It's so loud in there every question I asked about the size they clearly couldn't hear me. I asked if they had a 12". Thought they said 8" so I said yes and then I asked for the little Jon. I got a giant and a 8" I questioned b4 for they gave me and I don't think they could hear me. So annoying . read more

Ordered a Turkey Tom #4 and literally got 2 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese. My daughter doesn't like lettuce or tomato, but at least give her some meat for that price! Breads were all crispy instead of soft like usual. Do better! Maybe that's why there was no one else in the store but us on a Saturday night! We will think twice before ordering from Jimmy John's in the future. read more

Jimmy John's - A pretty sad sandwich from Jimmy John's. - Sandwiches Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

I ordered a sandwich and substituted the provolone for cheddar, and was charged an extra dollar when it already came with cheese. I wasn't informed of the charge, and felt like I paid more than I should so I checked my receipt. That's when I noticed the extra charge. This is ridiculous who charges for changing the cheese! read more

The bread on my sandwich was completely stale, love wasting my money. Dont go here yall

The food at Jimmy John's is always great, but this particular JJ's has a great team working inside. They are fast, friendly, courteous and appear to work well together. Jaden and his team should be congratulated for their excellence. The restaurant is clean, so are the rest rooms. read more

Good, simple, cheap, quick awesome eats! About what I'd expect from a casual sandwich place. My orders tend to rotate around 3 sandwiches, the Hunter Club, the Italian Nightclub and the Totally Tuna. Decent size sandwiches with all sorts of taste :) They tend to be my go-to now if I'm in the Centerra Mall for stuff and need a quick and delicious bite. read more

This Jimmy johns is now my least favorite location. No attention to detail. Ordered two sandwiches and a lettuce wrap. One sandwich had old, hard bread. The lettuce wrap fell apart when the outer later was opened. The inner paper layer usually holds the whole thing together. A colossal waste can of time and money. Don't go here, you'll just be disappointed. Stay at home and make a better sandwich freaky fast. read more

Always pretty much my go to because they don't go through a delivery service and deliver it free themselves with a bicycle or a car. I have to say I usually call these people I can just get a veggie sandwich or a gargantuan with a pickle. It's always so good. read more

Me: "hello goodsir, I should like to order one of your fine sandwiches. I would like the..." JJ Employee: "Number 7, here you go." I finally figured it out: Time travel. The only way for them to have the sammich made so fast is to have taken my order, then used a phone-booth time traversal device to bring my sandwich back to the past to before I even done ordered it. Maybe they were trying to help some 20 year old high schoolers with their History exam, so their band wouldn't break up when one of them was shipped off to Military School. I dunno. All I care about is getting my sammich at friggin lightspeed. Thanks Rufus! Strange things are afoot at the Jimmy John's. And they sure don't skimp on the ingredients, the last time I saw a pile of meat that high was back in 1999, at the local library's annual meat stacking competition. That's normal, right? RIGHT??? read more

If I had a 39.86$ order and you reject a 50$ bill, I'm happy to go somewhere that accepts cash!, I would understand if it was a 10 $ order!, but come on peps this is outrageous, and the guy knew I was getting food for the kids as well!, just horrible service, hope some people will read this and use caution lol read more

I am fan of Jimmy John's subs. I am not sure it its the bread or toppings. Or possibly the combination of all of it. They offer delivery options. We choose to eat in. And were able to sit in their outdoor patio area. They have a simple menu that you can choose your numbered sandwich. Meal combos are an option. Pricing is decent. All in all. I will visit Jimmy Johns again. read more

We placed a good size order today, November 5th at 3pm. We asked for sandwiches to be cut and additional toppings. None of the sandwiches were cut and no additional toppings on any of the sandwiches. $50 plus dollars and we will not eat here again. read more

I work near crossroads. I ordered online (as I have before) so that i can get there, bring it back to work, and have 15 minutes to eat (of a 30 minute lunch). you know there are 6+ roundabouts between me and Jimmy John's, even though it's probably just a mile away. When I got there to pick it up, they had to make it. And they were confused about which was my order. And they just handed it to me. I had to ask for a bag, the chips (pick them out yourself) and the drink size was wrong. So I get it - paid in the app already - head back to work, open it up, and THERE WAS NO MEAT ON THE SANDWICH! I have just 10 minutes left of my lunch time, but i call, tell what happened, and ask that my sandwich be ready when I get there. I drive back down there, walk in, and they stand there stupidly looking at me and start to make my sandwich. There is no one there. Only the guy with the black cross-hatched on blond hair apologizes. And he didn't even do anything wrong. But it was nice of him. THE girl starts arguing with me about how they were busy, how she wasn't the one who made it, etc. I couldn't believe it. I don't know if they are under new management or what happened to that store, but I am not going there again. The service sucked. And so did the time it took to make it, as well as the customer service. read more

