Went to Panera for a fundraiser (it's not usually my top pick of places to eat). Ordered the combo with the chipotle chicken avocado melt and Mac and cheese. The sandwich was cold and soggy and fell apart. The Mac and cheese came in a dirty bowl. When I asked a worker for a new one, she was so rude about it. Love the soup and the atmosphere you can feel like food coffee work and fun in one place

I've recently started popping into this Panera because for whatever reason, it usually has chicken and wild rice soup where the one over on Losson by Wegmans doesn't. Panera's always clean, always a little overpriced, never as fresh and wholesome as it claims, but I'd travel far and commit unspeakable deeds for that soup. After I paid, was informed there were no baguettes, but settled for ciabatta, which I don't like. "Sorry," said the bored looking person behind the counter. Went to get a Pepsi and discovered that the machine was angrily spitting foam, and the trickle of soda at the bottom tasted like bleach. Told another bored looking person, who suggested diet Pepsi, which I like even less than ciabatta. "Sorry." Went to the very nice older woman at the counter, who got a manager, who gave me a can of Pepsi, which I accepted because I was already well past my confrontation limits. My sandwich was oozing a milky white substance all over the table, which it generally doesn't do. Ate it while listening to three people the next table over recruiting a young guy into their pyramid scheme. But the soup, as always, was excellent. read more

I love Panera, I order a Rapid Pick-Up meal 3/4 times a week. The Walden location is super close to my house, which is very convenient. My food is always warm when I get back to my apartment to eat it, it's always wrapped up properly, never spills, etc. The only thing I ever have an issue with, is the order not being fulfilled each time. I constantly don't get a baguette, or a pastry that I ordered. I give them a monetary tip each order, but, it doesn't seem like it's doing much good. The hot food is delightful, but, paying money for things and not getting them is a bit meh. read more

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. Their selections are so fresh and delicious. My favorite items have to be their cream soups, especially their lobster bisque, and their Thai chicken salad. You also have to count their amazing baked goods. Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. When to Panera's around 8 PM & ordered food from the drive through. When I went home, I noticed that they forgot my sandwich so I drove back to tell them & waited while they made a new one. Afterwards, I realized that they gave me the wrong soup but I was already home. I tried to call to speak to a manager but no one picked up. Worst service ever ! I was standing waiting 10 min for device nobody asked if I needed help ! About 6 employees walked by me and just walked by ... finally after waiting forever ! Someone asked if I needed help and told me too go on the other side of the restaurant too pickup order when I went over the employee seemed confused and said " oops I forgot to make it " on top of it all I waited for my order to be finished an additional 10 min ... please is completely dirty ! this please needs better employees!!! read more

Food is as would be expected. Store is filthy. 4:00 in the afternoon with hardly anyone here and tables are not clean. Trays are stacked up at the trash. Ok, bathrooms seems clean. But my perception of cleanliness is bad. For the first time ever, I grabbed some napkins, used the hot water for team to wipe down a place to sit. read more

I'm so glad they have a drive-thru. Once you get around to the pickup window they have your total on a digital screen till you can pay hoarding Lee. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the mango smoothie. Autumn squash soup is really tasty but I wish they had more pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top. read more

All good so far. The hot sandwich was hot, and the cold one cold. The tuna was moist and tasty. As for the Mediterranian Veggie sandwich, it was really, really good. It's a Panera. Like most chains, if you've been to one, you know what to expect at all of them. This is no exception. The same fresh and tries-no-not-to-be-too-awful-for-you menu items. I appreciate the provided nutritional information. Ordering and pick up is usually pretty straight forward. A solid choice out of the multitude of lunch restaurant options. The three stars for this Panera is based on my last visit to this location. Good food but awkward experience. It was near the end of the day on a Sunday. Not my usual time. And I understand the employees were looking forward to the end of their shifts. The cashier was a little lack luster. I asked I about tea options and he vaguely waved towards the self service hot beverage area saying he didn't know what kinds of tea there were but they were all over there. He rang me out and walked away from the register. I hadn't been offered a cup so after poking around a bit I presumed I could use one of the cups by the coffee area. No one corrected me so I hope that's correct! The pick up counter is a bit hidden behind a wall. We were a little uncertain about if we were supposed to bus our own tables and, if so, where were we to put things. In the end, not the end of the world. Just a meh experience. read more

