I walked into this Qdoba with hope in my heart and hunger in my stomach, and I left questioning every life choice that led me to that moment. I ordered a simple steak quesadilla, expecting the usual. melted cheese, warm tortilla, and steak that at least vaguely resembles something edible. It almost had a texture like of something that almost seemed like rubber The worst part? The smell. When I opened the quesadilla, a wave of "Nope" hit me so hard I nearly closed it again out of respect for whatever the steak had been through. also when I got it it was very floppy and non quesadilla like . was basically a tortilla with a little melted cheese, the cheese wasn't even Melted all the way.I went in hungry. I was there yesterday at 10:09 pm with my kids.The female employees had some attitude and started rolling her eyes as soon as we walked in.(thinking back I should've walk away) My daughter asked for half Cholula chicken and lime steak disrespectfully she said with an attitude " I cannot do that. I order pickup from here every now and then and I've never had a bad experience, long wait, or incorrect items handed to me. Decided to leave a review after my last visit yesterday, as all of my coworkers could not get over how good my food looked. I love the Cholula Hot & Sweet chicken and building your own bowl is great for pickier eaters, or people like me who just want everything. This picture doesn't even do my meal justice. Sometimes, I like getting a side of chips so I can scoop up whatever bowl I built, and they always just throw them in for free when I order it last minute. Really kind and relaxed people! Once again, Qdoba reigns over Chipotle. There, I said it. Tonight, I finally introduced my dad to Qdoba and he was defeated by the bowl. The price may seem a little much, but when you consider that bacon, sour cream, queso, pico, and guac are all included, it's a good deal. (I also added black beans, cilantro rice, chicken adobo). The eggs for the breakfast burritos looked funny. So I asked if they had something mixed in them today? They said yes, black beans got mixed into it. Then the manager said that it was actually the black bean water that spilled over into them, it was an accident. I don't know if that is not a problem health code/ food contamination wise, but it is a problem for customers who want eggs, not eggs with black beans/water... After going back in, and letting them know it really did taste like black beans, they did make me a new one with fresh eggs. They also comped me a second burrito with fresh eggs and potatoes! Thank you to them for making things right! I wish they would have just thrown the eggs that were contaminated out first, but maybe next time they will. read more

I love this place, their food is amazing and at this particular location they are always extra nice. I doordash there a lot and they almost always give me a free drink and I appreciate it there are two tall thin guys there that I believe are the managers and they are always suuuuper chill I feel like they would be cool to work for. Cashier was very unfriendly, granted they were very busy at the time but I had asked to get my receipt that had forgotten to be given to me as I felt like I was charged too much. Got frustrated when I asked for it and stated that it was too late now. Manager over saw it and was able to get the receipt and prove I was over charged. Manager was very helpful. Food quality just wasn't as good as we have had in the past. Ordered the loaded tortilla soup and only got one small spoon of the soup. Was more like eating a burrito with out the shell than soup. Went there today ordered a protein bowl They didn't even know how to make it. It was right on the board with what it had in it. They didn't have any roasted vegetables and they told me I had to take it just the way it was because it would take a while to cook the vegetables I said I will wait and bring it out to me when I was done, she said no it's gonna be a while I said OK how about a refund and I will get something different said no you had already paid for it and I'm not taking it out. Cashier was AWFUL. When I came in, there was a couple in the dinning room and no one else. When she saw me come in she gave a HUGE eye roll. I walked in and no body greeted me for about 2 minutes. Once they greeting me it was a "what do you want" not a how can I help you. The young boy who helped me was very impolite especially after I asked him to put GLOVES on which is required. He had an attitude after I politely asking to do so. The prices continue to go up (breakfast burritos are easily double any other in town) and the quality and service continues to decline. I dined at the Loveland Centara location on Saturday night 2/17/18 at 6 PM. The food was average at best an well as the value for 3 tacos and a salad are just not there. I can live with that, but the restaurant was a disaster. The kitchen looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Trash was everywhere on the floor, range, and counters as well. The make table was filthy and the servers looked like they had not washed their aprons in weeks. The drink machine was dirty and the trash was overflowing. If this was a one time thing I may not have bothered to post this but it was the third time I had been in and it was always this bad. read more

We haven't ordered from here for some time due to the inability to fulfill an order correctly. Thought we'd give them another go. This time was no exception. The mobile app stated our order was ready. We showed up for our pickup only to be informed that our order wasn't ready yet. We were offered a beverage while we waited (we declined). Our order was brought out to us and we headed home. Upon opening our containers, we discovered they, yet again, did not get our order correct. They left the requested tortilla bowl (See pic) out of one of our salads. We found tiny pieces of chicken (like the shredded crumbs from the bottom of the holding container) comprised most of the protein portion. The chips that came with the queso seemed to have fallen victim to a spilling of the entire container of salt. So doused in salt that they could not be eaten. I'm not sure we're willing to give this place another go. It's a shame, this used to be one of our go-to's. Folks work hard for their $ and have enough options to be more selective about where they spend it. There is no excuse for such a poor track record in preparing orders. read more

I've been to this QDOBA a few times now and it's been completely typical for QDOBA. The food was yummy quick Mexican food. The staff has never been rude or unhelpful. Came into the location at 8:50 AM on a Saturday (today) to get my breakfast before going to work. There were four people ahead of me. The customer at the front of the line ordered five burritos (OK fine). At 9 o'clock they finish making the first five burritos and one of the employees announces to the other three of us in line "he's ordering 10 more burritos and we're going to make those before we get to you." By my math that would take another 20 minutes. I've been told by other Qdoba locations that I need to call ahead for orders that large. Maybe tell the guy in line he has to wait for three burritos to be made instead of telling us we have to wait for 10. All three of us in line left. No breakfast today I guess. read more

This Qdoba is the best one I've ever been to, and I don't say it lightly. Qdoba isn't very consistent in it's quality, from location to location, but this one has been, at least in my experience. The proportioning is right, they keep their rice and other ingredients fresh, and the place is kept clean. I also want to note the manager (taller, short, dark hair, nice guy, don't know his name yet.) It's probably because of his enthusiasm that the place keeps up the quality. Great food!
