Brandy often seems distracted and disconnected from what is happening around her, while Sara can come across as uninterested in engaging with customers. You may place an order, receive your beer, and then barely be acknowledged afterward. The food is also inconsistent, especially the pizza. We have ordered it multiple times and rarely know what to expect. One visit it may be overly greasy, another time overcooked or burnt. Consistency should be one of the basics of running a restaurant. I also believe personal political opinions should be kept separate from the workplace. Customers come in to relax, have something to eat or drink, and enjoy themselves--not to feel like they are being pulled into an employee's political views, regardless of which side those views fall on. What makes this especially disappointing is that the place itself has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is appealing, and with stronger management, more consistent food preparation, and employees who genuinely make every customer feel welcome and valued, this could be a great establishment. I hope the owner takes constructive criticism seriously and focuses on hiring, training, and retaining staff who understand that hospitality is about making every paying customer feel acknowledged and appreciated. Unfortunately, we have experienced similar issues at the other location nearby as well. There is a lot to like about the concept, but the service needs significant improvement.

Absolutely incredible! It's both warm and cool at the same time, caramelized bananas and a torched meringue topping were bowl-licking delicious. All in all, this was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The bartender, Roberto, who is also a son of the restaurant's owners, provided exceptional service. His friendly and professional demeanor and reflected his passion and pride in the family business. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. I ventured to try the grouper marsala, a novel combination that intrigued me from the start. Despite my initial hesitation, Roberto's reassurance convinced me to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did--it was outstanding. 10 STAR SERVICE! And Great Dinner! I went to Luigi & Sons with my parents this evening. The restaurant was busy working walk-ins (like us) and reservations. We wait out front for a while which was expected. Once seated, I suggested to my mom that we get bread or an appetizer ordered quickly to help maintain her blood sugar. A server stopped by with a basket of breadsticks and marinara. She said, "I overheard something about blood sugar so I brought some breadsticks for you." She wasn't even our server for the evening. This wasn't done for a better tip. This was done because Luigi & Sons hired a compassionate employee who went beyond her duties to help a customer. 10 STAR RATING! This is a awesome Authentic Italian eatery. I schedule eat and greets for my local kayak club and this is by far the best location. All the members ask when we are returning. They let us use the back room and we lean toward 70 members that show. They take such good care of us even through the chaos of us being up and about visiting with each other. Excellent is an understatement. This is the best hidden gem in the area. Very reasonably priced, too. Juliette is the owners daughter. When my family and I went the first time, Juliette was our server. When we went back a few months later, she remembered everything we ordered the first time. I've never had to pick up a menu since.
