Today, we had Emma, and she completely changed that experience. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She made us feel welcome and appreciated, and our entire meal flowed flawlessly. It was exceptional service, and she did it all with a smile! During recent visits, we have often felt rushed. No sooner do we place our order than our soup/salad arrives, followed within a minute or two by our meal. We are still enjoying our soup, salad and breadsticks while our entrées sit and get cold. Today, we asked that our meal be held until we were finished with our soup and salad. Emma checked back with us and asked when we were ready for her to place the meal order. It was wonderful to actually relax and enjoy our lunch without feeling rushed. I also want to mention that two young men at a nearby table were clearly trying to flirt with Emma. She handled the situation with professionalism, grace and composure while continuing to provide excellent service. I would guess Emma is around 20 years old, and for someone so young to provide such exceptional service and handle an awkward situation so professionally is extraordinary. Please recognize Emma for the wonderful job she is doing. Her attitude, professionalism and genuine warmth made our lunch a truly enjoyable experience.
