Super soggy Sip Club stop. - A night photo showing a building with illuminated signage on its facade, with some light reflections on the wet ground in front. The signage appears to be partially visible and blurry, with some bright lights and a dark sky background.

This Panera Bread location is my secondary-Sip-Club-stop home. It is near my preferred Walmart, so I stop in whenever I'm doing a grocery pick-up at the Transit Walmart that is kitty-corner across the street. This Panera is in the Target plaza lot, with plenty of parking. Sip Club ordering is easy, with app ordering, self-service screens, or you can give your phone number to the cashier if preferred. Then it's just grab your cup, fill as preferred, and go. If you are unfamiliar with Panera Sip Club, it is $10.99 per month for unlimited self-serve hot or cold beverages (every two hours). This includes hot drip coffee and tea, as well as any cold fountain drinks, which includes soda, seltzer, several iced teas, and iced coffee. With beverages regularly priced at over $3 for a large, if you get four drinks in a month, you are getting your money's worth. We stop in for Sip Club most days, sometimes more than once a day, so we definitely make our subscriptions work for us! (My husband has Sip Club, too.) If this or any Panera is convenient for you, and you like the beverages included in Sip Club offerings, then a Sip Club subscription may be beneficial to you, too. So check it out! :-D

Turkey, apple, cheddar half sandwich with squash soup and a baguette

This Panera is in a great location- convenient for my post-Target trips. :) There's free wifi and the tables get cleaned regularly. For being a Saturday, it was well staffed so they line went quickly and our food came out quickly too. I ordered the Pick 2- half turkey, apple, and cheddar sandwich with a bowl of squash soup- yum! The sandwich is served cold. It has thick pieces of turkey breast, very thin slices of apple, and served with white cheddar on very tasty cranberry bread. At first impression I didn't think it was going to be that good but happy I was wrong, it hit the spot. The squash soup with baguette was also super tasty. I also had an ice tea. Easy parking, easy to find a table, and good food. Will continue to eat at to this location.

I came ravenous while doing some Saturday morning errands. I created my breakfast sandwich and I wouldn't recommend it. They were very skimpy on the meat for one and secondly the egg and cheese! I guess when there are two soufflé left you should probably just go for one of those. Lesson learned. The bagel is delicious but the ingredients scarce. Maybe they have to weight the meat, egg and cheese? I did hear a girl say I got the last egg white...maybe it wasn't a full serving? Maybe next time just a bagel with peanut butter will be better.

Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich - A sandwich features a slice of toasted bread topped with a creamy mixture that includes chopped vegetables and possibly chicken. It is served alongside a fresh green salad and sliced tomato with cheese and toppings. The food is placed on brown parchment paper, suggesting a casual dining setting.

Shameful. Went here this evening around 8:00pm after driving home for 10 hours from a trip. Ordered the Pick 2, with a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. First, I was told that they were out of the bread that the sandwich typically comes with. That's fine, I was offered some alternative options. Then, they were out of the baguette bread that usually accompanies the Pick 2. Again, fine. I received a bag of chips instead. After receiving my order to go, I drove home only to find a nasty, disgraceful surprise. The sandwich was piled high with lettuce (way more than usual) to provide fake height to the sandwich and disguise the fact that there was literally a teaspoon of chicken salad on the bread. Actually, that's misleading. There was actually no chicken in the salad but merely mayo and nuts. If you didn't have enough chicken salad and were too lazy to make more, just tell me and I would have selected a different sandwich. Shameful behavior by the employee and reflective of a restaurant that is poorly run. Disgraceful. I will never go to this place again. See the picture below.

Whether you want to sit down for a quick snack or have a business meeting in an above average dining area, panera is deemed to satisfy! Always clean, always fast and the food is freshly prepared! Crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes make any sandwich a treat! Love the smoked turkey!! The soups are delivered hot! But not too hot to be uncomfortable! Free wifi is a bonus so bringing your computer is always a bonus. Love this place because its consistent in both cleanliness and food prep! Enjoy your meals folks!!

