Today I went through the drive thru and my order was taken and I drove up and paid for the order. Maybe 2 minutes later another woman comes to the window and had an attitude saying "what did you need " and I told her I was waiting for an order and she goes "well did you pay ". I confirmed that I did. About 8 minutes later she comes back to the window and says "you need to go to the front your order is not done " I said okay pulled to the front - it was another 7-10 minutes. She finally comes out and hands me the bag I get to open it .. the entire order is wrong read more

I'm not at this Panera often. But whenever I come out to the mall area I come to this Panera if it's the right time of day. Because I'm a coffee club member that means in the morning. This Panera has a lot of easy parking and the drive-through seems fairly busy here. I've never done the drive-through but I do see lines there. The seating is very spacious and it's got a nice layout that you could have some privacy if you're looking for that sort of. The employees are always very friendly here. Three stars because this is a large chain and they should be at three stars. Nothing that brings them to four or two. read more

I hate writing bad reviews. But this place does need some work. They were out of some menu options..the broccoli cheese soup and mexican corn soup to name a couple. The place needed a serious cleaning. Napkin dispensers were empty. At all of them..Dirty tables. Dirty trash area. Dirty drink area. It was not pretty. And..the last time I was there, I ordered some things to go for friends in a nearby nursing home. And two orders were not even in the bag. I felt so bad for these poor people because they skipped their meal because I was bringing them some Panera. Pretty confident I won't be giving it a third try. read more

Genuinely the best dining experience I've had in my life. Jaysha sat us and immediately set the tone for the night. We had a nice conversation with her and she was so enthusiastic and interested in hearing about our day. Katie S. Was our server and she is an angel. Made us feel so welcome and at home and we got the best service! We laughed, joked and smiled all night long! Even the staff that wasn't helping us out seemed so kind! I felt like I've known Jaysha and Katie for a lifetime. It was so refreshing to have such an amazing experience with great people. I like this Panera. I've been here a few times and the food has always been good and comes out in a timely manner. The dining room has also been pretty clean each time I've been. This makes it a good place to meetup with someonefor either a hot drink or a cold beverage, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I also like that I can order from a kiosk, that way I can really take my time deciding what I want. I've never used the drive-thru but this location has one. read more

I was craving a bagel and cream cheese. Both things I should not be eating, but you only live once so you might as well live it up a bit every now and then. I ordered via the website, getting a plain bagel, cream cheese, and a hazelnut coffee. I had a $2 off a beverage coupon for my birthday. The website was easy to use. When I went into the store to collect my order, no one acknowledged me, and I went right to the cubbies, got my order and left. Pretty uneventful. The bagel and cream cheese hit the spot. I patronize Panera restaurants all over the country. They are usually clean quality places to eat. This Walden Ave location is the exception. It is filthy. Dirty tables, dirty carpet, dirty everything. Where is the health department? This location does a disservice to the well managed Panera franchise owners. read more

Food selection, service and ambiance are disappointingly worse than the last time we had Panera. The salad selection all seamed similar. The only protein offered was chicken. I ended up having a cheesesteak. Unfortunately, I didn't read all the ingredients before ordering. It came disgustingly loaded with an aioli mayonnaise. Who puts that on a cheesesteak? It was dripping down on my plate. Yuk! The place had a dingy vibe and employees who looked like they would rather be elsewhere. Just my opinion. read more

This is by far the worst Panera location. I stopped coming here for a year because of the terrible service. Today, I decided to give them a try again and sadly, I wasn't given an experience to change my mind. I stopped in on my lunch break to grab a tomato soup for myself and a broccoli and cheddar soup for my friend. After grabbing my food and driving back to work, I discovered they had given me TWO tomato soups and no broccoli and cheddar. I had to drive all the way back, making me late for my return from break and upon addressing the mistake, nobody gave me an apology or a simple have a nice day. Workers were talking to each other, rather than attending to customers needs. Other customers in front of me had also had issues with their orders. My tomato soup also did not come with any croutons even though it was supposed to. Needless to say, won't try this again! read more

Wow, what a disappointing experience me and my fiance had here. We ordered through the app for pick up to eat in the restaurant so we wouldnt have to wait, and we showed up a few minutes after our estimated pick up time. When we arrived, our order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order. When we sat down to eat, not only was everything COLD, but it was poorly put together so everything was falling apart in the sandwiches. I don't know how everything was cold when we were standing at the counter waiting for our food but that was what happened. We noticed 5 people working in the kitchen just standing around doing nothing while we were waiting for our food for 20 minutes so that probably had something to do with it. read more

