My day has been redeemed..lol! A beautiful new store close to parkland hospital! The decor is fresh new and hip! Today I'm picking up cookies and some of their fabulous lemonade! Strawberry mint to be exact and it's delicious! The place is easily accessible and sits between a public storage on one side and a 7 eleven on the other! Great location! Y'all know I'm all about customer service so I want to give a great shout out to Pat! She greeted me immediately and was just the friendliest cashier. Ok I had said I wasn't going to Panera anymore. I've been disenchanted with them since they changed from the St Louis Bread Company to Panera, to be honest. I loved their port gooey butter pastries, but alas, no more. Not even in St Louis, the last stores to have them. Anyway, I got sick while traveling for work. It was cold and damp and I was looking for soup that I didn't have to get out of my car to get. Panera came through! The broccoli cheese soup hit the spot. Now I will say the chocolate chip cookie tasted and felt a bit day oldish but it could have just been the illness. read more

I came to this Panera to use the wi-fi to study and enjoy a sweet treat while waiting to drop a friend off at the Greyhound station, since we live in Forney. I saw the advertisement on the door for the Dubai cookie that looked so gooey and delicious. So we ordered a brownie, some asiago croissant twists, and a Dubai cookie. Everything was delicious, except my cookie was edible but a bit hard. I went to ask if it was supposed to be hard and tapped it on the plate. Verrick went to double-check and told me it should not have been that hard, so he let me pick another pastry instead. He then asked me how long I was going to be here and said he was going to bring me a fresh one out. This was ABOVE AND BEYOND and literally customer service at its finest! He was so kind and had the biggest smile! I just want to give credit and applause where it is due!!! Great job, Verrick! Panera used to be a go to for me. Definitely can't say that anymore! Showed up this morning looking forward to a soufflé only to find out that they are no longer selling them! The menu has changed dramatically and I wouldn't say for the better. Will not be back. read more

Do NOT go to this location. This review felt important to write because this location is just that bad. 3 visits and I've still never eaten here. Monday through Friday they close at 10pm--lies. Two different times months apart I visited around 9pm. Like, 9, not 9:45. The first time I pulled into the drive through and they told me I had to come in and the drive through was now closed. Weird, as most restaurants do the opposite, but ok. I go inside and chairs are on top of tables. I start to order on the computers and the manager stops me to say they're not accepting any more orders as they ran out of food. Hmm, I think that's not possible. I'm sure they had something still...they just wanted to close early. I was starving, but thanks for listing 10pm and not honoring it, an hour is VERY early to shut down. The second time. Same story, different day. How is this poor of management possible? How do they have any business at all? Third time: my boyfriend and I went for their cinnamon crunch bagel. To be fair, we got there 5-10 minutes before they changed over to lunch, but we were 3rd in line. The man at the front of the line was waiting for at least 5 minutes, as they were having some sort of issue with their register. When the cashier was finally done, she told him he can't order breakfast now that it's lunch time. We were all physically there before the shift, but they refused to serve breakfast, even to the man who had been waiting while they fixed their issues!! This place has no reasoning, no care for the customer, and is the worst Panera I've ever visited. read more

Paid 12 dollars for 1/2 sandwich that had no spread on it, mushy bread, wilted lettuce and some bacon. No baguette I ordered and no napkin or fork for the mac and cheese. I even asked if everything was in the bag. read more

The staff is not very efficient and the manager was rude to the employees needing help. My food was also served cold and flatbread soggy. Drinks also tasted sour like they had been sitting for too many days. read more

Panera isn't my favorite anyway but this location was close to our hotel so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered on the app which was super convenient. The food was acceptable but didn't really stand out and a good temp when we got back to the hotel with it. I was pretty annoyed that I specifically asked for silverware (because we were staying in a hotel and not at home) and the note was completely ignored and we went sent out with nothing to eat our food with. read more

I was very disappointed with the food. I normally love Panera but haven't eaten at this location before. The pastries were stale, the veggie sandwich was too soggy. The french dip was good but just very dry. I had ordered the French onion soup so I was able to dip the sandwich in it. read more

When I got there it looked liked a stampede of trashy people had just rampaged through. The workers would every once and awhile walk around the dining area and move some chairs but never cleaned anything...so, literally the whole time crumbs were on all the tables...I actually cleaned my own table. Someone even left a very well used eye drop container in the bathroom by the sink that look like it has not moved in awhile. I wish the workers who were moving chairs would have actually removed the eye drops... Thank goodness I brought a hoodie as I had to wear the hood the whole time cause it was like sitting in a cooler. Also...this is the ONLY location I have gone to so far that did not have any large cups at self checkout...(eye roll emoji)... Isn't this a new location? Ugh, horrid. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I also don't want anyone dealing with the same frustrations I have. I love Panera but unfortunately the quality of service and ingredients seems to be going down. The last three times I have picked up food from this particular Panera they've messed up my order and a couple times overcharged me for an item I didn't even want. On the few times I have received the right order the quality was so poor I regretted ordering, especially when it comes to the sandwiches. They are often thrown together with hardly any meat and often missing ingredients. Unfortunately, on the rare instance I ordered a soup instead of a sandwich/salad I ended up finding a hair in it. Fourth time here cause it's close to work. I love Panera and want this place to succeed. Unlike other sites, this place just can't pull it together. Orders are wrong, food not as good as others, and service always slow. Waited 15 mins beyond the expected time per app but only 3 other tables and one other to-go order. Got here at 6 and they didn't come to window till 5 after ... doesn't seem like much but keep in mind your in the hospital district ... professionals like punctuality ! My wife and I ate their today since we were in the medical district, hungry and with a little time to kill. Place was nice, clean and food was ready within minutes. But what was really outstanding was the guy that manned the register and took our order. Probably 30ish, Black guy with a great smile and great attitude. Really sorry I didn't get his name. He could not have been more helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with a couple of 65 yr old Panera rookies. read more

Had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru. No sense of urgency to get orders out from the manager. What is the point of having a drive thru there then. Poor service! read more

I had lunch at this restaurant with a large group of coworkers on 11/29/22. There was a mix up with my order that was probably my fault and I couldn't eat it because it contained gluten. The manager helped me figure out what I could eat, quickly got me a different order, and brought it to me. If I lived in the area, I would go back to this location regularly because of the customer service. read more

I stopped in here to bring some lunch to the pedi social workers at Children's Health. Ms. Pat Jefferson was my server and was a delightful lady. She was thorough and double checked her entry to make sure my order was correct. We talked a bit after I ordered and felt an instant connection. She was warm and interested in what I do for a living. It was refreshing to have a conversation on this level, she could not have been more accommodating. When they brought out my food, I went to tell Ms. Jefferson goodbye and thanks for the great service. She responded with a hug, a first for me. Maybe insignificant to some people but it absolutely made my day. I don't live in Dallas but will be sure to stop here on subsequent visits. read more
