I love this location! My wife and I go once a week. We order on the app, we leave the house and our order is ready. Never have received a wrong sandwich, everything is always fresh, and the staff are friendly. The location is clean, with little to no visible maintenance issues. I ordered a frenchie. I asked if I could buy pickle chips for the sandwich and got denied. Let that sink in. They have pickles which is a topping most places gladly add for free yet I couldn't buy them, with American money. There isn't a lot to say, as this facility is pretty on par with its peers, but it was clean, somewhat friendly, quick as all get out and didn't really inspire awe or any negative feelings. I would stop here again for a sandwich but probably only if it was convenient. I'm giving this two stars only because I have been here before and had great food and service. This time was awful and shocked the GM wanted me to drive 20 + min back to the store with uneaten sandwiches to replace. I wasn't looking for a free meal but shocked that such badly made sandwiches are not a problem for the GM of the store. Missing ingredients, very little vegetables on the sandwich, bland, onions were not fresh...won't go back. This is the first time I have ever had issues with the quality and accuracy of Jimmy John's. Seeing the other reviews, I see I'm not alone. Learn from stores like Chick-fil-A. A little courtesy and pride in your restaurant goes a long way. Did you know that in a regional taste test Marcus preferred Jimmy John's over Subway 3/1? I know, it's sacrilege to denounce Subway so directly. It's almost like Subway is the Catholic Church with so many devout followers. Jimmy John's, or as I affectionately refer to it as James Johnathon's satisfies my sandwich crave. The meat is bountiful, the veggies fresh and the bread is out of this world. You can even buy day old loaves for cheap, although I've never done it because I feel like it would be against the wishes of the bread loaf gods. Jimmy's serves up a quick, satisfying, healthier lunch than its fast food counterparts. Can't leave home or the office? They deliver. Need to feed loaves (without fishes) to the masses? They cater. Need to learn a life lesson or get inspiration? Read the many wall decorations with their special messages. What is there not to like? read more

I go here a lot because I love Jimmy Johns and this location is close to work. They are truly freaky fast, and my sandwich always tastes great along with the sweet tea and a pickle. My lacking stars are in response to most times the staff isnt very attentive and seem to be more interested in socializing with each other. The place often smells bleachy, which I guess equals clean, but isnt very appealing. The last time I went there were several fruit flies, which kind of sketched me out. Hopefully an isolated incident, but if its not I wont keep returning. read more

HAHAHAHAHA after seeing more negative reviews than positive I'm starting to feel more reassured in my thinking. Let me start off by saying that I received food poisoning from this location. I ordered on a regular Monday, ate around 2pm when the sandwich was delivered to my work at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I noticed that the delivery driver did not look particularly showered or groomed but I put this in the back of my head because I was just happy my food was here- and after all he was only touching the outside of the bag, right? At least I hoped so. Didn't get his name unfortunately. Later in the day, during dinner, I started feeling a bit queasy. Thought I was only getting indigestion from dinner. But I was totally wrong. Any type of food borne bacteria has a gestation period of about 8 hours, give or take. The timing was on point. I was vomiting my brains out from 11:30pm - 3am. Fever of 100.6, cold sweats, can't keep any food down. I went to the doctor at St. Elizabeth first thing in the morning, because if any of you have taken a ride to the emergency room you know that shit ain't cheap. I came out of the office with a paper with big letters "SALMONELLA GASTROENTERITIS" on it. In case you didn't know, Salmonella is the second most common intestinal infection, and many of the cases go UNREPORTED. (The restaurant is now claiming that because no one else got sick from this day- that they know of- I do not have a claim. Whether or not It was actually Salmonella cannot be determined now, but I did receive food poisoning from this location.) Now if you've done your research like I have, you would know this is the most common form of Salmonella. Symptoms include diarrhea, fever, vomiting, headache, abdominal cramps and body aches. All of which I had, minus diarrhea because my body voided all bacteria before it started being digested in my intestines. I was off work for two days to recover, that's almost $300 out of my pocket for being hourly and having no sick days since I have not reached my 90 day mark just yet at my work. Since I had enough strength in me the second day, I called the manager to tell him of my experience. He seemed truly baffled and apologized for my situation and said he would forward my information along to the owner so that she could call me to clear up the situation. He also added that if the situation could not be resolved that I call him back. (You'll see why this is important momentarily.) About a half an hour later I received a call from a number I did not recognize, it was the owner, Paige, who claimed to also be a Lawyer. I was grateful to hear from her and was hoping that we could work something out. However I was wrong in this. She started off by saying that she often gets diarrhea from eating at Firehouse Subs and Red Lobster, as if this had anything to do with me receiving food poisoning from her store. I braced myself for her life story of her toilet habits. She had also claimed that I had no backing because the doctor was not able to perform a culture of my stool, and that my doctor just "guessed" in their diagnosis. Apparently she is also a licensed MD. She finally got around to threatening to sue me for "slandering" her restaurant on social media. (I had first attempted to get in touch with Jimmy Johns via Twitter, to which no avail.) First of all, it would be considered "libel" not slander because it is written, and secondly you cannot sue someone for factual events. As if I had anything to gain by purposely missing work for two days. She requested that all social media mentions of be being sick from her store be taken down, to which I complied because at the time I did not have enough information available to me. If she had only been more sympathetic instead of harassing me and offered my money back, this would have gone an entirely different route. But sadly here I am writing the entire transaction on social media. TLDR: Got food poisoning, owner threatened me and belittled my situation and did not even offer my money back from eating there LIKE EVERY OTHER OWNER ON THE PLANET WOULD. read more

I always come here because I love Jimmy John's. I never have problems when I pick up my order for carry out. If you order for delivery, expect to wait a very, very long time. My parents always complained of the delivery time which is why they stopped ordering here. Better odds of the order being correct if you do it in person, but not by much. I'm surprised they are still open based on these reviews. Ordered for my elderly mom to have it delivered to her house. The girl on the phone was completely rude and handed the phone over to someone who claimed to be the new owner. This person was very polite. I saw mom the next day and she said the sandwich was ok but she didn't get her cookie and was charged for it. She also said the delivery person had an attitude when she forgot the drink in the car and had to go back to the car to get it. I took the receipt back up to the store to place an order and get moms cookie she never got. First off there was no greeting when I walked in the store. No Hello. No how may I help you. Nothing. When I went on to explain about the cookie and show the receipt all I got was excuses as to why they couldn't give me the cookie in which my mom paid for and didn't get. However I was told the General Manager would be back on Monday and I could call back then. I should of just left then but Mom wanted another sandwich so I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. They don't have Iced Tea and I didn't want soda so that made it 2 drinks and 1 soda. I take the food to mom and I proceed to eat my sandwich a BLT.
