I come here quite a bit, but for some reason have not thought to review JM's until now. Great sandwich today. As usual I ordered #8 Club, regular on white, Mike's way, no mayo, add honey mustard. Just excellent as usual. Strip mall location so fairly easy parking. Service was quick (I often order on the app, - they have a great app, but ordered in person today). Can be a little pricey, but take advantage of their rewards for frequent JM's flyers and their offers to save a few $. Highly recommend. read more

Awful experience! This location is supposed to close at 9 pm. Pulled up at 8:15 and they had just turned the open sign off. I called and asked when they close and the worker had an attitude. Customer service is bad and I'm honestly glad that I didn't eat there just because of the vibe I was given from the quick phone call. Will not be trying this J.M. location again! read more

Ordered two regular subs and chips one was white, turkey and American cheese. Second one i tried the regular Italian ans it was okay it wasn't as good as the pen station Italian but it did the job. Pen station is a better deal for the quantity but my picky son only likes the meat here. read more

This is my sixth review of six different Mike's in the central IN area this year. This a brand new location and they are still struggling with getting the service up to speed with new employees. Food quality is great as always, just the service was hit or miss. There were multiple issues this Sunday morning. From orders being wrong to employees not quite sure what to do, such as how to handle a coupon at check out, to a lack of utensils both out front for the customers and behind the counter for the employees. One woman was very experienced and working with two obvious new employees and then an experienced guy I recognized from another location reported to work just before 11 am and began helping out. But the amount of customers walking in both to order and pick up was ever increasing. As I was leaving, they were advising online pickup customers that they were "backed up." Walking to my car, I saw multiple groups of customers heading for the door and felt sorry for the staff. They were just not going to be equipped to handle the lunch rush. They still get three stars from me because my food was correct, hot & fresh off the grill and tasting good with a reasonable amount of wait time both to place my order and food delivery time. I'm just saying what I saw to warn everyone that your expectations should give allowances for them being new and not yet up to speed on everything. I'm sure they'll get better with time. read more

We were in the area and decided to grab a quick sandwich to go. Two people in front of us their sandwiches were already made. When we walked up the guy ask our order and he cut the meat and cheese and put it on our sandwich down on the counter. The next girl was putting on the topping she was so slow. We waited 20 minutes while she put topping on 6 half subs for the guy in front of us. Then there was a girl standing next to her that was waiting for her to make the sandwich so she could wrap it and then there was a girl ringing the sandwiches up. There were 7 people in the store working and nobody was helping each other. So if your in a hurry you may think twice. read more

So glad to have this location in Avon Indiana. There was a long line since the place just opened. It did move rather quickly. Was greeted as soon as reached the counter. We ordered a giant and split it. They were accommodating in making it to 7 inch subs. The cheese and meat is cut fresh at the counter. Really not sure what's worse - food or the service. Could barely understand a thing said to me - "you want mikes way"? Wtf? "Take your ticket up front" - ok can I order another sandwich? They put all of my spicy peppers on my 9yr olds sandwich. Guess what, not her thing. And seriously, you can get these ingredients at ANY grocery store, maybe gas station... nothing unique. This place is not in a good spot but still seamed to be pretty busy. It's where the old which which was at . It was very clean the employees were very friendly and efficient. Service was very quick. The food here is awesome I love their subs. They have a reasonably big menu so I think about everyone could find something they like. The parking here is a bit tight. I was surprised by the low star score! I have loved these sandwiches from when I worked in Carmel and one was down the road from my job. I have to say, I'm a creature of habit and I oder the same thing EACH AND EVERY TIME--the Jersey Shore Favorite! I always get it in the regular size so I can have half one day and half the next. It never disappoints! They make it just how I like it every time. Sometimes I cringe at how much vinegar they splash on it--looks like they drown it. But it's always perfect for me! No complaints about the service, always nice, not overly though, it is fairly fast paced environment. My only gripe? I wish they served Coke and not Pepsi. read more

This location isnt as good as others. Paid 40 bucks before delivery for giant Chipotle mayo philly with extra cheese and meat. Received dry philly with no mayo of any kind, underwhelming amount of meat for the price. Location refuses customization on doordash me and has no option to add jalapeño. Pretty sad for a $40 sammich. read more

We went to Jersey Mike's for lunch today. Upon arrival they appeared to have a few people in line which allowed me to see their flow. There were 5 employees working but they weren't working as a team. My issue however was the lady working the register was also applying toppings. At no point while going from multiple services to open containers of toppings did she change gloves. No one should be touching food/cash without changing gloves. For this reason we left. I highly doubt my $27 will make a difference but please remember these health risks. read more

Jersey Mike's is my go to when I want to spend the dollars. The consistency of quality and flavor, but mostly the amount of product they put on the sandwich is why I pick JM over the other sub shops. At 13:30 in the afternoon, they had a continuous flow of customers but didn't lag in timely service. One employee was cleaning the store front after the rush of the lunch crowd. read more

We've been here before and they did well. Today was much different. My wife ordered a cheese steak and asked them to overcook the onions and peppers. If the are not cooked thoroughly, it will make her stomach sick and cramp. They said they would cook them like that before putting them on her "giant" sandwich. We started to eat as we were driving to our next stop and my wife stated that they hadn't cooked them as requested. She had already eaten some of it as we were quite hungry. Unfortunately, the onions and peppers had the effect I had described. She was sick for hours afterwards. We also paid for a large fountain drink (32 oz). Upon trying to get ice in the cup, we were informed the was no ice. WTH? If they knew that, wouldn't it have been nice to know before purchasing a drink? We asked gor a refund and it went thru each person before the grill guy came over and offered a bottle of Pepsi (20 oz) in lieu of the fountain drink. We took it but felt ripped off. Shame since we always enjoyed their sandwiches but not this time. If we ever go again, we'll order something they can't screw up. read more

Long time jersey mikes fan here but this new location has lots to work out! They had about 15 workers at the time we went in and all but 4 of them was just standing around chatting while the line moved slowly. Me and my fiancé ordered the similar sandwhiches but different dressings and toppings, mine with little mayo and mustard and hers heavy mayo no mustard and they got swapped instead of doing one at a time. Went to the counter to request a new top since mine was caked with mayo. The lady acted like it was a severe burden and handed me a new one and I had to ask again to get the correct dressings applied. First time ever visiting a jersey mikes and getting subpar service and attitude! read more
