    Zero chai taste. What gives?
    Cassie M.

If you go for breakfast and their overpriced $7 chai latte save your money on the drink and go buy the chai concentrate from Tea Republic yourself. Half the time the drink is decent and the last two times it's pure milk. Twice this has happened and the older lady at the window said she would charge me extra to make it taste like chai. Last time coming here which is sad because I live close by.

Panera has very friendly staff and pretty goo food. My main gripe is that it's expensive! I got a Mac n cheese kids meal for my son (Mac n cheese and an apple- and not even a good apple- he tried it and refused to eat it) and it was over $8. The Mac itself was good, but the value really wasn't there for me.

    Chicken sandwich

Yes, wanted a basic chicken sandwich but wow--teeny piece of lettuce (barely) and when they say "parmesan crisps" look hard! You MIGHT find a teeny disc that does absolutely nothing for the so-called sandwich. No wonder they are empty. What a waste of $14. The one star is for the cashier that has to read all of the menu items because there is no description any where...

Wide open and always clean dining room

This is one of my favorite places to do breakfast and lunch to go- The food's always fresh and tasty, from bagels to croissants, to the morning coffee- My morning today is a dark roast coffee with a roll to start my Monday right- My lunch today is their modern Greek/quinoa w/added chicken salad/ I love how they combine the quinoa and dried tomatoes inside. I always ask for extra dressing for the best taste along with my baguette - They offer deals and discounts and freebies for members - The consistent great customer service always brings me back.

    Corn chowder

Everything I wanted for lunch! The Panera is clean with quick service. I ordered my usual salad, Fuji apple but avocado instead of chicken. Always delicious! They had the vegetarian summer corn chowder back on the menu, so I got a cup. It's always nice to have a veggie soup option that isn't all broth! My baguette on the side was fresh. Staff was polite, and my food was ready within 5 minutes. Plenty of parking behind the building. Everything I expect from this chain.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The girl at the checkout after ordering clarified everything again and was very friendly. Our soup was prepared quickly and tasty.

Panera worked with us to make this right. We would be open to working with them in the future for corporate events and will update if we do.

Horrible salad, for $12 you should know what your eating. The Cobb salad was unidentifiable looked like kitchen sink was in there, so gross!

All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

There's no performance here, no hospitality theater, no one asking how the first few bites are treating you. You walk up to the counter, you order, you take a number, you sit down. The food does the talking. And the food has a lot to say. I went on a bright Wednesday morning with a couple of friends and ordered the classic breakfast, swapping bacon for pastrami (a first for me) with an everything biscuit on the side (also a first). Both were revelations. The eggs over-hard might be the best version of that order I've ever gotten from a restaurant -- just a whisper of uncooked yolk in the center, perfectly seared on both sides. Skillet potatoes were spot-on. The skillet pastrami was rich and properly crisped at the edges. And the two generous slices of sourdough arrived with a scratch-made blueberry jam that I ended up smearing on everything I could -- sourdough, biscuit, probably would've eaten it with a spoon if no one was looking. My friend ordered the breakfast sandwich, which clearly belongs in the staples category. The baguette was the star: toasted outside, pillow-soft inside, zero tug-of-war with your teeth. That detail alone tells you the kitchen cares. This is the Ron Swanson part: there's an unapologetic confidence to this place. They know exactly what they're doing, they're not trying to oversell it, and they're not interested in charming you into liking it. They're just going to hand you something excellent and trust you to figure out the rest. The coffee was good. The food was setting-a-benchmark good. A real 5 out of 5 stars, no pickin nits. Mild observation, not a complaint: the service is counter-only, no traditional table service. Would Matthew McConaughey or Reese Witherspoon dropping plates off elevate the experience? Sure. But Ron wouldn't have it any other way, and honestly, neither would I after eating here. If I lived within 45 minutes of downtown Denver, this would be my destination breakfast. As it is, I'm a 12 hour drive away, and if it were only 11, perhaps I'd go tomorrow. The real downside? The food was so good I completely forgot to take a picture.

Service was quick to take the order, refill water and clear out empty plates/steamer baskest. The dishes coming out of the kitchen was at a more erratic pace, but it's all about the food. Mapo tofu was good, with a light slick of chili oil. The flavors were spot on with little chunks of fermented salted broad beans. The heat was also moderate, but it did have a kick as you were eating it. That signature mala numbing spiciness started building, but not hot enough for my palate. Green beans were also nice and tender. Sometimes when they come out the fryer, the skin can be a little leathery, but wasn't present here. BBQ Buns were very soft and tender, loaded with BBQ pork. The shao mai had a nice bouncy texture and cooked well. Shrimp Lo Mein had the flavors of the Chinese American classic, it looks like the noodles were hand made too. Only miss was the shrimp dumplings. They were too close to each other and they stuck together. The wrapper was also overcooked, but somehow the shrimp was not. Nearly impossible to pickup with chopsticks, because the wrapped just fell apart, even with a delicate touch. Worth a stop and probably tastiest Chinese food in the neighborhood. It was getting crowded and there was a wait by the time we left. However it was Denver restaurant week, so not sure how it usually is during the week.

This is a breakfast and light lunch spot with counter ordering and lots of takeout. However, if you dine in you receive real, solid silverware, linen napkins, and quality porcelain cups which really elevate the experience. There's seating for about 25 inside plus space for another ten outside. A large handicap ramp takes up a lot of the outdoor space, but provides excellent access. There's a good selection of baked goods and pastries, a wide selection of coffee drinks, a cooler with an interesting variety of sodas and healthy drinks, plus cocktails, wine, and beer. There are some breakfast plates, salads, soup, and sandwiches. There were a number of discrepancies between the Web site and the current offerings. That's always disappointing and leads me to think management is not on top of operations. A number of basic items were also unavailable. My girlfriend tried the Curry Bird which is curried chicken and turkey salad with sultanas, celery, red onion, and lettuce on a house-made croissant. She loved it and ate up every bite. I did not fare so well with my Woody Wood: house-roasted turkey, bacon, smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, cranberry relish, and tarragon aioli on ciabatta. That certainly sounds delicious. It was not. I don't like sandwiches that are served on totally dry bread and that was this. Not a hint of cranberry relish or tarragon aioli, much less butter, mayo, mustard, oil or anything else. The ciabatta was delicious, but dry as the Sahara. The staff was able to provide some mayo packets and that helped a bit. The turkey was dry and tasteless. House-roasted? Maybe by Hormel or Sysco. I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. "Smashed Avocado" is not the same as unseasoned guacamole that has been sitting out for far too long. To top it off, an unripe tomato and some sort of cheese that was certainly not Emmental. A very basic, ordinary supermarket sandwich, despite the good bread. Not what I expected. This is not the Olive & Finch I remember. Management has really dropped the ball.
