Food was warm and prompt. Friendly service with a smile. Spacious clean environment. Lots to choose from. I'll be back.

I just ate at Panera bread yesterday and this is what I received for over $20 refer to picture. It was a tiny half sandwich which you could actually say it's a quarter of a sandwich and their so called bowl of soup is just a cup of soup. All that for $21 that's a bunch of crap. And don't let the picture fool you it's small the apple is tiny the sandwich is small and the "bowl"of soup is just a cup definitely not worth $21

Small servings and painfully slow! Do not try and walk into this place and expect to place an order at the counter in less than 10 minutes if there are three or more people in front of you. I typically always order their chicken frontega sandwich, which has good flavor, in my opinion, but always light on the chicken. Today I tried their new southwest chicken melt sandwich because the picture looked so good. The flavor was good, but true-to-form, there was almost no chicken on the sandwich. I know I should have said something, but I just don't have the time to wait for them to make my food a second time. See if you can spot the difference in these two pictures. Mine was obviously a half sandwich. I did not realize that meant half a sandwich with half the chicken.

Well, to begin with both sandwiches I ordered they didn't have the correct meat for one (they didn't have roasted Turkey) The Second sandwich didn't have Gouda cheese for the other one. For what a loti made they are skimpy on the meat.(big time) place was clean. The service was ok.. felt as though being rushed when ordering You would think it being a new item they would have the correct items... there is barely any chicken on this sandwich, and hardly any of the cheese that I had to substitute which was feta. Food was dry . Needless to say, Panera was not a good choice and would not recommend.. just went to their website and took their picture of their sandwich. Looks like I'm missing some things on mine.

I ordered takeout here on a Sunday afternoon through Doordash Pickup for my first visit. I called…read moretwice over the phone, hoping to place an order through this method, but no one answered; went straight to voicemail both times. Just a bit frustrating since I know Doordash charges more.. I also didn't want to place the order at the restaurant because I was so hungry and wanted to grab & go :( I was really craving pho and I liked their menu, so I took the chance and ordered both a regular-sized Meatball Pho (pho bo vien) and their Pho with Steak/Flank/Tendon/Fatty, which seems to be their "pho dac viet." On their menu, the price is listed as $15.99 for a Regular size and $17.99 for a Large. I paid $17.99 for each through Doordash for the regular-size, excluding the almost $4 of tax and bag fee.. Thankfully, I live nearby, so it was just a few minutes to drive over. It's in the same busy parking lot as Safeway and McDonald's but it's more on the opposite side, so I never realized it was in the same lot. Plenty of parking, at least. When I entered, the restaurant had plenty of seating but only a few tables occupied, which made me wonder why they didn't answer their phone.. I know I'm being petty over a few dollars but I just want to get bang for my buck. The inside looked nice and cozy, and I think would be a lovely place to enjoy a bowl of pho on an outcast/rainy day otherwise (if I didn't just want to go straight home lol). I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee that asked if I had a takeout order and escorted me over to a small table, where it was already neatly bagged and ready for me to retrieve. Now, the FOOD. I will say, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was organized and packaged well, so nothing spilled on the ride home. The pho was a good temperature: hot enough to cook the steak, but not overpowering enough to burn your mouth. The regular size still provides ample portions, so both my kiddo and I ate half for lunch, and our other half for dinner. I specifically asked for no beans sprouts with my order, so I do like that they provided enough for my son while still following my instructions. I am not too picky about my pho broth, but I can at least say, the broth here was not watered down. If anything, it might pack too much flavor and might deter some customers, but for me, it was savory and divine! I still had to add my obligatory hoisin and Sriracha sauces, so it might not be the healthiest, but i don't care, I slurped up everything! I usually post images of my food on social media [stories], and actually had a friend ask what the soup was because it looks really good. Some people have a finer palette for "good" Pho but for me, pho is pho as long as it is flavorful and there's a fair amount of MEAT! They offer moderate portions here so I can't complain, and everything was satisfying enough when eaten with the broth. 4 stars because they didn't answer the phone but my son and I devoured everything, so we can at least advocate that the pho is worth it! I'd recommend trying out this restaurant at least, especially if you consider yourself a pho connoisseur (or even a newbie to pho!).

