Food was warm and prompt. Friendly service with a smile. Spacious clean environment. Lots to choose from. I'll be back.

I just ate at Panera bread yesterday and this is what I received for over $20 refer to picture. It was a tiny half sandwich which you could actually say it's a quarter of a sandwich and their so called bowl of soup is just a cup of soup. All that for $21 that's a bunch of crap. And don't let the picture fool you it's small the apple is tiny the sandwich is small and the "bowl"of soup is just a cup definitely not worth $21

Small servings and painfully slow! Do not try and walk into this place and expect to place an order at the counter in less than 10 minutes if there are three or more people in front of you. I typically always order their chicken frontega sandwich, which has good flavor, in my opinion, but always light on the chicken. Today I tried their new southwest chicken melt sandwich because the picture looked so good. The flavor was good, but true-to-form, there was almost no chicken on the sandwich. I know I should have said something, but I just don't have the time to wait for them to make my food a second time. See if you can spot the difference in these two pictures. Mine was obviously a half sandwich. I did not realize that meant half a sandwich with half the chicken.

Well, to begin with both sandwiches I ordered they didn't have the correct meat for one (they didn't have roasted Turkey) The Second sandwich didn't have Gouda cheese for the other one. For what a loti made they are skimpy on the meat.(big time) place was clean. The service was ok.. felt as though being rushed when ordering You would think it being a new item they would have the correct items... there is barely any chicken on this sandwich, and hardly any of the cheese that I had to substitute which was feta. Food was dry . Needless to say, Panera was not a good choice and would not recommend.. just went to their website and took their picture of their sandwich. Looks like I'm missing some things on mine.

    Fresh bakery items!!

You know it's not a bad place to come over for a hot cup of coffee and some lunch. In my opinion, it's not really good for hot breakfast items (except maybe for its soufflés). It is though.. good for variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Best to try the "pick-two" If this place is new for you. Also their Panera Plus program isn't bad... but you'd have to be a frequent customer that likes their coffee (alot) to make it worth the monthly fee. Also, the service is relatively slow... so make sure you have your patience hat on!

Then I saw their TikTok last night, and let me tell you, that video had me craving it instantly. The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. Total hidden gem if you love a good sandwich that actually fills you up and tastes incredible. I did not grab a shake this time because it was freezing outside, but after seeing all the flavor options on the menu, I will absolutely be trying one next visit. Highly recommend in every aspect. I love when you try somewhere new and it completely exceeds expectations. This one is a must try.

Always good sandwiches according to her. So it was, with my meatball sub - hot, properly saucy with even a little kick. We took them to go and, in my case, getting a hot sub it stayed warm. I'd definitely put this above Subway. The restaurant itself was spacious and looked clean enough. We ordered ahead and it was ready in the 15 minutes it took to get there. It was good to check out a local favorite sandwich shop. At first I couldn't believe it, but the more of it I ate the more certain I was. I have never eaten more delicious chilli. What a total surprise. And the meatball sub wasn't bad either. A half sub is a meal in itself -- I'd only get a whole one for two people. Unless you want to save the other half for later, or you're a football player, or just have an unusually large capacity for meatballs. Even more impressive, both items have completely different flavor profiles despite both having similar ingredients. Will definitely be back

I didn't live close to a Firehouse Subs at my last address so I had never bothered signing up for an account (& all my friends + coworkers often ordered for me at work lol). Now that I'm down the street from a Firehouse Subs, I signed up for an account and ordered online for pickup at this location, which came with a discount for first-time customers ($10 off, if I recall correctly). Understandably, my order was not ready by the time that I arrived, since I placed the order 5 mins before arrival. I didn't mind the wait since the restaurant was fairly clean and I was able to use their public restroom. The employee working on my order was nice enough to inform me that they were working on it, so I wouldn't be left guessing where I am in the queue, since a couple customers entered after me, probably waiting for their takeout orders as well. It took some time until my order was ready (probably just another 10 or so minutes) but waiting isn't a problem for me, as long as my order is made correctly. I didn't eat my sub immediately after I arrived home but by the time I opened it up a few hours later, I was very pleased to find that the bread was not soggy, my order was accurate since all my customization preferences were followed, and everything tasted delicious! I will definitely be returning when I am craving a sub :)

