Although we we the first people there at 1pm for dine-in, there was a steady stream of take-out orders getting picked up, as well as other (mostly men) coming to dine. The chairs are wide and overstuffed, and the tables are just the right height. It's a, "have another bite" atmosphere. There are long prayers coming from the speakers. Even a non-Arabic speaker like me knows that, "Bismillah" doesn't rhyme! The better half's take on his kebab? "This is the best lamb I've ever had!". I thought the shwarma and fries were great, but the hummus served with warm pita, some fruity, green olive oil, and a sprinkling of sumac/ za'atar really knocked it out of the park. I made sure to ask before, but I don't know where the miscommunication happened. The chicken lacked flavor, but more importantly, it was not fully cooked and was squishy. I was able to take a photo because I was in a rush and the only parts of the chicken that I was able to eat were when I had to cut a piece off of cooked meat. I wish them nothing but the best, but the quality of food needs to get better for this to be edible because uncooked meat is very unsafe. That was very disappointed with my food and I wish I could've stayed back to speak to the owner, but he had left at the time.
