This is my favorite Panera bread. It is located in a big parking lot in Dublin , near by Target . The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. The interior designer is very pleasant with all the wall paintings and a fire place. They have big glass doors to over look the patio outside . Big umbrella and shady in the outside seatings . They keep it very clean and the staffs wipe the table each time when someone leaves. Bakery is full of yummy cookies , , scone,Cherry pastry , muffins , cupcakes , brownie , etc . Every morning they bake their own bread for the sandwiches. All the ingredients are healthy and top quality. Excellent customer service .

Came at around 9am to just hang out. The place is decently clean. There are some tables with crumbs but I see them cleaning the floor. There are 3 kiosks and a person by the ordering area in case you want to order in person. My order was ready almost instantly since I only ordered coffee. I received a notification but when I went up to the pick up area it was not there. I had to flag someone and ask where the order is. I'm not sure if that's standard practice. Anyways, the cafe latte was decent. It's a little weak but it's ok.

Food is always good but the service isn't always great. Came with a friend for lunch. We both got complete meals to go. When my food was ready, I was given everything but the drink. And when I mentioned I didn't receive my drink yet, the associate gave me a cup. So, I go to fill my cup and the only lids there were the larger size. I go back to ask the same associate for a lid and she replied with a sarcastic tone "aren't there no lids there?" As if it was too much as ask. I wouldn't have asked if there was actually both lid sizes available and she could have just provided me one. Her customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I placed a pick up order for bagels and a coffee tote and they gave us all old, expired creamer that looks like cottage cheese

Ordered bagels and a coffee tote and they gave us expired, curdled creamer that fizzles in hot coffee. You can only imagine the embarrassment I felt when my only job was to ensure breakfast was served with an emphasis of having good coffee present. Needless to say, no one wanted just plain black coffee and I had to toss it. Do better Panera

I was looking for a place to grab a bite and study so I came across this Panera. They had lots of seating and every table near the wall had an outlet. When I went to order, I felt rushed and couldn't even finish saying my order without hearing "anything else?" The mac & cheese was ALL salt & the italiano sandwich was alright. There is a calming ambiance in Panera that allowed me to get a lot of work done. However, the food was not good!

So, I ordered the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich for take-out. It was pretty fun to open the box that it came in. You rip open the pull-tab and it unwraps around the box. You take both halves and then fold it and out pops the sandwich! The chicken breast was really soft and had decent flavor. The parmesan crisps were my favorite component to the sandwich. Although a bit hard, they felt like they were melting into each bite as I chewed, adding a distinguishable cheesy flavor to the chicken. I really like sandwiches with brioche bread buns, so that was another plus for this one.

I've gotten this salad since I was a high schooler. Wonderful place to get a quick bite.and stay nutritious! A fullsized salad or their "Pick 2" of appetizer and entree allways does the job.

The menu itself isn't extensive, but mostly just noodle focused based, with some of the variations of what the base and meats are, and of course the cold dishes that typically comes with a beef noodle eating experience. Price wise, it's not cheap, but for beef noodle places there's not too many of those places around, and if they are around they're usually not that great. The place isn't huge, but there are a fair number of tables in there all closeish together. Again, not a large place, so mostly smaller tables, but can certainly be pieced together for larger parties. Service here was good, no issues. Let's talk food! The cold dishes were good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but one thing that is good even though the cost of them are a bit high is that the quantity they give you is at least a decent amount. If you like the cold dishes, you will get plenty with each order. Now to the noodles. We got a chow mein style noodles and then of course the beef noodle soup. The chow mein noodles were not bad, but wasn't out of the ordinary. It was tasty and I would be happy to eat it again. The beef noodle soup was definitely tasty. The noodles here, in both the chow mein and in the noodle soup were nice quality and texture, just the right QQness to them. The beef in the beef noodle soup is where most restaurants tend to struggle with, particularly the chain dumpling places that offers beef noodle soup and when it arrives, they're just the beef slices from the appetizer dish. Not here, these were actual chunks of beef that have been cooked for awhile and actually stewed. They were good and plentiful in this soup. All-in-all, CA Noodles is a good option for some good beef noodles if you're ever in the mood. The place isn't big, so they may get filled pretty quickly depending on the time of day, and the actual day. Worth the visit.

