Weekend staff is always so nice in the drive thru! They always offer my dog a pup cup, which he LOVES. The bagels are my favorite item to get. Highly recommend the everything bagel with plain or walnut cream cheese. This location seems to have the best service from other Panera breads around. Some more pros: spacious inside with lots of seating and clean restrooms Cons: portions are on the smaller side and speciality drinks are meh. I wouldn't recommend the smoothies or lattes/frappes UNLESS you like very sweet drinks, in which case, I would say give them a try. read more

I like that the food is very customizable to cater to the preferences of the consumer. My order was pretty standard. I actually really liked the sandwich. It had flavor profile emphasized by the chicken and arugula. I would order this again in the future. Panera is one of those chains where you know what you get when you order. The food is consistent ( like many chains are) and cost a bit more premium compared to Subway or Quiznos. They cater towards a more health conscience crowd, which raises the price a bit. Uphauled and disappointed are the only 2 words that come to mind. I ordered the you pick 2 and chose the chicken bacon rancher as my sandwich and this is what was given to me. This sandwich had actual CRUMBS of bacon and 3 sorry pieces of chicken. I respectfully asked the workers to put actual bacon slices on it as it's advertised as having Applewood smoked bacon and they kindly remade it but not any better. I was shocked that they had actually took the time to watch this sandwich be made with 2 working eyes and thought "yeah, this is worth $15" and then proceeded to wrap and bag it for their paying patron. I've already contacted corporate because this is ridiculous truthfully. Place is a hot mess. Needs to retrain or fire everyone there and start from scratch. I ordered in the drive thru a full size Chipotle chicken avocado Sandwich and a broccoli cheddar soup cup. It was $21.00. I get home and open the bag and it was a half sandwich. I should of checked because their a bunch ding bats that work there. First the guy with a flamboyant voice (cocky kid)doesn't even ask me for my phone number for points and then they throw my receipt away. If I can give zero stars I would. Honestly a pathetic work environment. We came to get two chipotle avocado melt, with chips on the side as they come. Keep in mind, the cashier repeated the order. Before Covid I would often come to Panera to get some work done and grab a bite to eat. I love that they have plug in stations for the computers and free WiFi! A friend and I came in to do some studying before finals since we were able to dine in now. The tables were sectioned off to ensure they adhere to Covid precautions. I decided to try the new chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread pizza. It's pretty large and is perfect for sharing. The flatbread comes with tons of toppings including the chicken and bacon! I had a Panera gift card in my wallet forever and finally had the chance e to use it. Came her for a quick work lunch with my longtime coworker. We each got a two items for lunch and a drink combo. It's open for indoor dining, as well as al fresco outdoor and a drive through. We placed our lunch order on these screen pads which also take your payment by gift card and credit card - quite convenient. My salad of sliced chicken breast with strawberries and other fruits -pineapple, orange segments, blueberries , chopped pecans & poppyseed dressing was delicious -I ate every single leaf and fruit -very refreshing without being heavy. My half chicken sandwich also had nuts but they had no sliced tomato available-I didn't need it. My friend got a tomato basil soup and half grilled chicken cheese sandwich plus an iced smoothie strawberry lemonade- she seemed to enjoy it too. I got the iced caramel coffee with less caramel syrup but it was still overly sweet, I should try the regular coffees next time. Placing your order helps to skip the long lunch line but it still is a bit of a wait , I think that's okay Since you get a pager to let you know when your order is ready. I ordered from the kiosk to avoid the long line hoping to expedite things. I got coffee and tried to keep the carbs to a minimum today so I ordered the Mixed Berries with Greek Yogurt. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my Yogurt. Finally flagged down a server and asked about the delay. Apparently, when you order Yogurt, you help yourself via the refrigerator; Lesson learned. I'm definitely a fan of Panera Bread, BUT today I got played. I ordered the scrambled egg, cheese and ham breakfast sandwich. And I was highly disappointed. The bread was toasted way to hard, there was more egg then anything, didn't taste or even see the cheese. Oh and the "Ham" literally a piece and one piece at that of shriveled up Ham. I ordered my breakfast to go because I was catching a movie across the way. Which is why I didn't see the catastrophe until I sat down in the movies. But seriously, I'm not tripping about spending the money, but this is a two way street. You got your money but I didn't get quality food or adequate service. Please try to uphold to the standards you set because this is a well established brand and your putting out piss poor work. Next time, I will check my order before I leave. I LOVE panera!! What i usually get from there (but not all at once): tomato soup (the best!) Mac and cheese Focaccia bread Jam thumbprint cookies Side of bread (LOL) And my personal fave: the turkey & avo BLT. Except i get it with hummus instead of mayo. It's the BEST sandwich ever!!! The bread is soft, the veggies are fresh, and the turkey is sliced thick without fat. The pick up area is a very good idea; they have a screen with your name and it's easy to understand. I dont know why this one has such bad reviews. Everyone has always been nice to me, nothing has ever been wrong, food comes hot or cold - however it's supposed to be - and it's relatively clean. After consulting a nurse and observing the symptoms it was indeed food poisoning. I usually don't frequent Panera Bread, but since I was coming from Kaiser, I didn't want to venture far. Not a lot of places were opened when I left Kaiser around 9am so Panera was my only option. The place wasn't too crowded, there were still seats available. There were 3 monitors where patrons can order from instead of going to the front. I opted to use the monitors. It was easy enough and I was able to customize my order. I ordered the bbq chicken mac and cheese, light bbq. It came with bread, but I didn't know that so I ordered 2 extra breads. I do like my carbs. Food came out at a reasonable amount of time. The small bowl I ordered was a good amount since I now have 3 breads to eat also lol. The portion size of the sandwich was an insult, it looked like a child meal or like an appetizer. It looked nothing like a half sandwich. We frequent a Panera in Long Beach and their half sandwiches are always a decent size. I told one of the kitchen staff about it and all they said was that probably the person who cut the bread sliced them smaller/thinner than usual and offered no solution. I paid $30 for the entire meal for my husband and I and felt cheated out. We waited so long for it to be prepared as well and other people were getting their food faster than we were. I have been to a couple panera, but this one has to be the worst. I don't appreciate the chefs adding their own twist to the food when it is ordered one way for a reason. On my last visit, my food (which was chicken of all things) was cold, and their solution was to "just microwave it." Additionally, the item that was ordered, a chicken teriyaki bowl, was covered in cilantro for some reason? If this was a Mexican dish, that would be cool, but it totally ruins the flavor or a Chinese dish. If you're lucky there's a Panera bread in your city. We all know Panera bread rocks. I don't think I've ever had to complain about any meal I've ever gotten here. All the sandwiches are perfect and delicious. My best friend has dementia and it's very important to get her to drink liquids. The passionfruit green tea is low in sugar and loaded with water it taste so refreshing .Every time I hand it to her she drinks it all the way down. First, and sadly, DMV has better customer service. When picking up the order, the employee acted as if I was putting them out by piking up the order. The order was wrong, three soups ( 1 chicken noodle 2 vegetable). W/ bread bowls and cheese Flatbread turned into three soups without bread bowls, two chicken noodles, and 1 vegetable. My wife and two year son are vegan, so they had to share the soup. If I could give a .5 star I would. A very disappointing experience. I got home and they got the order correct but except that they had drowned my sandwich in some kind of spicy sauce that I didn't ask for.
