I love that the food was fresh and they gave you ample amounts of leaves and sprouts for your soup.. we ordered to go one large hot and sour soup and one vegetarian regular size. When we got our to go order open, we noticed that both were the same size. We called the store to let them know and he knew right away apologized and asked if we would be able to come back and he'd make it right. He did make it right. He gave is a whole new order. I ordered the large dac biet, and was satisfied with the portions. Tons of noodles and beef pieces. The broth is very deep, rich, but clear and light. Seeing some reviews complain about service but I went when it wasn't busy and had no issue. No frills and was in n out of there. Inside is a boba tea joint as well. I have frequented this restaurant for years. They were my go to for the best broth and awesome service. The service is still awesome, however, the food quality has decreased. It's not terrible, it's just not that good anymore. We got a couple bowls of pho, as usual.The broth was weaker, almost watered down. No basil, bean sprouts, or lime. The tendon was not buttery soft, but chewy and more gristley than normal. Wasn't bad, just wasn't that good. We always get fresh rolls, they were substantially smaller and the peanut sauce was dark & sweet & barely peanut sauce, not like before, where I would relish each bite. We came in here and ordered a pho (brisket and meat ball) and a rice plate (lemon grass pork and egg). The rice plate is great (5 stars); the pho can be better (3 stars) - the meat ball had spicy and kinda breakfast sausage flavor which is very different from the meatballs in other pho places I've had. Best Pho in Seattle in my humble opinion. The staff is so nice and they're fast!! I normally order over the phone to go and will dine in from time to time. This place is always clean and customer friendly. I recommend the chicken pho and spring rolls. They're my favorite and go to! Love that food, but they always waste my time. They close at 10:30. Last seating says 10, I come in at 9:25 and get denied service? I just wanted to sit down for a bowl a pho, but it seems like they are always in a rush to leave. Your door says last seating at 10:00 pm but yet you turn around customers an hour before close is ridiculous. And it always has happens when I'm craving it. Please stick to the time stamps, and don't just close early and turn people around cause you wanna leave on time, or don't feel like making more. I understand due to Covid things go a bit downhill, but charging $16 for a bowl (rare steak) of pho and $16 for a 5 piece thin sliced lemongrass beef wrapped with onions on vermicelli is way overpriced. They were also out of basil and the service sucked and their broth was not all that great. I do not recommend this place at all unless they decide to lower their price or serve the correct portion for the price they are charging. I don't think I'll ever visit this place again. Apparently they decided to install super bright white LED lights throughout the place. These are NOT good lights for dining. This place seems more like a cafeteria with these LED lights. I do not recommend this place. There's other Pho places in the area with just as good pho, with a better atmosphere and comfortable lighting to set the mood. The food is ridiculously good and the portion sizes are huge! The service couldn't have been better, our waitress was super great and kind. This is one of my favorite pho places in town. The broth is so good and the meat, no matter which kind you get, never disappoints. I recently broke my food and made an order over the phone. They were kind enough to bring it out to my car so I wouldn't have to wobble in. I also love the drinks. I guess it's technically apart of Jazen Tea, but you can order at the same time. Service is always excellent and the staff have always been friendly with me. I'd highly recommend dropping in and grabbing a bowl of your favorite pho! I also tried the snacks that they offer.... I was so looking forward to trying the vermicelli bowl because it's one of my favorite Vietnamese dish to get and you can't really mess it up.....until now. I'll start off with the good stuff first: the inside is clean and spacious, the staff are all super friendly and the food comes out fast. Yesterday was my second time coming here and I ordered the Veggie and Tofu vermicelli bowl and Taro bubble tea. I'm super happy to eat my meal and as I took the first few bites I was left disappointed. The veggies didn't seem fresh, the tofu was weird and chewy and there wasn't much flavor as compared to other vermicelli bowls I've had. There was a strange and bitter taste to it....kind of like the veggies and everything have been pickled too long and the noodles were dry. I hate wasting food so I finished everything even though I was not feeling it. Not sure if it relates to the food but I think it did but my stomach wasn't feeling so good after the meal. My sister and I had a very bad experience. We went in this last weekend for take out and they made us wait for a hour. We ordered 3 pho's and 4 drinks and they told us it would be a 20 min wait. We waited outside for 20 min and when we went back in they said said our drinks werent ready and told us to sit and wait. We sat there for 10 min before they gave us our bag of pho, and it this point they still haven't started on our drinks. But they were making drinks for other customers that came in after us. So we continued sitting there and waiting watching them help other customers. I had noticed that they only gave us 2 of the 3 broths. So we waited for our drinks and I told them we were missing a broth. They had it just didnt bag it for us. Our food was already cold before we left. Worst experience ever. Im never going back.