I placed an order for a 12:00pm-12:15pm delivery time. At 11:46am, I received an email that the driver was enroute. 12:15 came and passed and the food was still not delivered. At about 12:30 I called and spoke to a manager who said that the driver will call me shortly, that did not happen. I then called back at 12:45 asking where the delivery was and the manager said he should be there in a few minutes. By that point, we were all finished with our lunch break and we're back to work, therefore I refused to pay for the lunch. Scott was nice enough to agree with me and refund the cost of the lunch. My last visit was about 6 months ago. Two meals were missing so I called as soon as I got home. I spoke to the manager who said they would have to mail me a gift card! When I reached my destination and opened my meal I realized my Modern Caprese sandwich was missing the Mozzarella and the grain bowl was a half size, not whole, as I ordered. Appreciate the unique bagel choices: asiago cheese, french toast, cinnamon crumble, and others. Can never leave without an orange scone - yum! Came here to bring some bagels to a breakfast meeting. If I could give them minus stars I would. I haven't returned since my debacle, but my husband insists on ordering online. We have had the bag left on the porch out in the elements, with no knock or doorbell, today our individual bags (cranberry orange in one, blueberry in the other) were left in our hall bags partially open left on the floor in front of our door. I don't know if anyone else complained about the $1 delivery fee, but once to get to check out it's actually $4. Complained about the difference, I was told in an email that it's a DOLLAR, but additional fees and convenience fee apply....WHAT!! So today my husband completed his online order, whole coffee cake, two muffins...paid almost $30. Shortly after he receives a call telling him they have no coffee cakes....so he says to credit his order and replace with two blueberry muffins. We get the order, I look at the "tape" with the item in it to what's in the bag, the blueberry muffins have the coffee cake tape on it. So I make him call and you know what they told him---there's NOTHING they can do......Guess again, I contacted the AG's office and now they are going to get this situation too. I've always been obsessed with the cinnamon crunch bagel!! It's delicious!! Top it off with try Maple Walnut cream cheese and just amazing. I love the atmosphere in here and the wifi availability. I frequent another Panera with a drive thru, so I am used to going there that way. Panera's drive thrus in general are not as speedy as other fast food places but, you can get a decent meal compared to other typical fast food places. This one could use some better training for drive thru staff. I know you get an option of side when you get something like "You Pick 2". They didn't bother to ask and were already trying to get me to pull around when I asked if I could get something else besides the baguette. I probably would have gotten a bakery item (0.99 upcharge with a meal/drink), but they didn't bother to ask for that too. Took me a good 5-6 minutes waiting at the window until someone came to take my payment, and then a minute or two more to get my food. I was on a quick lunch break and barely made it back in time. There was one person ahead and behind me in line, and from what I could see, not that many people inside as it was closer to 11am than noon. The food was good. I usually don't get their paninis, but this was heated through and tasty. The salad I got was as expected. I may just stick with my usual location from now on though. read more

Although the food is good the service is questionable at this particular location. 9 times out of 10 when I stop in to order out on my lunch break they either forget the dressing or something along those lines or I get a totally wrong order. What on earth is with the drive-thru? I just had the strangest experience in bad customer service. After I ordered my usual, I arrive at the drive-thru window to pay. I say a hello to the girl at the window - no response. I hand her my card, no words. She hands me back my card, no words. She hands me my food...no words. In all my years I have never experienced something so unbelievable! Normally I'll make conversation with any drive-thru employee too, but when my hello was not returned, I figured I'd better keep my mouth shut. JUST DON'T ASK FOR DELIVERY!! I called at 8:30 AM (from MA) and paid for lunch to be delivered to my 95 year-old mother in a nearby nursing home at 11:30 AM. I called my mother and told her that lunch would be delivered to her. I called the nursing home at 12:15, and they said there were no deliveries. I called Panera and was told they'd been calling DoorDash all morning and none of their calls were returned. (They couldn't call me and let me know this??!!) My mother skipped the lunch served at the nursing home because she was waiting for her delivery. If Panera had told me they were unable to reach DoorDash, I could have called my mother and told her to go ahead and eat lunch in the dining room. My poor mother missed lunch and continued waiting expectantly for her delivery...which never arrived. Hey Panera - Either find another vendor/delivery service or stop offering deliveries!!
