I typically love Panera, visit the one across town often. This location opened recently and is much closer to my house. I stopped in today for lunch and was happy with service and food, however, it is a new build and I was rather disappointed with the theme/decor. Other Panera locations are warm and inviting, not so with this new one. Modern, minimalistic and cold. Not sure why anyone would want to eat in such an environment. I suppose I will continue to eat from here because of convenience, but not likely to sit down, will likely just pick up thru drive through. read more

Zero stars. Waited for 1 hr just to find out after several follow ups, that they did not have the food that I ordered available. Panera, if you do not have the food available, do not take the order and ask customers to wait and waiste their time. What a really bad customer service!!!! read more

This is one of the most poorly managed Panera's I have ever eaten at. They repeatedly get take- out and drive-through orders wrong. They packed salad dressing in little plastic containers in the bottom of a bag with a large soup. They popped open and came through the bag into the car seat. This also left me without the salad dressing that really makes this salad, in addition to omitting the chicken on the chicken salad. Good grief, guys! Get a grip. Get a good manager. read more

Ever since the drastic menu change this place has gotten worse and worse... I have tried almost everything on the menu but I really miss the salads they got rid of. This place is right down the street from my work and I literally don't eat here at all anymore because the food quality is so poor. The staff was not very helpful. I ordered the steak and cheddar half sandwich. It was loaded with enough red onions to keep people away for weeks. Nast tasting sauce with sesame in it. Bread was hard as a brick. I won't be back. The price compared to what I got is gouging the customer. Way overpriced for crappy food. read more

Stopped here for dinner and half sandwich, half soup was perfect. Avacodo chicken sandwich was very good. Young lady behind the counter didn't seem very happy with her job, but I was glad to see all staff wearing masks, unlike nearby pita restaurant that I had to walk out of because cashier wasn't wearing a mask as she put food orders together. read more

I am DONE with this location of Panera Bread. They "advertise" online their Saturday hours as opening at 6:00 am. After having to discover firsthand (by driving to get breakfast) that they do not open at 6 AM on Saturdays, but instead at 7 AM - while frustrating, I excepted the fact that this was their Saturday hours of operation. Today, I drove over at 7:10 am - only to find a sign on their drive thru that their opening time is now 8:00 am! What a joke!!! I refuse to do business with a company that is this inconsiderate to their customers. I work at one of the largest employers in Columbus, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that no future business is given to Panera Bread! read more

This Panera is good when you sit inside.. however NEVER get anything to-go or through the drive through. They will completely mess up your order. Every time I stop here it never fails, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Plus the manager, Rhett(idk how to spell it) is rude. I told him about my incorrect order and the only rectification he provided was an explanation of "human error". I deserve more than that excuse to rectify the situation as a frequent Panera goer. I will never come to this location again. I recommend no one does either if you're in a hurry. read more

Couldn't ask for better. Service is quick and workers always deliver food with a smile. The free coffee promotion this summer has been pretty sweet too, and it's got me hooked on these low-priced, delicious bagels. I'll be back, pretty much every day before work! read more

I have visited this new Panera twice and I was twice underwhelmed. It is very impersonal, lacks style and the access is poor. The tables and floors were not clean. Practically no customer service. This is a new store and I expected more. It may be good for a drive thru order or maybe delivery service, but for dine in I think the Panera at Bradley Park is a better choice. read more

I am disappointed in this Panera. I was looking for a place to get a salad and something that wasn't fried. I have eaten here twice in the last two and half weeks and both times I had the Thai chicken salad. The flavor is good, but both times my salad was filled with seriously wilted lettuce. The only thing good about this Panera is the food is good. Getting it is the hard part. Ordering on the app should be easy and effective-at every other Panera it works without any issues. But every time I have used the app for curbside or rapid pickup inside at this location, I have had to call (for curbside) or talk to employee (rapid pickup). Then I have to wait while they research my order only to be told "sorry. It's right here...it didn't go through". "Be right out". Then I wait additional time only to have to go through drive through to get my order and be told "sorry, sometimes we get busy". Guess what? Today I ordered a coffee. Drive to store, parked and tapped I'm here. Five minutes later a second car pulled up. Got their order and left. After 10 min of waiting I called. Same story as before and ended up in drive through to get luke warm coffee. In the 15 min I waited at curbside delivery, 1 car went through drive through and only 2 people were inside. If thats too busy for you to make a cup of coffee there is a big problem. To top it off my coffee was barely warm- as if it had been made immediately after I ordered and then just sat there waiting to be delivered for 20 min. Will never use this location again!! read more

This Panera always has an extremely helpful staff. The service is great. The food is always fresh and tastes even better than other Paneras that I have visited. Their green tea is my favorite! Shout out to my favorite quick drive thru! Glad you're here. read more
