The coffee here is AMAZING. The sip club is totally worth it. Also, so far the food has been great, but I've only tried a few of the bagels and two different cookies. This location, of the three we've tried, has been the best so far, and here's why: EVERY employee at this shop was so friendly, the service was great all around. Made our morning, for real. The place was clean, and the noise level was low, even though the place was fairly full. The parking was easy and plentiful. If I had to make a complaint, maybe there could be a little more shade out on the patio seating? I guess? But that's not a big enough deal to lose a star.

A small amount of wilted lettuce and these hard pieces of Mozzarella. There was a smear of Garlic Aioli.

It had been a while since I had been to Panera so I stopped by to pick up dinner on 7/18/2024. I ordered the Toasted Garden Caprese with no tomatoe and no sauce. But the sandwich had a small amount of sauce and was pretty unhealthy looking. Luckily, I also had a small cup of soup for dinner. For the price this sandwich was not as advertised. Luckily, I have located West Coast Sourdough off of Coleman Ave. My future business will be going to that business. They offer Fresh ingredients and Gluten Free options. Panera seems to reheat their Mac & Cheese in a plastic bag. West Coast Sourdough offers great Mac & Cheese. * if you are concerned about sodium levels you may want to avoid Panera. Good service at the cashier, my fav autumn squash soup is available and in good rich flavor. Sandwiches look kinda small but the free side option includes either an apple, a bag of potato chip or a some bread, which makes me feel healthy with options.

Every time I come to this Campbell location I am always greeted at the door. Everyone genuinely seems to love working here and they have a lot of regulars in the mornings, which is very sweet/cute to see the food is always well prepared and properly! I love the size of my breakfast sandwich here as opposed to the Cupertino Panera with seems to cut their bread in about half the size for the exact same sandwich and price! I love the Campbell Panera!!!! Hee

Wifey went to Panera for me today for the first time and ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. The bread was really good but $10.99 + tax the sandwich was a complete and total letdown!!! Why do you ask? Well my sandwich had 3 small slices of steak on each half of my sandwich, no joke 1/2 my sandwich was just 3 or 4 sprigs of onions and horseradish, if I wanted a horseradish sandwich fir $10.99 I would have ordered one. It's a total shame that they feel they need to charge $10.98 + tax and give you nothing in return. Save your money one go somewhere else. NOTE TO PANERA: being cheep with your food and charging a premium is the quickest way to go out of business.

Rip off $6.00 for half a serving of yogurt and some few berries not even a full strawberry. Not coming back to this place anytime soon.

Took my girls here for a mommy and girl brunch today. Great service and kids friendly. The manager and staff is super nice and patient! Even offered us a free lemonade due to the line. Their soufflé never disappoints me

We got boxed lunches catered from here. The garden goddess salad was good and had a lot of avocado. Decent cookie too.

Our food came out quickly, which was a huge plus. My son ordered the Caesar salad and the Caesar wrap, and both were very tasty. He mentioned the wrap had great flavor, the chicken was well seasoned, the croutons were crunchy and flavorful, and the wrap itself was soft and fresh without being overly hot or soggy. I ordered the furikake salmon bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce really brought everything together, it was flavorful and brought the dish together. The sushi rice had the perfect texture and tasted great, and the salmon paired really well with all the components. It was one of those meals where every bite just works. What also stood out was the attentiveness of the staff, they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better, and picked up our trays when we were finished. Overall, a great first visit with fresh, flavorful food and excellent service. I would definitely come back and recommend giving it a try!

