My order arrived promptly thanks to Door Dash. My complaint is that I ordered iced tea and iced coffee was delivered. This has happened at least two other times. This particular location does not care about quality, especially when you go through drive through or order delivery. You get what you get sucker. This whole episode took an hour and a half of driving in traffic. Went to the store and ordered a tuna salad sandwich. Service was quick. Drove home and opened up my sandwich - bread, lettuce, onion - but no tuna salad. Drove back to the store. "We are out of tuna salad. We get a new shipment tonight." The Panera is the worst Panera I've ever been to the drive through is usual closed and when it's not it's a 30 minute wait at the window you order your food. I go up to the window and there's 5-6 people standing around talking and no doing any work. Management needs to get a grip on there staff or hire new staff. The only place in town that sells food that doesn't upset the stomachs of my family members with food sensitivities--if it's not a mind trick, that tells me they must have better ingredients than most. A bit pricey, but decent selection of food. The pick two helps with indecision, and the seasonal soups are decent. The only place I know to get a butternut squash soup when autumn comes around, and the steak and arugula sandwich is my usual go-to tasty grub. If you like chillin' with your computer and your startup business buddy or study for that upcoming midterm in a public setting, they've got decent seating and free WiFi. Have a latte and work away! And a final note: when I get the meal and they ask if I want bread or chips, I always ask for bread, but I ask if they have an end piece, and they're always accommodating of my weird bread request. I always say you get what you pay for. Panera is a little higher quality food as far as fast food goes, but the price also reflects that. I was not satisfied with this location due to the fact that I arrived a little before noon on the weekend and ordered half of a flat bread sandwich. I was then told they were out of flatbreads for the day and I would need to choose something else. How does a fast food restaurant, with quite a few flat bread options on the menu, run out of flatbread before noon? Was there a flatbread party before I arrived? This Panera is consistently bad. I have gone several times and have noticed that the service is consistently sub par. One time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The cashier didn't say anything about them being out of cream cheese. When my bagel came without cream cheese, they refused to give me a refund. On another occasion, I found multiple hairs in my salad and there was crusted food stuck to my fork. When I asked for a different fork, the woman working held it up into the light as if to check to make sure I wasn't lying about the fork being dirty. They also refused to fix the salad. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place sucks and is overpriced for what you get. The Panera in North Round Rock is pretty good! read more

What's disappointment. Haven't been into a Panera in quite sometime, but decided to go get a coffee and bagel. I remember that it was usually a nice place sit, chill and talk. The place was not busy. I have been to a few locations from San Antone to Montgomery Ala. this was my first visit to the Georgetown location. The young lady taking my order was pleasant and got the order right. 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich. Apple chicken pecans salad was very good with very fresh salad stuff and tender chicken. The turkey avocado blt was good. The only draw back was the lettuce was a little wet causing a few bread spots to be soggy. I got the frozen strawberry lemonade, very tasty. Great experience ! Panera is one of my favorite chain FF restaurants, but at the Georgetown location my take-out orders have an issue Every Single Time. Usually there is a baguette missing - not enough to complain. However tonight none of the bread or chips were in our order & the stuff I asked to be put on the side wasn't. Panera isn't low price & as much as we pay - it's frustrating that the only consistent aspect is the orders aren't accurate, especially when there are check marks showing someone checked the order. The person at the register had no idea whether Panera Bread Georgetown had Decaf coffee - she went to the back to get a cup of decaf while I paid. When she returned, she said they had no decaf. I asked for a different hot drink and wanted to pay cash -- she could not tell me what the cost difference was and gave me change for the amount I paid already from the $10 given to cover the difference - no receipt - I said several times this was too confusing and she assured it wasn't. I walked away and she brought money to the table and dropped the money on the table. I asked to speak to the manager and he was not helpful except to offer to give me back the $3 tip I had given to a team of people who feel it is ok to treat people poorly. The girl at the register gets away with not knowing anything about where she works and can't tell a customer how much anything costs and the manager gets away doing nothing to improve service recovery. The sign on the wall says there are two sizes of hot drinks, the person at the register said they only sold one size. How does this make sense? I will not be back. Won't give a tip with a card again trusting that a company has competent staff - I learned today that I was too trusting. I was so upset I could not eat the meal either. What a waste. Associate who answered was short and unhelpful. She put me on hold without telling me. Then manager answers and was VERY rude. Told me I only ordered one milk and said I forgot my chips. I went through the drive through!!!! How would I forget anything. Then she argued with me some more and was very short and finally told me she would refund me and to come in. Almost too sweet near the end, but I ate it all. My friends had Chicken salad sandwiches, soup, salad, fruit. The chicken salad was good but not quite enough on the sandwich they both thought. One friend also had Autumn Squash soup. She said it was too sweet to finish. My friend that had salad said it was great. It was chicken. Can't remember what else was with it. OMG avoid. I just flew in to visit my parents and we stopped here tonight, on a random Wednesday evening at 8pm. After waiting in the parking lot for at least 5 minutes more with my flashers on, watching 2 different employees in headsets come out in the parking lot and go get things out of their cars and return back inside without acknowledging my "flashing" presence, I went inside to pick it up. Do NOT order online delivery. The first time I ordered from their website for delivery half of my soup was spilled all over everything in the bag. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since delivery is through door dash. Just ordered delivery through their website again and they didn't put one of the soups I ordered in the bag. I called the store and was told they don't do refunds over the phone but next time I come in I could get a refund or a replacement and they couldn't deliver the missing soup because their deliveries go through door dash. Went to location ordered Tuna sandwich and soup. Soup was almost cold so I didn't eat it. The sandwich Was questionable. The lettuce or greens were wilted and very dark, so I remove it. I took a bite and it just didn't taste right. I washed it down with unsweet tea. I left. and within an hour I had an awful headache, followed with body aches. These symptoms continued the rest of the night until the morning followed with nausea. TMI, when I released my self in the morning, It was the worst and most odorous smell that left my body that I have ever experienced. That was the only thing I had to eat that day other than a cup of coffee and a piece of toast. Plus this place was unkempt, tables were left dirty and not cleared. The towel and spray bottle used to bus tables just sat on a neighboring table just waiting to be utilized. (we both grab receipt) that's what she put on the receipt. me: I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad - her: ohok, we'll i'll be right bk. Love this place! And my 10 year old kid is obsessed! Lots of options. We always do the pick 2. She gets a 1/2 sandwich & soup, I get salad & soup. Always different things to try. Serving sizes are plentiful. Great service! Always clean and classy. We have started using the app to order ahead to. All you have to do then is walk in and grab it.
