Start with the bread bowl soup. It was terrible bread hard and cold, chunky cold soup. The half sandwich was ok. I ordered the Mac and cheese again dry and thick. Then to my bagel sandwich poorly made and super hard. I had to return it and then it was properly made. All the food that was ordered was not great. I will not be recommending or eating here again. The customer service behind the counter that make the food very unpleasant.

I really like the Panera bread chocolate croissant. Their other pastries are also good. I used to eat a lot of their cookies. Their cookies at the time were huge. When they just came out of the oven the chocolate chips were warm gooey and oh so tasty. The chocolate would melt all over my fingers. They have fruit bowls. I like those a lot. I like how they are cut small. They also seem quite fresh. I don't like their eggs. One time I had them they tasted and smelled musty. I think if they are left in the refrigerator in water more than a couple hours they smell like mildew. Their sandwiches are pretty good and their service is quite fast. I like how they have a little pickup book case for when you when to get your food fast. The receipt is clipped to the bag with a staple. Panda has a variety of offerings like cookies, croissants, soups, sandwiches and drinks.

Boyfriend and I came to this Williams Field location for dinner and to do some work on our laptops. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tables were clean, food came out quick and was hot, and even though it was less than an hour to closing they still had all the coffee and tea beverages available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of that, customer service was great. Young man who told us they were closed was so professional and polite, servers in the back were super friendly and accommodating when we picked up our meals, and then up front Leilani and Brooke made our night with their friendliness!

I have been seeing commercials for the new chicken sandwich at Panera. The commercial shows a massive sandwich, chicken hanging over the sides of a large bun. The chicken is juicy and tender. Who could resist trying one as another best chicken sandwich quest review. Not me! The online order and pay saved this updated review from being a zero. Easy and efficient. Everything is down hill from here. Buckle up. The sandwich is a complete disappointment. It was cooked all the way through, but that is all I can say was right about it. 1. The bun was small and didn't seem fresh. 2. The chicken was dry and under seasoned. 3. The chicken breast was under sized. 4. The sandwich came with an extremely small bag of chips and it was over $11. Yeah, 11 bucks for an under sized and pretty much tasteless sandwich. Go to any other fast food restaurant and get a better chicken sandwich for less money. Do yourself a favor, don't fall for the commercial like I did!

Panera is always awesome. Stopped by last night to pick up some dinner. The staff was super friendly. The tablets are super easy to order and don't require talking to someone (I had to order at the counter because I was paying with cash). The food came out super quickly and was super good and fresh (my personal favorites are the Tuna Sandwich and the Broccoli Cheddar Soups). Keep it up, Panera!

Grilled cheese. I'm in hospital right now. Figured something from Panera would be better than anything from the hospital menu. The sandwich was was ordered and returned to me within 15 minutes. I was very disappointed to find the bread soggy, cheese hard. Not going to eat it. The cream of tomato soup is good.

the fact that this costed $7 is absolutely ridiculous! You get this tiny little premade shit smoothie and paying an arm and leg for it. Panera, get your prices together and stop charging an absurd amount for this

(2/20/20) Thursday was what I'd like to call a "Joe day". Joe days are when I, Joe, go and do relaxing things throughout the day because I'm unable to do my usual activities. In this case, I was barred from working out due to a stupid injury, so I spent my afternoon floating around, window shopping, and looking for healthy foods to eat. Enter Panera, an establishment I haven't visited in years. It was time for salad. I've never been to this Gilbert location, but on the outside, it looks quite nice and upscale. Upon entering, I was delighted to find a bunch of tablets from which I could place my order, grab a number, and have my food brought to whichever table I chose. Fiddling with the touchscreen interface, I went with the Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken with a baguette side. My meal was brought to me in about five minutes, so cheers on the quick service! The results: | Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken | At only 460 calories, this protein-heavy salad was both refreshing and kicking altogether. From their ingredients list, I gather that the red pepper, chili vinaigrette, and paprika might explain the heat. The peanut sauce drizzle was a wonderful touch; it really brought out that classic, Thai flavor, as did the edamame, carrot blend, and citrus notes. I even had a couple bites of the nutritionally vapid baguette, which I would later discover was not even necessary to order. Returning to the tablets by the entrance, I created a mock order of another salad, and there I discovered (or rather, remembered) that there are a few other options besides pointless white bread. My mistake! Here is where things went a bit south. As part of my Joe day, for every meal I ate, I was practicing "mindful eating" -- that is, eating very slowly instead of vacuum-devouring my food like I usually do. Alas, as I ate at a snail's pace, I noticed what looked like two small strands of black hair. Now, correct me if I'm wrong in the attached photos, for these are strands short in length -- likely not head hair. But facial hair? Eyelashes? Those ghastly hairs that stick out of your moles? Could be. I do feel fine, and honestly I don't really care (found hair; don't care) as these discoveries were made after I ate; there would have been no sense in getting a new salad at that point. However, the disinterest of Panera's customer service was uninspiring, for they did not wish to verify my findings, or -- as far as I know -- take issue with the staff who prepared my food. So, I thusly declare that I've had better! 2 stars. Going forward, I will continue to rapidly absorb my foods. Should I visit this Panera again, however, it will be another Joe day's worth of mindful eating. Mindful all the way. Godspeed.

Yes that's a long dark hair in my cookie!! Gross

I've been coming to Panera for years. This place recently opened near my house and I've used the drive thru a few times. Today I ordered soup in a bread bowl and a chocolate chip cookie. On the way home I decided to eat the warm cookie. Much to my dismay is included a special treat.... A LONG DARK HAIR! GROSS!!

I ate my soup half way. Delicious!

Bleh. The soup was cold and the sandwiches were not very good. $40 for a family of 3 for lunch? Nah, not doing this again. YMMV.

The bun seems to be coated with butter and toasted (can't go wrong with that) and the meat ....perfection. It was tender and so flavorful. The other star of the show was the fries. Now they're not healthy (of course) but man are they delicious. They're perfectly fried and seasoned. Our friends ordered the fish and chips and that dish got good reviews too. I personally also love the feel of the restaurant. It's a chill bar and grill type vibe and if you're someone who loves alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks, there's something for you on the menu. As for the service...top notch. Our server was training someone today and both of them were fantastic in my opinion. We will definitely be back, especially for that amazing French dip.

I went mom around 10:45am and was the only person in the shop. I ordered a 10.5" turkey club. The store employee taking my order said the sandwich only comes with meat and bread with a base price of just over $10.50. He asked if I wanted anything on it so I "added" cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil and vinegar. The price jumped up to over $15 and then over $17 with tax. With a 20% tip, I paid almost $21 for a sandwich with no chips nor drink. The sandwich is just okay, and barely better than a Subway sandwich. The employee seemed to be low key annoyed that I was there and the high costs on top of it? I won't be back. We'll see if this place survives.

Price and quality did not match…read more I ordered the pastrami sandwich and immediately noticed some cost cutting choices, like butter flavored spray (can we use real butter) US Foods/Chef's Store sourdough bread, (can we use real sourdough bread) and a microwave sitting next to the griddle (which the griddle looks like it has not been cleaned very often). I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.