Went here on Sunday. When we walked in we were the only people the restaurant. My wife and I were going to split a sandwich. We ordered and I asked for it to be cut in half. They made it so fast and handed it to us. When we sat we noticed it wasn't cut. We asked them to cut it and the girls who were working had an attitude and handed us a plastic knife. Not a fan of any Jimmy Johns but my friends wanted to go. read more

I am not one to post a terrible review but after having multiple issues with this exact location I feel that it's time. I ordered a sandwich and paid extra for certain toppings, selected delivery and waited patiently for my order. Upon receiving it, everything I had requested was not in my sandwich, which is frustrating because I paid extra. I called the store and an employee told me that they would make me a new one and deliver it. I received the second sandwich and once again it was made just like the first and was STILL missing the items I paid extra for. The employee told me he would have his manager call me back and send me a third sandwich. The manger then called me and asked what was wrong, after I told her she let me know she could give me a credit or void the purchase. I asked for it to be voided and asked for my correct Sandwich, that I was owed. She then told me that they were too busy and it would take too long to get it to me. She then proceeded to tell me that next time this happens I should speak to a manager and not an employee. What I have an issue with is that it's not my responsibility to make sure my food is made correctly, this is something that the store should ensure. It was not my fault it was made incorrect 2 times, then to be told they were too busy to help is unacceptable. This has happened far too many times with this exact location and we will no longer order from here. read more

Very consistent with portions and the way the sandwiches always look. Decent amount of protein and exceptional choices for toppings!

My family and I love Jimmy John's... usually. I am on a road trip with my family and we were super excited when we saw a Jimmy John's near our hotel. We walk inside, ordered, and the blonde chick says to my brother "really dude? It's late" after he orders.... we arrived 10 minutes before close. We didn't realize it was closing soon, but It's still open! Then she rolled her eyes when my brother got his sandwich after she made it. He got the full sized sandwich and she didn't cut it for him- most likely on purpose. Very sad. Ruined our experience here. Girls like that should not be allowed in customer service! We're laughing about her in the car together now, but WOW read more

I am appalled by the abrupt NO by employees when I inquired about needing a sandwich delivered to a car in the parking lot or to a person just outside the building. I visited this location again tonight just to be told that the reason is it's against policy. They require a physical address to prevent theft ?!?! That doesn't make sense. I'm paying you online and just simply asking for assistance to get delivery since I live outside your area. Seems to me parking lot/door delivery is saver than dark neighborhood across town. I usually don't take the time out of any day to piss and moan about a bad dining experience, but my most recent meal at this particular Jimmy John's location garners mentioning. A quick glimpse at the other reviews has shown me that I'm not alone in my issues with this turd of a restaurant. After a busy day, my lady-friend and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat, and although we had our pick of the typical grease-and-grab fare, we decided to opt for subs instead. We knew something was amiss when we walked in and instead of hearing a "Welcome to Jimmy John's" our senses were immediately and viciously assaulted with really bad nineties teeny-bopper rave music, that was squalling rhythmically at full-blast, in shrill electronic beeps and boops. The ordering process went off without a hitch, save for the cashier's consistent staring stink-face, and I could have let the poor choice of soundtrack slide, I really could have, but then we received our sandwiches. My first bite crunched into dust in my mouth, a sure sign of over-baked bread. It was fast-food, whatever, the rest of the sandwich seemed edible enough, though my girlfriend had made the mistake of ordering a #4, which is basically just turkey, lettuce, and tomato, on a burnt bread-loaf. She returned to the counter in an attempt to salvage her bland sammy, perhaps some cheese would save the meal? The teenage employees refused to sell my girlfriend her cheese, selling things on the side was absolutely unheard of. They refused to do anything to remedy the situation, and would not give us any form of a straight answer as to why; adding insult to injury the cashier rudely informed my girlfriend that it was her own fault, and she should have read the menu better. My love begrudgingly retreated back to our table, and we tried to get through our sub-par sandwiches in peace, but again, we were denied. The "Numa-Numa Song" (Dragostea din tei), began blaring offensively over the speakers. We shared a disgusted glance, and quickly came to the decision that dining in our car would be a more hospitable experience. We gathered up our "food" and retreated to our Nissan, where we would discuss our new craptastic experience, and revel in the small joy I would feel, when sharing this honest review. Jimmy John's - #2 big john - Sandwiches Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

WOW this was the worst experience I have had with them. took them 2 hours to deliver our sandwiches to the hospital that is literally 3 mins away. They said they ran out of bread. Isn't this a fast food place that is supposed to have bread at all times. I talked to them 5 times and not once they gave me a straight answer. I've returned....to give myself zero stars for continuing to order from this place. Over an hour and counting. What is wrong with me?

