    Empty/low drinks

I hate writing bad reviews. But this place does need some work. They were out of some menu options..the broccoli cheese soup and mexican corn soup to name a couple. The place needed a serious cleaning. Napkin dispensers were empty. At all of them..Dirty tables. Dirty trash area. Dirty drink area. It was not pretty. And..the last time I was there, I ordered some things to go for friends in a nearby nursing home. And two orders were not even in the bag. I felt so bad for these poor people because they skipped their meal because I was bringing them some Panera. Pretty confident I won't be giving it a third try.

Spending a Saturday with my fam, we eat inside instead of take out. The food was good, the ambiance was chill. You can't go wrong going to paneras.

Panera is honestly the best. It's amazing in the states compared to Canada. It's def a first stop for me when I go to the states. The food is soo flash and tasty , I'd def go back multiple visit$ before I end my trip in the states

This is Panera branch seems smaller than other branches but I think the lack of indoor seating is made up by the MANY outdoor seating options. They have patio tables and chairs outdoors, which I can see would be great for warmer weather. This particular branch gets a lot of natural sunlight as well, which was great for working. They have seats along the windows and it was very bright. The interior design of this branch is a lot more modern than other Panera branches. The basics are pretty much the same, but their booth seats and tables definitely seem newer and cleaner. I would say one of the down sides of this branch is that there aren't enough outlets, but as long as you're not planning to work here for the whole day, I don't think it's a big issue. The service here is great too. All the employees I've encountered were friendly and nice, and were very patient with the customers. The seats along the windows are one connected seat (if that makes sense), so wherever you sit, you would feel people getting up and down, which was a bit uncomfortable but not a huge issue. The music is on the louder side than other Paneras too, so make sure you don't need a super quiet environment to talk or work. Otherwise, overall positive experience. :)

    Turkey chili, oh yeah.

I've been on a bit of a Panera kick recently and last weekend was the Cheektowaga location. We came here in the afternoon to a good amount of people inside. The staff was quick and friendly and a bread bowl filled with turkey chili and some orange juice was my meal of choice. The food only took a couple of minutes to come out and before I knew it I was absolutely stuffed. The turkey chili was delicious and the fact that it was being eaten out of a bread bowl made it that much better. The chili was the perfect proportion of turkey, veggies, and scrumptious chili sauce (I honestly have no idea what to refer to it as). I was a big fan of the Cheektowaga location thanks to its massive seating section, friendly staff, and of course the food good. Everyone likes Panera and this location will not let you down.

Stopped by to grab lunch and the place was quite big. You could order from the tabs and the food came out very quickly. The pasta was fresh and tasty. The veg sandwich was quite flavorful and the soup in a bread bowl took the price. Overall, good experience.

The young man serving us was handing all of the front of house duties and was very attentive. The food was excellent. I had shrimp pho with a generous portion of large shrimp. I'd start with the atmosphere and overall first impression. The interior isn't as bright and inviting as the one on Maple Road. It's still the Water Lily Cafe, just under a different banner. This place needs to be refreshed. Another downside is that the complimentary dumplings advertised on Yelp are only for those who leave a five-star review. Really?! :) In my opinion, this fact takes one star away instantly. So we already got The Bad and The Ugly ;). The Good was the most important, the food. We really enjoyed our dishes. My partner's 'Spice Lemongrass Beef Noodle Soup' was very tasty. It wasn't heavy on lemongrass, and overly spicy, as promised. It was full of various cuts of beef, a slice of Vietnamese pork, and a good amount of thick rice noodles. The soup is served with the same garnish as for pho soup. My 'Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl' was beautifully served. All the veggies were crispy, fresh, and the noodles were nicely warm. With the splash of fish sauce everything tasted so delicious. I asked for a side of the peanut sauce and it was even tastier (thanks Jennifer). Only the shrimp could be of better quality and really, nicely grilled. I'm glad Anchi A La Carte is available in this part of town. It's a perfect place for a good meal before or after shopping, errands etc. in the area.

A dear friend drove to Buffalo from NYC to volunteer at an event and after a long day volunteering,…read morethey were looking for a hearty meal and some good drink. Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!

One of our friends brought her puppy and was thrilled to discover they have a dog menu. Such a cute touch! Overall, it's a great spot for groups, with a fun atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space, and solid food. No complaints here!