While I get that restaurants expect the drivers to pick the chips up, if I ordered and walked in on my own, I would think staff would say "Chips are on your side, just pick out the ones you need" My husband pre-warned me before the order arrived (unfortunately the order was already made on the app and it was too late to cancel) but I had hope it wasn't so bad because it came straight to us and the place had been in business for quite a while. When I initially walked in, it wasn't too busy, but it filled up quickly while I was still figuring out how to order. They use a kiosk system where you choose dine-in or takeout, and it's nicr that each menu item had photos and ingredient descriptions so it made it way easier to decide, especially for our first visit. The space itself is small and quaint with a couple tables, but full of lovely art. There's lots of cute anime and Japanese-themed decor, including figurines, plushies, and artwork, giving the place such a cozy, cutesy aesthetic. I also noticed they might be hiring, based on the sign at the entrance. I came here because my cousin-in-law (who lives in upper Washington) mentioned the place, and I needed a redemption meal after being disappointed by another chicken spot recently. Katsu Burger definitely delivered! The burgers here aren't your typical American-style burgers. They don't taste as greasy and sub cabbage instead of lettuce, similar to garnish for a tonkatsu plate. And surprisingly, the photos on the kiosk actually match what you get (no false advertising here!). The employee behind the counter was super kind and helped guide us through the ordering process. I don't think they take cash so maybe that's why orders are placed through the kiosk. For food: My son ordered the Tokyo Tower burger as-is, and I tried the Umami Burger with light cabbage (not a huge fan of crunchy water veggies like lettuce/cabbage/etc.). Both were AMAZING. I have heard of tonkatsu but I had no idea what beef katsu was before this. Thought it was just a regular beef patty, but wow.. it was crispy, flavorful, and just overall delicious. We ordered takeout and didn't even get home for about 30 minutes, but the food was still warm enough to enjoy without reheating. Portion-wise, my burger was perfect: filling but manageable (i think i made the right choice with light cabbage). My son's Tokyo Tower was massive (almost too big for him to handle xD), but we both agreed everything tasted incredible. I was tempted to try a bento box, but I knew I wouldn't finish it if I was already ordering a katsu burger. Next time though! My son already has his eye on the enormous Mt. Fuji burger, so we'll definitely be back. Parking is decent, though it can get busy during the day since it's near a gym and other businesses. Overall, if you're in the Lacey area, you HAVE to try this Katsu Burger at least once. It looks like they have about 8 other locations too in the other towns so if you're not in Lacey, there still might be one nearby you. The burgers are absolutely the star of the show :) I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

At the speaker, the barista repeated my order back correctly. When I got to the window, she told me the total, I paid, and then before handing me my drinks she informed me that they hadn't charged me for the second drink. I was confused because the total had already been around $10, so I asked how that could be if one drink hadn't been rung up. She explained that the price included all of the add-ons, but when I looked at the receipt on my phone, it wasn't clear at all. In fact, the receipt made it appear as though both drinks had already been charged. I was then charged a second time for the missing drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, many businesses will either honor the original total or apologize for the inconvenience when the mistake is on their end. Neither happened here. To make matters worse, after paying again, I was handed drinks that were incorrect, they were the wrong size and not what I had ordered. When I questioned it, the barista simply went back to what she was doing without apologizing or offering to fix the situation. After I left, I looked at the second receipt, and it also didn't make much sense. It's really unfortunate because my family spends a lot of money here. Between my kids getting Italian sodas and our coffee runs, we're regular customers. I usually enjoy the ambiance and the staff, however, was very disappointed with my experience. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling overcharged, with the wrong drinks, and like our concerns didn't matter. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.