There has been a couple of instances where it's been super awkward interacting with team members. It was noticed that employees were not changing their gloves as frequent as would be expected. Staff use the same gloves to touch surfaces through out the work station then move right to handling food. One instance I asked that gloves be changed which caused a sense of unpleasantness from said staff member. Who then proceeded to make my wrap extra small. Another time, a Chicken Caesar Wrap was ordered where egg an bacon was added. This was very troubling as it was not noticed until after a few bites were taken. I've not eaten pork in many years. Unfortunately, there is no way of contacting a manager by phone. I went in to speak someone in person who was kind enough to remake the order. Last night, I went in for a Caesar Wrap and tried to request changing of gloves in a discreet way. Somehow there was a confusion which confused the request as an Allergy? A couple of staff members spoke amongst themselves which was pretty awkward. It was requested that gloves be changed that seems to be a trigger? The lady continued making the order then stopped to check me out. To much dismay, immediately began rolling the wrap together. By this point, It was too much. I ate the inside of the wrap only. It's a huge shame but moving forward I'll only order food which is minimally touched by employees. This will spare the ordeal of asking that gloves be changed? One more bit of observation is that to go orders for salad have an slip sitting right onto food bowls.

Then about a week ago I got the crispy Thai brussels sprouts, and they were DELICIOUS! Today I got chicken tenders and the elote side dish. The chicken tenders were good and reminded me of fast food I used to get as a kid. I kinda regretted the meal afterwards because it was a lot of sodium and fried food not the healthiest choice. I am watching my weight and fried chicken probably is not the best choice for that. Starbird gave me a free $10 reward after my first purchase. I would probably go back and get either a salad or the brussels sprouts again. They do have the option of grilled chicken on a salad, so that's probably what I would get. I don't want to regain the 90 pounds I lost. Overall, Starbird is a good fried chicken restaurant with some healthy options like salads. Ambiance inside the restaurant is rushed, it's a popular restaurant and most often busy and crowded inside. You can order at a kiosk and that speeds things along. The space has a modern yet warm feel with beautiful natural wood finishes, fresh loaves of sourdough lining the shelves, pastries displayed in the case, and a mix of large communal wood tables, regular seating, and high-top tables. It's the kind of café that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. The staff was friendly and helped us choose both a pastry and our toast. They were also happy to customize our order--we asked for the levain sourdough toast with butter instead of the usual olive oil. That toast was absolutely divine. The sourdough had the perfect balance: chewy without being too sour, with a crust that was crisp but not so hard that it fought back. Easily the best sourdough toast I've had in the Bay Area. If you come here, this is the one thing you have to order. The only disappointment was the butter. They serve French butter, but for an extra $2, the portion was tiny and honestly nothing special. I've had better butter from Whole Foods. It didn't take away from how incredible the bread was, but it wasn't worth the upcharge. Their Kouign-amann is also one of the best I've ever had. Instead of the typical flat, flaky style, theirs is taller with countless buttery layers that create an amazing texture. The cappuccino was another highlight. It had subtle notes of orange peel, whiskey, and cardamom, making it unique. The latte art was beautiful too. Overall, Manresa Bread is one of those cafés that makes you want to sit down with a laptop or a book and spend a few hours there. The only downside is there are no power outlets, so come with a full battery if you're planning to work. Must orders: Levain sourdough toast with butter and the Kouign-amann. You can definitely split plates here as the portions are big. We ordered the falafels, baba ganoush, chicken souvlaki plate and the gyro plate. We will be adding this one to our rotation!