I'm writing to share a disappointing experience that has made me seriously reconsider returning…read more Our group of six came in to enjoy dinner and drinks and watch the College Basketball National Championship--one of the biggest sporting events of the year. After initially having to request from the manager to ask have the game be put on, it was eventually shown. However, with about 15 minutes left in the game, the manager abruptly switched the main big screen to a Seattle Mariners regular-season game. This happened multiple times and was confusing and frustrating to everyone in the bar. At one point, the decision was put to a public "vote," which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and even led to conflict between guests. Prioritizing an early-season baseball game over a national championship in a sports bar setting was baffling. After the Mariners game ended, the manager was nowhere to be found and the staff were unable to switch the Big Screen back as this was a "Management decision". Eventually a Pottery show came on the big screen and Guests--including our group--were left turning around to watch smaller TVs across the room just to finish the game. Consequently , we--and others--closed out tabs and left out of frustration. Customers gathered outside the restaurant and couldn't believe this had happened. This experience showed a clear lack of leadership and awareness of what customers expect in a sports bar environment. If you're looking for a reliable place to watch major sporting events, I would strongly caution against this location. I hope this feedback leads to meaningful changes, because right now, the customer experience--especially during marquee sporting events--is being overlooked at this Lacey Ram location.

I booked 2 separate 1 hour slots, on different outdoor courts. It showed the booking went through. After getting there, it was made apparent the 2nd booking actually had not gone through, despite showing so on the online schedule. Our 2nd court had been taken by another group due to the faulty payment system, so I decided to book 2 more hours indoor, in addition to our 1st hour outside. We played for maybe 20 minutes inside during our 2nd hour, so I requested to not be charged for the 3rd hour. Which I was assured I wouldn't be. Despite that assurance, and that employee supposedly leaving a note with the manager, I was still charged. They have no manager on site during peak times that are able to make decisions, so I left a message following the experience with the 'manager' Carol Peebles. She never returned my call after a week of patience. Today, I rang her 3 times back to back, finally got an answer. I briefly explained the situation, and was told I'd get a call back. An hour later. Nothing. Called her 10 times, nothing. We shouldn't have to chase a manager down when we've essentially at this point been stolen from & ignored. I gave her plenty of grace before writing this review, but I guess I'll have to drive all the way to Lacey & confront them directly to get refunded. Also, they're incredibly understaffed, & the food was bland. We would have come back if it wasn't SO mismanaged & their customer service wasn't so absolute trash. Hope they go under. This should have been a very easy resolution, but here we are. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH CAROL PEEBLES OR 23 KITCHENS.

The restaurant is easy to find, located in a plaza with other businesses, so there's plenty of parking available. I also like that their hours are posted in military time; it's a small detail, but it removes any confusion about opening and closing times. The space itself is on the smaller side, but it feels comfortable and welcoming. We arrived around 17:00 on a Wednesday and were seated quickly. Service was friendly from start to finish--menus were brought promptly, and we were asked about drinks right away (water was perfect for us). Throughout the meal, the staff was attentive without being intrusive, refilling our water and clearing dishes at just the right times. We started with the agedashi tofu to share. The broth was flavorful and the tofu was prepared well, with that soft, gooey, gelatinous consistency. While it wasn't quite my personal preference (I tend to favor a crispier texture), it was still tasty and likely ideal for those who enjoy it that way. For our main dishes, my son ordered the tonkatsu corn ramen, and I had the black garlic ramen (without bean sprouts--personal preference). This was our first ramen spot since moving to Washington, and it genuinely reminded us of a favorite place we used to visit in Sacramento. The broth was rich, creamy, and deeply savory--absolutely delicious. I especially liked that the ramen was served with a ladle instead of a standard soup spoon, which made it easier to sip more of the broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly--not too firm, not too soft--and paired really well with the toppings. My son even commented on the generous portion of noodles, which I joked was exactly what we signed up for when ordering ramen! We both finished our bowls feeling completely satisfied. The chashu and egg were highlights for me--I took my time consuming them. My only small critique is that I wish the ramen included a full soft-boiled egg instead of just half, especially with bowls averaging around $17. Overall, this was a great dining experience with flavorful food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. While I have a couple of minor preferences, I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for quality ramen in the area.
