My first time to Culver's in Brownsburg and it was not a good experience. I ordered the walleye fish sandwich, cheese curds, and a concrete mixer as a strawberry shake. It's a sandwich was completely soggy and the bread was chewy like it had been in the microwave. They did not include the honey mustard sauce that I asked for. The only thing they got right was they did provide me with tartar sauce for the sandwich but I couldn't put it on it because it was falling apart so I just stuffed it in my mouth. They also try to charge me over $24 for this meal and when I kept questioning it he finally worked it down to 20 bucks. I didn't ask what that magic was but I was grateful needless to say. read more

He was incredibly kind, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. His energy was so positive that I couldn't wait to get to the window to meet him. This Culver's just keeps getting worse and worse. Every time my wife and I go there it is an absurd wait time just for our food to be inaccurate. We would be much more understanding if the employees were at least nice about it, but they always seem to brush you off like you're a nuisance. The last time I remember enjoying my visit was when Joe P was working, he's the example everyone at that store should be taking after but since I haven't seen him in a long time, I imagine he found much more positive coworkers elsewhere. read more

The cashier(ayden) then instantly said "well why don't you order everything". Came to do a quick pickup for dinner through drive-through and was a bit annoyed with how they were handling orders. Drive-through was busy which is fine but then I was told to pull up to wait for my food when there was no space to park my car. I wish Culver's would implement designated numbered parking spaces for pickup. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was actually delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually spicy. Three times, 3 shit shows. Ordered Curdside on 2 occasions. Forgotton about both times. First time my food was brought out and the employee told me my food was just sitting there and no one told her. Second time I went in after 20 minutes to find my food not made at all. Third time went through the drive thru. Ordered a concrete mixer that was runny as hell. I asked for bananas and hot fudge. I literally pulled banana PEELS out of my mouth. WTAF! Lesson learned with this place. Unfortunately that took too many times...smdh. read more

On June 14th my grandaughter and I ate here. I ordered a Fish sandwich and onion rings. My grandaughter had a cheeseburger. Everything was spot on! When I got home I discovered my insulin pen was missing. I called the next day and was told there was nothing found however they called back later and said that it had been found! This was good news since I am visiting from out of state. I was impressed that they rembered I had called and somehow remembered my phone nbr! The dining room is relatively clean and the food is delicious. I wish the service matched. Many young teens working there that have not yet learned appropriate customer service skills like greeting a guest when they approach the counter. The food never fails me. But one young lady with blond hair and a tattoo on the left arm (666) was very rude to me. Not only that but had me run my AMEX card twice before telling me they don't except AMEX. Other girls in there was all working and doing their job. Getting orders correct have been a challenge in the fast food industry. They have always gotten my family's orders correct.

Very disappointed in this new Culver's. Drink station and floors were filthy yet there were 6 employees sitting on their butts chilin like there was nothing to do. After not having any ice my mom went over and approached the workers in a fed up state and they looked at her like why are you botherin' us??? Then they said "We have our first Karen"!!!! All the other employees that were actually working were kind and respectful and appeared to be trying to take up the slack of the lazy employees. Sad. read more
