. Everything you'd expect a delicious wrap-up to be. Second visit in two years, and the quality of service and food was consistent across both visits. We're Chimney Park fans, and will be back any time we're back in the area. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

Her veggie burger was bland and her fries were very greasy and soggy. Her strawberry margarita was quite delicious though. I had the Brussel sprouts with Hollandaise sauce. The sprouts were delicious...some of the best I have ever had. My only issue was the bland hollandaise sauce. It lacked the acidity and seasoning that I like...I also had the New England clam chowder which was meh...and it was luke warm. Clam chowder is generally made with cream and I am not sure if there was even dairy in it at all. It didn't taste like clam chowder to me and there was not much flavor to it. I also had the burrata caprese and that was quite nice. My husband had the Godfather pizza and that was delicious. The sauce was perfectly seasoned and the meats were delish and reminiscent of a real New York pizza. All in all, the service is good, the ambiance is nice but the food is meh. We would go again to try other things but, my daughter was so disappointed that she doesn't want to go again. Prices are decent for what you get. The flatbread crust was not bad, a little cracker like and came with pesto instead of fresh basil. The fish and chips were the highlight of our meal. The fish had a beautiful crispy crust and juicy flaky meat. The dill tarter sauce was a great addition and the chips (fries) were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Just like Lola's house! I had bangsilog (crispy, smoked marinated milkfish, egg, and garlic fried…read morerice) and it was great. This isn't "fast food", but was quite quick considering Filipino food. A little wait, but well worth it for a satisfying brunch. Although I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I'm aware that it's not so custom to have a "runny egg" and rice at each meal for non-Filipino/a/x fam... so if you haven't experienced Filipino cuisine, please take a look at the menu beforehand. The silog (egg) plates seem so simple, rice, egg and an additional "protein of choice", however, they're very filling. Their menu is full of yummy bites and seemingly snack foods and plates; but be ready to feel satiation. You can get lumpia, turon, halo halo, and Japanese style mochi waffles, or even boba to-go. If you thought you liked boba, come try the variety of boba and milk tea add-in list that goes on for miles. Friendly service, small, but clean dining area. Bathrooms were tidy. For funsies and to add to the joy of this little spot, there are a few smaller game cabinets for kiddos or adults alike. When I was leaving with a satisfied (slightly over full) tummy, I felt the need to order additional food or snacks to go - merienda?. It must be the "Lola culture" living in my bones of "bring this food home for later." I smiled and realized I can come back another time... and I look forward to it! Maraming salamat po.

We were excited for the wings thinking it would be like Jollibee but they were also disappointing. Skip the Korean sauce - it was disgusting. The fries were overcooked. The drinks were generic and surgery. The boba drinks all tasted like powder. Only thing I would order would be the garlic Parmesan wings. Denver has better boba options and wings that are fresh and crunchy. It's not worth the drive. I can how this would be satisfying if you live up this way. The best thing we got were the fried bananas and even they were still just okay (the PF Changs ones taste better for me).
