I have been here several times hoping it gets better. 10 times out of 10 the order is wrong or missing something. Once I brought the order back and they re- made the sandwich perfectly. I was happy but I shouldn't have to bring food back to get what I should've recieved the first time. I rather take the trip to Ballantyne or Providence Rd for better food...and I live around the corner from the Indian Land location. I keep giving this place another chance and they continue to disappoint. We ordered a dozen bagels thru the app for pickup. They said the order would be ready at 1:15 pm, pick up in the back. We went to pick it up, first we were told it wasn't paid for, it was thru Google Pay, so we paid again, 2nd that were no bagels there for us. Waited another 15 minutes for our bagels. Checked my credit card......TWO CHARGES! We were told one was reversed and it should show up in a few hours! The charges showed up immediately, so why not the charge back??????? read more

Yesterday at lunch which was 2/24/21 at 12:30 I ordered through the drive-thru a Mediterrian Grilled Chicken Grain Bowl. I paid 11.49 and went to work and opened my bowl to find that I only had 2 handfuls of grain bowl that I had paid and absorbent amount for! Please hear me...it's not about portion control cause I have that conception! I was asking myself if this bowl with literally 2 hands full of product...not even barely reaching half way in the bowl, had cost me 11.49!!!!!!! What in the world! Are we suppose to not say anything about how we are charged 11.49 for barely nothing. I will never go back to this Panera's nor another one! Surely this is NOT common practice to do customers like this? Get this...I sent them a complaint and still have not heard back from them! Guess they don't care! Not good at all. They've gotten my orders wrong every time. One of my order, I got mismatched bread. I ordered a Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT sandwich, but they only put bacon and lettuce in it. Also tiny sandwiches. The Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich looks like it was literally thrown together. For the cost, I expect quality. read more

Worst experience i've ever had at a Panera Bread. I always pick up my mobile order through the drive-thru but today they made me come inside and said that they do not do pick-ups at the drive thru. When I got home I was missing my bread bowl and soup even though it was checked off that it was in the bag. Cashier was not apologetic but the manager was very friendly. Disappointed I was not offered a pastry after my incorrect order which is Panera policy. read more

My 11 year old daughter and wife went to this Panera about 1/2 hour ago and my daughter wanted the flatbread pizza. My daughter was told that they were out of flat bread so she couldn't get the pizza. Now while ordering and then waiting on their order, a customer in the drive thru picks up the flatbread pizza that they just ordered. My daughter told my wife that MAYBE the drive thru customer ordered before them , SOMEHOW, and that was the last flatbread pizza. After my wife and daughter ordered something else, they went out to eat in the car and shortly afterwards a group came out with their food. One of the young females realized they were given the wrong pizza so the mom went back in to clear that up. The mom came back out and told the group she was with that "they said the pizza would take a few minutes to be ready". So not only were they (Panera) not out of flatbread pizza, they had enough to replace one that they screwed up on. I'm not saying it's about the skin color of all involved but that sounds a little shaky to me. Unfortunately I don't have the benefit of 11 year old innocence to just brush it off as a "mistake". read more

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a Panera. I've been her4 times and the service is horrible. We have waited over 30 minutes for our food on one occasion, request Ed a refund on another visit where they never brought our food after checking twice on its status, took over 10 minutes in the drive thru for a bagel(seriously) and then they tried giving me the wrong bagel and 1 time after 20 minutes of waiting got cold soup. I love Panera's but this one is the worst. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was totally amazed at the treatment I just received at this so called establishment. I placed an order for lunch ... rather large order for delivery on their site... like always when we received our order it was wrong. Now I paid a delivery fee on THE PANERA website for them to deliver my food. Today the order was missing soup. I called the café and reached a ....person.... named Peyton. This was the rudest nasty person I have ever spoken to. He spoke over me was nasty rude and obviously was not a professional. Basically I was told that it was my problem and if I wanted the over priced soup that I PAID FOR AND PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED THAT I NEEDED TO COME AND GET IT. He then hung up on me ... not surprised from an obvious person of this class. I called back and he picked up the phone and hung up on me 4-5 times. I called customer service and was told in a nicer manner that this was my problem and again if I wanted the soup I could go pick it up. I then ask for the managers info and was told they have no Idea who that is. OMG what kind of company is this. I will make certain that this information is circulated through out the internet as people need to be aware of the type of companies that they support. We are a very large company and this was for a business meeting of executives and they were all in the room when this happened. I was glad to hear that they all wanted this review in an email so that we were able to send it to all 6 companies distribution list reaching thousands of individuals so that more people can be aware of exactly how important Panera thinks their customers are.... I am asking you to rethink spending your money at this company but especially not at this particular location because obviously they allow people like ... Peyton ... to represent them and you may or may not get the food you pay for and just because you pay a fee for delivery it is still your problem if you don't get your food. This week I had a great experience with the customer service at our new Panera Bread in Indian Land, South Carolina. I met the manager, Logan, and he was so helpful with my order and he hand delivered it to me at my table. Plus, another woman I was seated with had a thoughtful server find her sunglasses and get them to her promptly. Another helper was Dorhman and he made sure our dishes were picked up and with a great smile on his face! The food is always delicious!