1st time here. A friend invited me to join her, and said it was where many of her co-workers ate…read more The short version is: my meal was very sub-par, and way over-priced. The details: I normally don't eat a lot of meat, so I chose the Falafel Salad. It came with extremely little lettuce, plus a few olives (which I don't eat), onions (which I also eat sparingly), tomatoes, cucumbers, and the falafel balls. Oh! And there was feta cheese, but those were such miniscule pieces, and so few, that I wouldn't have remembered it was supposed to be part of the salad, if I didn't just pull up a photo online with their ordering system. What you see in the photo online is not what you get. The photo actually looks like a salad. Since it was called a salad, I expected there to be more lettuce, than the few pieces on the plate. I mainly was cutting up the cucumber & tomato pieces to go with the falafels. I don't even recall any dressing. There were also some pita slices with what I assumed was hummus. Whatever the dip was, it did not taste good to me at all. So I left all of the pita bread, as well, since it was dry without anything on it. Maybe what I assumed was hummus was a dressing. Hard to know, but it was not tasty. For the $27 I paid at a walk up counter, I would have expected much better food! I have bought frozen falafels at Lunardis (around $7) and made a salad for them at home, and enjoyed it very much, which is why I ordered it. I have purchased Spanakopita at the store many times, (about $5 for around 12 of them at the store) and made them at home, which is why I didn't order that. The falafel salad was not an enjoyable meal for me at Yiassoo's. I'd also seen some reviews from a few years back that said they paid around $10 or $11 for their meal. That is more in-line price-wise with what you get, based upon my meal. With most of the meals around $20 for lunch, I feel they were very over-priced. I also asked my friend if she'd like to split a Baklava. They had a pistachio one & chocolate one. My friend wanted to try the chocolate one, so I bought that. I didn't think I was too into baklava, but thought it might be nice to try at this highly rated Greek restaurant. The main flavor that came through was the honey & nuts. The chocolate was just a tiny, narrow drizzle on top. I didn't hate it, but I would never order it again. My friend took one bite, and said she mainly tasted the honey, and would take it home for her husband. It may be very good baklava, but it was not to our tastes. My friend ordered the Gyro salad. It had a large pile of shaved meat, and she seemed to enjoy it. She ordered it To-Go, as she knew she'd be taking some of it home. She seemed to have more lettuce under her pile of meat than my meal got. Maybe because it was in a To-Go box, which might be larger than the plate? Or maybe the person making my salad just wasn't paying attention to how to make a decent meal. I was hoping I was trying a restaurant that I could go back to for something different. Based upon my experience, I would not go back, if I had a choice. I gave it 3 stars, because maybe other dishes, or people looking to just eat meat or falafel balls and not much else would enjoy it. I only have the 1 meal to review, but it does not encourage me to try it again. Overpriced & not a fulfilling meal.

Just never got around to working a review before. Went early on a Saturday evening recently and was surprised to not have to wait. We split a Bibb lettuce salad that was simple, refreshing and perfect. A tiny pea fritter was the very definition of a small bite, and while it wasn't what I expected, it was crisp and tender. Grilled artichoke was one of the best I have ever had. (Just wish they had been explicit on the menu that it was a half a grilled artichoke). Cocktails were up to their usual high standard -- rye Manhattan for the BF and clarified milk punch for me. I don't get out much these days and I rarely drink alcohol, but is $20 a lot for a cocktail? Or is that normal now? They were great though. BF got the ribeye with morels, which was perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender. I had the burger, which was more exciting than it sounds, dressed with a wild combo of veggies, cheese and bacon while still managing to be harmonious and fresh tasting. Side of fries were crisp and tasty, though not as perfectly hot as I would ideally wish. Because the burger was late coming out, or server (Bernardo I think?) comped us an amazing little dish of vanilla soft serve ice cream with olive oil and sea salt, along with the butterscotch pudding that we ordered. The pudding didn't have the strong butterscotch flavor that I hoped for, but the vanilla ice cream stole the dessert show. OCK isn't a place I can afford often, but I still really like it. I appreciate the creativity of the dishes, the quality ingredients, and the bar. And the old-school shopping center vibe of the Pruneyard is low key festive and garden-like. The interior of the restaurant is kind of standard-industrial modern, but nicely so. Oh, and their glassware is super nice.

Our server Katherine N was outright hostile and messed up our order on top of having a really rude and unprofessional attitude. Bummer. This used to be the best dining in Pruneyard but its sister restaurant Be.steak.a, as well as Luna and Marafuku Ramen make OCK's bib gourmand look more than undeserved. The rest of the wait staff is lovely, and we look forward to some improvements in the menu intentionality and execution as well as said outlier staff member, as this restaurant has been a favorite in our family for over five years.
