Very friendly and clean location. Service here is great and the frozen custard is delicious. There is only one drawback to this location: Getting there. Access is weird and easily missed from the main street. In order to park you have to make your way around the drive-through and parked cars waiting for their drive-through orders. When you finally get to the parking you find that it is rather limited and once you try to leave you have to content with the drive through folks speeding around the corner with limited sight. read more

This location faces Rockville Road (US 36) across the street from Kroger. It does a great busy but we never seem to wait long. The employees are friendly and helpful. The lady that took our order was nice and read back our order. This fast-food, locally owned chain is popular for the Butter Burger and Concrete Mixers Frozen Custard. The menu offers fresh, never frozen, burgers, fish, tenderloins, salads, chili cheese fries, tarter tots and more. Try a Concrete Mixer, sundae or banana split. There's numerous topping to select from and add to your Concrete Mixer (.35 each) from candies to Brownie pieces. Indoor seating consists of tables or booths and both are comfortable. The outdoor patio tables have umbrellas over each table. Today was absolutely perfect weather to enjoy Concrete Mixers while waiting on a tire to be replaced on my car. It seemed everyone waiting at Belle Tire had the same thought as each customer walked that way after waiting for a few minutes. Today, my husband ordered the Vanilla Custard Blueberry, Banana Concrete Mixer and I had the Chocolate Concrete Mixer with Brownie Pieces, Hot Fudge and Whipped Cream. Both were delicious and refreshing as we sat on the patio on this 75 degree, sunny day. Even though the crowds came and went, the employees moved to where they were needed. Both indoor and drive-up windows were moving quickly. We should eat here more often. Keep wishing they'll put one in Speedway. For the first time, I am disappointed with my visit at Culver's!! Ughhhh!! Is it a sign that after many years of success that a restaurant decline is inevitable? I was avoiding going to my doctors appointment with an empty stomach so I went there around 1030am and got a snack pack-simple single ,cheese burger, everything, no ketchup. This picture below was what I received. I have ALWAYS gotten the most beautiful burgers that not only looked delicious but tasted delicious also. They didn't even get the order correct and I was the only car in line! That is why I pass McDonald's and Steak n Shake and drive clear out of my way to visit Culver's to have an eye appealing and juicy burger. But everyone gets a shot at redemption-right? If the next time I visit and receive the same, I will revoke my torch that I have carried for this establishment and chose to make my own burger at home. read more

Culvers....was soooo good! I don't know why it took me so long to try this place out. I went through the drive - thru and had a very pleasant experience. The young lady behind the speak box was super nice and answered all my questions. I tend to ask a lot of questions about the food before I make my selection. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich basket which came with a side of delicious crispy fries and a cold soda. I waited for 10 minutes for my food to arrive, but it was really good, so I didn't mind the wait. The chicken breast was thoroughly cooked, and the toppings were very fresh. I added extra money mustard which my sandwich to make it even better! I really liked that when I finally got home, my food was still warm and delicious. Next time, I will order their famous custards desserts and I know that will be a delightful treat for the summer days. I give 5 stars for food but negative stars for service. Hence the 2 star review. My husband used to work for the owner at the Plainfield Culver's back in the day - always speaking highly of his standards. Let's just say, his standards are slipping. During my visit today, they were out of ice and a manager said "yeah, I'll get to it in a second". The other manager had zero kindness or patience as well. We watched our food sit in the warmer area for a good 5-7 minutes, get bagged and then sat on the counter. This has been the service received every time we come to this location. But...if management has an attitude like that, the workers will mimic. Highly disappointed & will never return to this location; and if you do go here, don't be in a hurry nor expect a smile. For a drive through fast food establishment I love this place! I always get the kids meal because I always want their amazing ice cream after! I make sure I go with a group so I can have cheese curds as well! The kids cheeseburger meal is so yummy and you get free ice cream and you can have a mix-in or pick flavor of the day at the end instead of a useless toy! On the kid meal bag are coupons if you save those and collect 10 you can redeem for a kids meal! read more

This is a close #2 spot for me on my service quality scale, only behind (and barely) to ChicFilA. If that doesn't sum up the amount of customer service you receive, idk what would. The food is always good. They are always busy, yet somehow you are in and out SOO fast. The only down side to it, the price. I personally think it is a bit overpriced for what it is. This location just opened not too long ago and I was excited. I ordered their cod fish sandwich combo with extra tartar. Bill was over $9. If I hadn't went through the drive thru I would've returned the food. This was a fish stick sandwich! Just like you see in the frozen food isle at the grocery. I love Culver's. I usually get a kids meal which is a perfect combo for me. And I get a frozen custard with it. Save 10 scoopie bucks and I get a free one. Sign up on their website for coupons and much more. Super friendly staff and because I somewhat frequently go to the Rockville Rd location some right away recognize me. A warm fuzzy feeling. Came Last week I got a chopped steak dinner with mash potatoes and green beans. The meat was burnt black and crispy, the grilled onions were burnt, the green beans were complete watery mush with tons of salt. They were dark and falling apart indicating they had been sitting there and over cooking. This was Friday at 7:30pm a peak time where fresh food should have been served. The only thing they got right was the no mushrooms. I called next day to let them know amd I asked to speak to the manager and Kiara said she was the manager. She wasn't the manager and wouldn't give me the name of the manager or let me speak to him. She was rushing me off the phone and didn't handle the issue appropriately. They didn't offer to replace the meal but just to send $1 off coupons for value packs in the mail. I don't buy value packs so I requested the meal to be replaced and she said "I can only do it if you hurry up and get here before I leave". Although inconvenient I went back for the meal replacement right away Saturday and I got no apology for the horrible meal. Additionally the real manager Brad was in the background preparing the replacement meal and clearly had some type of attitude going on in the background. I won't be frequenting here anymore because of the bad service and food quality. Kiara seemed to have a better attitude at the store and improved her service. If this is the management team I feel sorry for the workers. The owners may want to do a mystery shopper to see how the managers are really handling their investment with the bad interaction with customers. I've had a few issues there before with the green beans but they always resolved the issue with appropriate service, but this Kiara and Brad the general manager have much needed room for improvement on customer service. read more