Dirty, sticky floors and tables, ordered phone order for the second time, second time they messed up the order. 6 people in there without a mask. Why would I ever go into any Jimmie Johns again? read more

Very dissatisfying Jimmy John's visit. The staff was rude and unpleasant to interact with. The store was not well kept, with dirty and sticky tables and floors. As someone else mentioned they want to up charge you for everything here! 5 of their smallest, most simple sandwiches still cost me $27. Very poor portions for how much you pay. The food itself was so-so, certainly sub par for other Jimmy John's I have been to. We will not be visiting this store again. read more

I grew up with one of these sandwich places only about a block away from my school, so we ate here regularly. I'm happy to report that as far as I'm concerned, this place lives up to the general standard. I've been to Jimmy John's in Illinois, Arizona, California, Colorado, etc, and it's rare to find a bad one. I was in town for work for a couple weeks and this is one of the few places that deliver to the hotel I was staying at. I'm on the end of the second floor and every single time I ordered food, which included multiple sandwiches and sides, the average delivery time was about 16 or 17 minutes. There's nothing like a long day of work, limited nearby restaurants, and limited delivering restaurants. I knew every time I ordered here it be fast and every single time it was exactly as I ordered! I feel bad that other people haven't had the same experience, this is generally such a great place to grab a sandwich that I hope some of the other reviewers will give it an extra shot! Blech! Shoulda checked yelp first. Musta given me yesterday's bread. Worst JJ I ever had . Go somewhere else!

I would have no stars if possible. Driver couldn't follow delivery instructions. They didn't leave a voice mail when he called to advise he was here to deliver (call showing from different state). Manager didn't even offer to redeliver. For the price they are charging now days they should be making sure the correct person gets their order. Never use again. read more

Great, fresh and fast! Love their #6 Veggie and Salt and Vinegar chips. Staff was also very friendly.

Been to this JJ's many times and never encountered someone as rude as the General Manager. While I was ordering, she interupted me and told me they couldn't put anything on the "side". When I asked her why, she said "we just can't". When I asked her if she even knew what I had requested she just gave me a blank stare. I asked again, what did I request, and she said, "I don't know"... ummmm If you don't know what I requested, why did you say no? I wasn't asking for anything on the side ! After I got my food, NOT the way I wanted it, I asked to speak with her. She refused to talk to me at that time, told me I had to come back at another time. What I find the most interesting is that an employee told me many customers leave upset with her. I won't be back to that JJ's, there are plenty of others. To Mark the owner, I suggest you find yourself a GM that has more maturity. read more

Waited forty minutes for delivery and when they finally showed up the driver was missing part of the order.

We pre-ordered a large catering order for a very tightly scheduled training conference at our company a week prior to when we needed it and the order was VERY late. When we called they said "they got busy" I believe this to be unacceptable due to the amount of time we provided for their preparation. It threw a wrench into the remaining sessions training and left us in a pinch. We will NOT be using Jimmy Johns to cater again. read more

As good as any JJ's I've ever frequented. Can't complain. The cup lids are really high in the air... I'm short. I almost couldn't reach. At least they put a normal amount of hot peppers on the sandwiches, at some other ones sometimes they skimp on that and that makes me sad! Generally a decent JJ's location. read more

This particular Jimmy John's has good food, but horrible service! I ordered a number four cut in half because my husband and I share it and he likes Jimmy mustard on his half, so I asked if I could have Jimmy mustard on the side or buy my own jar of Jimmy mustard. They told us all they could do is give us a packet of yellow mustard and that it's against corporate regulations to give us side of anything especially Jimmy mustard! So if you want Jimmy mustard on your sandwich but preferred to have it on the side so that you can add it yourself you might want to give corporate a call because apparently you can't have a side of Jimmy mustard or even purchase it. It's pretty low budget in my opinion to not give sides of sauces that people order on their sandwiches. read more

New Jimmy John's store recently opened in Centerra. Have been here twice now and the service has been good both times and the staff friendly. Sandwiches are good quality and fresh. The franchise itself loses one star from me for stating it offers alfalfa sprouts when it actuality, they have removed them and didn't tell anyone ordering an item that it will not be on the sandwich you just ordered.