Service was fast and the order was ready when I arrived. This place is always nice to eat at and has that casual sport bar vibe that I love. Their dinner looked huge and great. So many tenders and fries that they had plenty and leftovers. My box on the other hand looked a little light. I'm not one to complain about portion sizes but for how much the meal was, I would've liked maybe a handful of fries. My son even asked where my fries were. Disappointed in that, but my burger was good and filling. Overall, this spot is great for takeout for us since it's close to home so we will be back for more tenders in the future.

I then had to sit and wait for the server to come back to ask for dressing. I then had to wait some more for the dressing. It was really annoying. 3) again, I asked for different dressing. This time it still had the ranch on it. The server realized as it was bought to the table at least this time but I still had to wait for new food as this one was covered in ranch. I also find it annoying that the upcharge for a side salad isn't consisted on the menu and is upwards of $4-$5. It's a sad side salad. Nothing special.

It finally opened in May, 2025. There was much anticipation in the Winter of 2023 and Spring of 2024, when it was announced that the long-vacant restaurant at the front of the Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport would finally have a tenant. I went there twice - once in May and once June on Friday evenings. Both times, mead was unavailable, although it was advertised that tastings were available. The first time I went, I ordered food. There were 5 or 6 people seated at tables, while I sat at the bar. If remember correctly, they grudgingly reopened the kitchen (it was 950 pm) and they were open until 11. The menu was limited, and I ordered a $23 chicken sandwich, which was decent, but way overpriced and fries were not available. Most of the menu items were $21-$25 sandwiches. I ordered a beer that was $10 - in other establishments, the same beer was $6-$8. Around 1030 pm, two couples came in. And around 1045, a group of coworkers came in after work. All were eager and enthusiastic to try out this new place they'd heard so much about. You could tell the owner did not want to stay open, as it was almost the posted closing time, but I believe he stayed open a bit later. I left as soon as I ate and finished my beer, so I never did see what time he closed. The second time I went in, I asked for mead - there was none - ordered a beer and left. Over the next few months, the hours open constantly changed, according to the sign. My take on the place - well-intentioned, but very overpriced, not well-stocked/supplied/staffed, and very unorganized. I'm not a business owner, and I don't want to bash the owner, but in this day and age of Post-Pandemic inflation (and difficulty in finding good help and reliable suppliers), it's important to be competitive and flexible. If you're situated in prime real-estate, such as the front of a hotel, and your bar/restaurant is an oasis amongst several OTHER hotels and an airport, not to mention nearby neighborhoods, you take advantage of the situation and YOU STAY OPEN. Past 11 pm. I'm not saying 3 or 4 am, but on Friday and Saturday nights, it's not unreasonable to stay open until 1 am. And for goodness sakes, if you're worried about liability, partner with Uber - the Tim Horton's parking lot next door is practically an Uber/Lyft driver's haven - it's their staging lot. Those dudes are waiting there 24/7 for fares. You want to close the kitchen? Advertise a cut-off time - 1030, 11 pm, on Friday/Saturday. 930 on other nights. Don't sell $25 chicken sandwiches that are worth $10-$15. Drop your beer prices to $7 or $8. Have some sort of gimmick that you can make a huge markup on - partner with Genny and get a few kegs or cases of 12 Horse Ale or Oktoberfest. Pretty much ANY of their beers is affordable. Stock it. Sell it for $4 a can or glass. Alongside your $8 beers. And whatever the market price is for the mead. Get some Sabrett hot dogs and sell them for $4 or $5. They're probably the best hot dog you can buy. Sell them alongside the more expensive food. You'll be a hero. Drunk people will love you. The lunch hour crowd will increase through word-of-mouth alone. Out-of-towers will remember you fondly. People will still buy the mead and the other beers and sandwiches. But something's got to give. I hope if he reopens somewhere else, the owner is successful. He's a nice guy, and the place has potential. But I hope he can learn from his mistakes and move on.

A dear friend drove to Buffalo from NYC to volunteer at an event and after a long day volunteering,…read morethey were looking for a hearty meal and some good drink. Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!
