There isn't anything particular regarding this Panara. It has a good selection of pastries, salads and sandwiches. I like grabbing a quick parfait or smoothie. Service can be kind of slow so be ready to wait in line for a bit. read more

This place is pretty ok. Great bread. ok beverages. I don't really like their lunch options. Free WiFi situation is great but if you want an outlet you're much better off going to sbux in the same complex. There's hardly any place to plug your computer into. Incidentally this is NOT true about the Panera off of Houston that is only about 5 minutes away. It's always less crowded and has better working spaces. read more

I LOVE this Panera for breakfast. The staff is friendly and my food is always perfect. I eat breakfast here 3-4 days a week. They are consistently great! I must also note that my order always contains a substitution. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! I also like the oatmeal with granola topping. This is a busy location, but they will work quickly. I love Panera Bread, and we frequent this site often. The salads always look and taste so fresh, and they usually add a new one or two salads every season. The chicken noodle soup is tasty too. The restaurant is starting to appear like it needs a remodel, though. I would love to see a new one open up close by to replace this one. Prices are very reasonable. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered food, was told to stand to the side and wait for drinks. Received drinks and zero instructions where to pickup food. Tried to get staffs attention to ask where to go. No one would listen to me, so eventually said "would someone PLEASE look at me". Daughter ordered children's meals and was given full sized portions and charged $50. What a mess! read more

Poorest customer service of any Panera in and around Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and Dayton. And I frequent many of these as customers appreciate the personal delivery of Panera's bagel packs. This Panera team avoids the big order, preferring to fill multiple individual orders well ahead of the big order. 25 minutes later finally got the bagel pack and acted as if they did US a huge favor. read more

Love the employees of this Panera, they are courteous and professional but they just can't get my order right. Well I have to give it the "Eek! Methinks not" because we eventually turned around and walked out. It was 8pm, they closed at 9pm, there were plenty of patrons inside and several waiting to order. Unfortunately the staff of 5 that I saw was either too busy cleaning in preparation to close, or milling around behind the counter trying hard not to make eye contact with customers lest they actually have to take an order. After standing around for close to 10 mins and not being acknowledged (even by the teenage boy standing almost directly in front of us behind the counter), we left and went to Dewey's. I'm sure the Panera staff was very relieved to not have to take an order or dirty up their counter an hour before close. read more

Every time I've been in (which is literally once a week because my friends enjoy the food enough to go) I've been treated very poorly by the workers and my order always takes infinity to be fulfilled. I REALLY enjoy their food, I've never got something I don't like from here. But the service is just awful, last week I heard multiple customers get yelled at by the staff for nicely asking questions about e menu in the matter of minutes. It's a chain I get that. But you get the Bagels, you slice the bagels, you bag the bagels. Simple right. NO. One person behind the counter on a Saturday morning and I ordered a standard Bagel Pack 13 bagels and 2 tubs of bagels. Please slice them. Then the deer in headlights came. Sorry we only sell a bakers dozen. WHAT..... Okay, You're new I will teach you the menu, but I can't teach you how to ring me up. 20 minutes later. Two tries at what were the right bagels and what spreads did I want again... I got something close to bagels. Then I needed the bread. I got half of the loaf of bread I ordered. WHY you ask... because she could not get the ends off the slicer, I could only have the middle. $4.00 for sour dough bread and I get the middle. Sadly the staff and managers were not willing to help and corporate did not want to talk about it either. I wish I could say this was my first bad experience at Panera, but sadly it just keeps getting worse. Terrible service. The dumb broad at the counter was the worst. I could forgive her not knowing things but she was rude and sighed and thrust up her hands saying "I don't know" , sounding frustrated and like we were bothering her. Hello!! You should know something about what you are selling! This place needs an adult to watch over these rude kids and train them in customer service. Every panera has three things, 1. Rude associates 2. First I want to say that I love Panera's food. However this location is a disaster every time I walk in there. They have what seems like a completely new staff everything I'm in there. I have never seen a familiar employee there and since I work very close to this location and am there pretty frequently you would think I would start to recognize some staff members. I have been a huge fan of Panera for a long time, especially enjoying the pick two combo for lunch, but after today, don't know if I will patronize their Crestview Hills location or establishment again. I had to order a "rush" breakfast for a business meeting and when I arrived had the worst experience with the rudest person named Susie. She wasn't waiting on me, but had knowledge of my order and clearly had an attitude and animosity toward me! She refused to make eye contact, talked around me to the gentleman who was assisting me and slung my order out of her way. Panera, if you want my business again, ensure your employees are well trained in customer service!!! And for goodness sake, remove Susie from the "front line"! read more

I have been here twice and my order was wrong both times. 1st time 2 weeks ago I ordered the 2 flatbread sandwich cuz it's so small you need 2. Checked my bag only had 1 had to wait longer. Yesterday ordered the 2 flat bread and a caesar salad. Looked in bag 4 sandwiches no salad .went to cashier. She had rang order up wrong. Waited another 10 min. Manager refunded money. Told employee to give me a caesar salad. Got home had chicken caesar salad which my daughter can not eat cuz she doesn't do any type of meat. The employee ringing up orders needs to be retrained my daughter wants the mozzarella sandwich but it takes too much of my time to try to get the correct order read more