May give it another try in the future. K10. Chiu Chow Marinated Duck over Rice Plate was meaty. The rice plate was the perfect portion for 1 person or 2 people with light appetites. My dining companion didn't like it much as she prefers Peking duck. I thought it was OK. K12. Braised Beef Brisket and Tendon over Rice wasn't my fave. Brisket a bit too tough and dry. Also, didn't care for the flavor being more sweet than savory. K35. Salt & Pepper Capelin (smelt) was perfectly fried and salted fish. My absolute favorite item on the menu. Always order whenever I dine-in. The squeeze of lemon is essential. Took it over the top. Ate them like fries. Must try! Half Roast Duck was super yummy but really salty. Do not eat on its own. Must eat with rice or their noodle soup to dilute salt. Always seemed to dine here in the height of the summer heat so didn't really touch the complimentary cup of soup. Will probably appreciate it more when the temps aren't consistently hovering over 100 degrees. Will definitely want to explore more of the menu to hopefully find additional favorites.

It was early dinner time on a Friday evening and it wasn't overly crowded. All 6 of us got different items and overall it's a matter of preference for what kind of broth and protein you'd like that depicts the meal, the toppings are generally all the same. Consider this place to almost be a "make your own ramen" type of thing, in that you're given a platter of toppings to add to your bowl of steaming hot broth, mix it and let it sit, then voila! It's ready to eat. For a rainy winter evening, it was perfect to have some tasty noodle soup!

The service was really good, they are super on top of cleaning and serving so my food came out in about 15-20 minutes. I got the combo with an appetizer, drink, and noodle soup. The portions were pretty generous. -grapefruit tea: thought it was pretty yummy! I also tried out the super fruit tea and i really liked it but personally found it to be a little too sweet. Not too much to displease though! I mixed some water and it was perfect for me. -tomato beef brisket noodle soup: i was surprised by how tender the meat was and how much they actually give you. If you love tomato soups as much as i do then it's definitely a great option! -takoyaki & lamb skewers: my sister had one dish from her combo order and i has my own but was able to try both! The lamb skewers were a bit smaller than expected but were flavorful with a fragrant aroma. The takoyaki came in about 5 balls and while they didn't include all typical takoyaki toppings it was still pretty good considering it came as a combo! Overall, i really loved coming by this place, my main concern is that it's actually in a pretty busy plaza so parking can be a little difficult during peak business hours. Otherwise it's located in a really great area relatively close to some shopping areas such as the Livermore outlets or even other smaller shopping plazas. Give this place a try if you're in the area and looking for a good eat without breaking the wallet!

My cousin discovered YGF and I was shocked realizing that it's like a 30-second drive from my office and couldn't believe I hadn't noticed it before. We took the short drive out to Dublin to get lunch here on a Sunday afternoon and while there was almost no one inside when we got in line to fill our bowls, by the time we paid and sat down the line had suddenly blown up and the place was booming. Compared to Master Gua, YGF has fewer vegetable options (no broccoli, for example), but I believe they have even more meats than Master Gua did. So it's a tradeoff, depending on what you're in the mood for. All of the ingredients were super fresh and there's a pretty wide assortment of things to choose from. As with other malatang places, you take your bowl of stuff up to the counter, weigh it, and they tell you the price based on the weight. Then you choose your broth from a few different options. YGF has even more than Master Gua did, but I still went with my old standard, the Sichuan spicy hot pot broth (which is described as being medium spicy here). You can add a bowl of steamed rice on the side for a couple bucks, which I did. The food came out pretty quickly and was fantastic. My husband, brother, and cousin all got one of the bone broths (I think they all went with the beef), which is their go-to. We were all incredibly happy with our meals. The meat was cooked tender and the vegetables weren't overdone. The staff were all super nice and kept coming around to refill water. When it came time to pay, they came to the table with a mobile POS rather than having us go up to the counter to pay. I think this is going to become our new malatang place, given the convenient location, great food, and friendly service.

The inside is packed with tables but more geared towards smaller parties. For bigger parties they may need to move the tables together. I enjoyed the hotpot, came out super fast (~10 minutes) and they gave large bowls for sharing between my partner and I. I think the soup broth flavor was not as savory as I had hoped but still sweet and good. While everything was very good, this place is in a very competitive area of food spots. I did enjoy the food but I wouldn't say it's the best of the best soup broth. They have about 5-6 different flavorings/cooking styles but i think some places tend to have more. I enjoyed the food and I think I would come back to try other things. I think they do have a large ingredient selection making for a unique hotpot experience.
