hair in my sandwich

long brown hair in my sandwich, usually send me the wrong order and way too expensive for delivery to be dealing with this low of quality.

Why not?

What I like the most about this Panera are two things: 1) customers are made to feel welcome to relax, eat, sip, and stay awhile. That makes for loyalty. Two sets of people told us that they come on every Tuesday and knit, crochet, etc. while they enjoy their meal, the other group said they play Mah Jongg for a few hours every week. Both groups tucked away in areas that don't distract other diners. Number two on my list is that Panera, as a company policy of consciousness, donates their foods to soup kitchens. That, too makes for loyalty. Their "MyPanera" card is a good option; a nice, incentive card that offers discounts and freebies. A friend of mine and I sat with cups of warming tea and enjoyed the warm wood and upholstered chairs, the urban chic lighting, and the colorful artwork adorning the walls. Staff is ultra welcoming, there is a good selection of breads and bakery items, sandwiches, soups, teas, and coffees. Sandwiches and soups could use a bit less salt for my sensitive palate and other folks' heart health. Otherwise, this is a good place to sit awhile and enjoy your company, the Panera company, and your meal!

I was so excited to have my poke bowl with a side of a yummy bubble tea…read more The poke still bomb, fresh and a great portion. They have pre made bowls or you can build your own which is my fav! The place clean and cute and of course, packed and full of life. The staff upbeat and friendly which is what we love! Unfortunately I had to give them one less star for this rating (compared to my previous 5 star) because their bubble tea changed, not only their packaging but their quality. The cup felt flimsy, like if you squeeze too hard might pop the cover off, no big deal if the actual drink is great, then you bypass this BUT unfortunately this has to be one of the saddest bubble tea drinks I've had in a while. The drink was warm!!! Ugh, the ice was added last so therefore it melted immediately and so by the time it got to me, warm... I'm like ok I can add ice at home lol .. I had the mango and my boyfriend the peach. Both flavors were good, but both warm with ice is just not the same. We had it with tapioca bubbles and mango/peach popping boba. The popping boba was good but the tapioca pearls were SOOO HARD and a weird orange see through color so either they weren't ready or they were old! They were so hard they kept clogging our straw and couldn't sip our drink... everything about it was just a disappointment, I was so sad because I've been going there for years and I've loved their bubble tea and never had that problem! Anyway, go for food, skip their bubble tea.
