We have been to Bonefish a few times. It's always been a nice experience. Tonight we went for a birthday dinner. We had their special of 4 different fish/shrimp, risotto, potatoes, salad and corn chowder.... forgot the pictures!! ) but it was all delicious. We sat in the bar area . There was a small wait so got an open table in the bar. The service is great. They bring out bread and dipping oil right away. Our order was taken and the food was delivered quickly , hot and plated nicely. The server was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very comfortable and looks updated and nice. It can get just a bit loud when they are busy and I'd suggest a reservation , especially on the weekend. There is also a full bar and the drinks are really good. I think the prices are reasonable for the portion size and quality of the food. Their seafood we've had had always been good. We'll be back to eat here again. read more

Our experience was okay. We had a reservation for our date night and they were able to seat us right away. the ambience was lovely. The hostesses were friendly enough. Our server was not very friendly - did not wait to get our groups drink order, only got a couple of people and then left. Acted like it was a bother to ask questions. Did not really check in to see how our meal was. Food was "okay". My husband is not really a fish person. I am vegan and gluten free. The options for both of those is very minimal. They do have a gluten free menu so if you are gluten free and not vegan it is worth looking at. Likely will not come back as i have had better food. What i ended up with was quite bland. Great food, great service. They changed the recipe of the crab cakes that I loved. I told the server ( Juana, wonderful woman btw) that they tasted funny to me. She took them off the table and sent the manager over to explain that they had recently changed the recipe. It was just the excuse I needed to get the cheesecake instead lol. We can't say enough great things about Bonefish Grill! The food is absolutely amazing and the service is top-notch. We only recently started coming here because I've never been a big seafood person, but one day my wife convinced me to give it a try and wow, was I missing out this whole time! We've already been back three times, including tonight (DEC 2025) to celebrate our anniversary. Every visit has been fantastic, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Table was ready based on our reservation, on time. Ordered a Caesar Salad and Bang Bang Shrimp, wife had the Pork Chop. Salad had old, browning lettuce in it, server took it off our bill. I was so excited to try this place. Seafood was awaiting me. What a letdown! Meh. No pizzaz. Just blah food. Won't be back. My friends both had cream corn soup; it was cold on both. I had an $18 salad with tons of iceberg lettuce and 3 slices of hearts of palm along with 4 withered grape tomatoes topped with 5 grilled shrimp. Seriously. Been coming to this place since it opened up. Food not the same. Server was great. Mahi mahi was way overcooked. Potato au gratin had texture like frozen potatoes after they were cooked. Thought it was interesting when I read the review of sitting older folks by the restroom when the entire dining area was open. We experienced the same sitting area when the restaurant was full of empty tables. We used to count on this place for a top notch meal and didn't mind paying for it. So sad. read more

Today was definitely a surprise treat. I wasn't planning on going here but got a last minute invite. I've been to the one in the DTC a few times as that's the closest one to me. This one treated me just as well if not better. From the greeter to the serving staff was nothing but nice. They gave us advice on what to order etc.... I've eaten here 3 times recently, and 2 of those visits the rice was noticeably undercooked. I mentioned it to the staff, but it didn't seem to be taken seriously. I've had a bad experience at another restaurant before where undercooked rice was hard enough that I lost a tooth, so I'm cautious about this. At these prices, basic sides should be consistently cooked. I hope management addresses it, because I'd like to enjoy coming back. read more

Third time having lunch here. I ordered the Margarita Sea Bass. The tequila lime sauce was a fake, artificial, too sweet lemon flavor=yuck. I sent it back, which I haven't done anywhere in a decade or more, and the staff was gracious. And my second order was fish and chips, and was very tasty, pretty hard to mess up that dish. My hubby felt uncomfortable eating when I didn't have food. It was an uncomfortable lunch. I visited the bathroom before we left, and I swear the hand soap smelled like the sauce on the sea bass. I nearly puked. Not sure I give Bonefish another try. Pretty disappointing hundred dollar lunch. read more

Met some longtime friends whom we had not seen in sometime for lunch -- it was really nice. We stayed for at least two hours and were not rushed in any way. The restaurant is a chain, so you know what to expect when you decide to eat here -- Good food, decent prices, upscale decor and good service. Gotta say. The service last few times at the bar was awful. The waitress was disorganized, slow as molasses and definitely should not be doing this job. Cranky and snatching menus. I wish I could give 100 stars to Bonefish and the staff there. My mother-n-law (Pennie) and I share the same wedding anniversary. We went to Bonefish Grill to eat. Our waitress whose name is Kelsy asked if there was a special occasion the brought us in. I explained it was our anniversary that day and we were both widows. We had both lost our husbands and wanted to be together to celebrate. Kelsey was great!!!! We had asked about the breaded shrimp that used to be on the menu, and she said it wasn't on there anymore, but she was going to talk to the chef Eddie. When she came back, she said that Eddie would make the shrimp for us. We ordered appetizers and as we were waiting, Spencer, the manager came over and brought us the best flower arrangement ever. He had put them together to make our anniversary more special. We wanted to thank Eddie for making the shrimp for us as this had made our meal a more special one. He took the time to make the breading for the shrimp and fried it for us. Pennie and I were so excited to get what we had wanted. Eddie brought our food out to us and served us. We got to visit with him and thank him for doing this for us. To some it may have seen as a small gesture but to us it was something amazing!!!! We then ordered dessert which was strawberry cheesecake. They brought it out with two glasses of champagne to help celebrate our anniversary. Then Spencer came over and gave me the bill. They had taken care of everything. I can't begin to tell you how all of these people made a sad anniversary without our husbands into a very special evening. Words cannot describe what their kindness and love poured out to us when we needed it. Gesters of compassion and caring to people that they had never seen before to make it one of the most special nights ever. Siting in the restaurant currently been here for 1 hour and 30 minutes, ordered an hour ago. Still don't have food. But the tab would have been huge. 3 lobster and steaks entrees. As I was writing this it arrived, everything is Luke warm and steaks are cooked completely wrong. No meal was what we expected out of 5 of us. The second star is solely for the manager Mike. When he learned of the issue he immediately took care of the bull and asked what he could do to fix it. Made reservations for our anniversary but waited 45 minutes to be seated. Ambiance is not suitable for anything but eating. Much like a school cafeteria.
