Do better, Panera. I spent $14 on a drink and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Very disappointed to open my container of soup once I got home to see how much is missing. I worked for Panera Bread for many years prior and never did this to the customers. When you're paying for an expensive dinner, you would expect to get the correct amount.. that is a lot missing. I'm very disappointed. I spoke with the GM, he did mention giving me something free for next time, all though I appreciate the offer, I will not be asking. Please fill up the soup! We're paying for it and it's very pricey so we expect the right portion!

First time eating at Panera and it was better than I expected. Everything is so fresh and great flavors. Very fast service but the dining area is still closed.

    New Southwest chicken BBQ sandwich

Was so happy to finally go to Panera & this is the sandwich I receive with my pick 2 . I was very disappointed with how this was thrown together and the lack of chicken. Also, sourdough is not the bread for this sandwich & I was not made aware that the bread was out.

Went to grab dinner. Got the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich. First half was good. Until I got to second. Paper left in other half of sandwich.. should have gotten chick fil a

I had a great experience!…read more A girlfriend of mine and I met up here to catch up. We sat in the little wall booth cubbyhole. It was such a great spot to get to have a private conversation with a friend. It's an amazingly unique spot. You could miss it if you didn't keep your eyes peeled. The food is simple overall but delicious. They have something for everything from catching up with a friend to a first date meal. The menu has a lot to offer. The service and decor are both wonderful. If I lived closer, I'd definitely go again!

We sat upstairs in the brewpub area. We would have preferred a regular table, but it seemed like they really wanted to seat us at a high-top. I didn't feel like pushing back, so we took it. I assumed maybe they were trying to keep the four-top regular tables open, but by the time we left, the high-tops were full and the regular tables were still empty. Maybe there was a reason for it, but it made the seating feel a little odd. For food, I split the meatball appetizer and the tarragon chicken salad sandwich with another person. Both were good. The meatballs were golf-ball sized and served in a small skillet of marinara with two slices of bread. No complaints on taste or quality. The sandwich was also solid and about what I expected from the menu. That said, the pricing felt a little high for what we got. The sandwich was $14 and did not include a side, and the four-meatball appetizer was also $14. Again, the food was good, but it was definitely on the pricier side. I also had the cream ale and the blonde ale. I don't remember the exact prices, but they seemed in line with the styles and I enjoyed both. My biggest complaint was the 3.99% credit card surcharge. That seems steep, especially at a restaurant where lunch can already add up quickly and most people probably aren't carrying enough cash to cover a full meal. To their credit, there was ample signage about the surcharge, so it was not a surprise at checkout. Still, at this price point, adding nearly 4% for using a card left a bad impression. Without the surcharge, this probably would have been a 4-star experience for me. The food and beer were good, and I did not have any real complaint about the quality. But the surcharge, combined with the slightly odd seating experience and higher prices, brings the overall visit down to 3 stars. Overall, I'd consider going back, but the seating experience and credit card surcharge would make me think twice.

I really want to love this place. I'm a big seafood fan and there just really isn't a whole lot of…read moregood options around the area except for chain restaurants. I do keep giving it a chance every couple years just because it's a one off place and it's a staple in Hanover. I got the seafood trio special which was shrimp scampi, seasoned tuna steak and a thing of crab legs with two sides. The sides options are just so weak for the price of the dishes and only a handful to choose from. I got double "steak fries" which was just a potato cut in four and fried with very little seasoning. Which our waitress forgot them and my daughter's normal fries which we didn't get until we were both half way done our meals. Our waitress was super sweet and was trying but just seemed to be all over the place. We were also charged a regular sized drink for my daughter's kids meal because she got a soda instead of the juice box. Probably shouldn't have only one option for a kids meal when that one option is a juice box that is so tiny that it's gone in one sip. Also got the better half soup (half cream of crab and half maryland crab) which I get every where that has it and this one just has no flavor. I'm still not giving up on this place but next time maybe I'll just stick with the all you can eat deal for the night.

I had the shrimp stuffed with crabmeat. The menu says "Jumbo shrimp" they were not jumbo shrimp,…read morethey were medium sized. The crabmeat was not what I expected, it was bland and very soggy and saturated with liquid. I like my crabmeat stuffing more like a stovetop stuffing, what I mean by that is dryer with flavor. Also you only get three stuffed shrimp which was fine because I could barely force down the 3rd one. For the sides I got the coleslaw which was actually very good and I got the side salad which was ehhh. Overall I wasn't impressed with the dish. I would be open to trying some other dishes though if I go next time. Staff was friendly enough so that's a plus. I sat at the bar, usually when I sit at a bar it can be hit or miss as far as the quality of service, sometimes bartenders can be rude but I did not get that vibe here.
