Terrible service! Food order is always wrong. This particular time I pre ordered a pastry ring to be picked up at closing so I could take it to work in the morning. The employee tried to convince me I didn't need to place an order because she was sure they would be available later. After placing the order regardless, I go to pick it up and guess what?!? No pastry. So now it's the eve before Easter and I have nothing to bring to work tomorrow for an Easter party. The kicker-lady at the window says here take this crumb cake on the house. I went in with friends and ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and as I was eating it, I noticed there was a piece of plastic. I went up to the counter and said "I'm sorry but there is a piece of plastic in my food. Is there any chance you could make me a new one?" And the woman was very rude. I didn't know if they had a policy about needing to take the food back so I went to hand back the food and she said "ugh just throw it out" and was giving me sass, even though she was the one who served me a sandwich with a piece of plastic in it. She remade my sandwich (which took a few minutes) and then slammed it in the counter. Will never go back read more

Needs new management. Visited this location yesterday and had a horrible experience. The cashier seemed to not understand how to take an order and input it in the register. We asked for no cheese on our sandwiches and double checked with her due to an allergy. Waiting for our food the workers in the kitchen were unorganized and made several errors with other orders. Our sandwiches were done and immediately noticed feta cheese on them. We had to wait another 15 minutes for them to be remade & we were mortified by what we saw in the kitchen- workers wiping sweat from their faces and not washing their hands, one wiping their nose, and overall confusion. I go to Panera at least once a week and I have to say the overall quality of the food and the restaurant has gone down. The dining room is always dirty. Tables are not wiped down. There is food all over the seats and under the tables. The drink area is a mess. Always out of lemons, lid covers, ice tea. Twice in the last three weeks they messed up our orders. We ordered green goddess cobb and strawberry poppy with chicken. Both salads came with out chicken. We had to ask for it and they gave us a bowl with questionable looking chicken in it. I order the ten vegetable soup and it doesn't come with a spoon. Over all, the place has really gone down. I'm not sure its a new manager, staff turn over or what. And prices have gone up! read more

My experience with this place is neither too good nor too bad. Me and my husband ordered panini and flatbread from this place. We ordered frontega chicken panini and southwestern chicken flatbread. But we felt the food was little dry and did not taste like flatbread at all. And the panini did not taste very great too. And the place is quite expensive for sandwiches. Tiny portions at a high price. I don't understand the hype Panera gets because I have never been satisfied there. The food I order is not enough, with one slice of thin cut roast beef on a doughy baguette or the soup being microwaved then put in a bread bowl. Messed up my drive thru order by burning the bread then a second time not having the sandwich right, drove back in to have it fixed only for the sandwich to still not be correct! Absolutely terrible, having worked at a Panera in Virginia order accuracy was something we took pride in. Very disappointed. read more

Usually I have great experience, but this time not so much. Probably will never go back. Left early Tuesday morning to pick up something for breakfast on the way to work. I arrived at the drive thru line at 6:55 am, ordered a chai latte and a oatmeal with honey and nuts. I received my order at 7:20! I couldn't believe it, all for one drink and oatmeal! I respectfully asked the women when I paid how much longer, and she got snarky and didn't give me a solid answer. Not only were the girls miserable, it was like I woke them up to do their job. The oatmeal was hard as a rock, I couldn't even eat it... my chai latte was just milk... cold milk... I was so upset, after spending nearly 10 dollars on this, i couldn't go back because I was already running late after sitting there for 25 mins! Wishing I couldn't give this location any stars, will never go there, especially for breakfast ever again. read more

The panera I go to is just opened and getting some of the bugs out. I really love their fresh baked bread. The tomato basil is beyond good for dipping in your soup or take home and make your own grilled cheese. The location I've been to is on walden ave by Cabalas. I really enjoyed the quinoua bowl. ( pardon my spelling) I have tried a couple sandwiches which I have to agree are a little dry. The soups and the broth bowls are on point and full of flavor. The baked goods are high quality and yummy. The coffee and teas are very good . We eat here at least once a week. I'll need to find a different thing to eat besides the panini . The dryness is hard to get through. Btw love it that you can have a hard boiled egg in your bowl instead of chicken . Overall good job 2nd review: This location has gotten better. My favs are beef and cheddar panini and modern Greek salad. Love the green tea. My mother always gets the creamed chicken with wild rice. They also have great deserts. The scones are the best! We recently got our order delivered. It's tricky. My order was completely wrong. Your not allowed to call in your order so it can easily get messed up. Over all we will continue to eat here and hope service gets better. read more

Very good food and great service. A little too overpriced for a kids meal that does not even include a drink. They should work on that.

When I ordered my meal and asked for a baguette as the side the worker told me they had no more left very rudely, but no big deal. But when I went over to the counter to get my food they had a whole big basket of baguettes. Also heard rumors of bugs in people's food. Definetly not coming back. read more

Panera was always the place I brought my two children two after they finished their sports. Their food is very refreshing and always has my two children smiling. I think Panera is a great place to enjoy time with your kids or just relaxing and reading a nice book. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!! I only have one because I can't unclick it. Worst experience and food I've ever had. Out of 7people who ordered. Only 1 got what they ordered. One person's sandwich had different meats on each half. Soups were wrong. Completely different sandwiches given. Food was wilted and soggy and thrown together. Every time I've had food from there, it was very sloppy and very poor quality. This is no more than a Subway with different food only Subway has better quality food. My flatbread was so soggy on the bottom half, I could barely pick my sandwich up. I will never be going to ANY Panera again. I honestly do not understand what anyone likes about this place. This is not any kind of quality Bistro by any means. I won't even get the chicken on their Chicken salads because it's old and soggy. Terrible... read more