This is Panera branch seems smaller than other branches but I think the lack of indoor seating is made up by the MANY outdoor seating options. They have patio tables and chairs outdoors, which I can see would be great for warmer weather. This particular branch gets a lot of natural sunlight as well, which was great for working. They have seats along the windows and it was very bright. The interior design of this branch is a lot more modern than other Panera branches. The basics are pretty much the same, but their booth seats and tables definitely seem newer and cleaner. I would say one of the down sides of this branch is that there aren't enough outlets, but as long as you're not planning to work here for the whole day, I don't think it's a big issue. The service here is great too. All the employees I've encountered were friendly and nice, and were very patient with the customers. The seats along the windows are one connected seat (if that makes sense), so wherever you sit, you would feel people getting up and down, which was a bit uncomfortable but not a huge issue. The music is on the louder side than other Paneras too, so make sure you don't need a super quiet environment to talk or work. Otherwise, overall positive experience. :) read more

I've been on a bit of a Panera kick recently and last weekend was the Cheektowaga location. We came here in the afternoon to a good amount of people inside. The staff was quick and friendly and a bread bowl filled with turkey chili and some orange juice was my meal of choice. The food only took a couple of minutes to come out and before I knew it I was absolutely stuffed. The turkey chili was delicious and the fact that it was being eaten out of a bread bowl made it that much better. The chili was the perfect proportion of turkey, veggies, and scrumptious chili sauce (I honestly have no idea what to refer to it as). I was a big fan of the Cheektowaga location thanks to its massive seating section, friendly staff, and of course the food good. Everyone likes Panera and this location will not let you down. read more

This place is awful. Out of 5 DoorDash orders only one was correct. It's always missing items-which they know because the receipt is marked that they aren't in the bag ( or only one out of two is) but they offer no credits for it. I always have to contact door dash. They have also at times taken it upon themselves to sub in items I didn't want... Most of baked goods and bagels are dried out , stale and overpriced garbage lately. My favorite are the kitchen sink cookies which they are always out of. Not sure why I even bother. read more

We stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. We shared a bacon, egg and cheese on a brioche roll. While it is not very large and certainly sized for one person, we shared it as we were there mid-morning, after breakfast. It is a lovely sandwich. read more

I prefer this Panera over all the other ones in Buffalo. First of all, the drive thru is quick and easy to find. The employees are all personable and polite. When I came yesterday, it was busy because of the lunch rush. However, I got my food in no time at all and was served with smiles from everyone. It's also one of the larger Paneras, which is a plus when it comes to seating. I was here for a while and didn't feel rushed at all to finish my food or leave to free up space. Panera Bread is e remarkable consistent and you always know what to expect when you order from one. This location is no different with food that is just right, never usually bad but never usually blowing your socks off. This Panera like all others continues to be pretty expensive for the food you get but you knew that when you walked in the door and ordered anyway lol. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my wait time wasn't bad at all. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and the summer corn chowder. Both were good and I had a satisfying dinner. Panera is always a solid choice of place to go for work or studying and I've spent many an evening with a cold drink and free wifi studying for exams and completing group projects. Comfortable cafe restaurant, consistent food, and good service continue to be Panera's calling card and will bring me back again. read more

Fast and friendly my problem was when I got home didn't really like the vegetable soup nothing hardly in it flavor was good but no vegetables in there for the price! Panera is ok. I like their sweets and breads. Their food is expensive. I got a large soup to go- which isn't that big, and it was almost 7$. It normally comes with fresh bread as a side, which is nice, but it's not worth that price. The pick twos are a good idea. Their cookies are really good. I get something from here once in a while. We ordered Caesar salad and a margarita flatbread pizza. The pizza had no fresh basil. You need the fresh basil to make this pie. It's instrumental in making this pizza. The salads had chicken on them and we didn't ask for chicken. The salad dressing was like a spoonful. Very disappointing meal. I think your chain needs to step it up. I really like panera but I only gave it 3 stars for a couple of reasons 1. I ordered my lunch on line and it was ready when I got there but the iced mocha must have been made as soon as I called it in so by the time I got there it was all meltie . Also I couldn't get any wi-fi so it made for a long boring lunch as I dined alone, I had no interaction with staff that day as I paid on line nobody even came to clean up I just sat in that side of the restaurant by my self. One other thing I'm very surprised that the bathroom is more of a locker room type since this is a new building instead of the new fancy/pretty bathrooms like most new restaurants have these days. Might be the worst Panera location I've ever been to. As others have posted, dishes piled up, food just so-so, and not a very warm or welcoming atmosphere. I went to this location for the first time and was very upset with my experience here. The food took twice as long as normal. I ordered the turkey avocado blt and they added a spicy mustard for no reason. When I brought it back they gave me attitude when I asked them to remake my meal.
