It was our first time at the physical Burger Lounge location at the Pruneyard. We ALWAYS order from here on DoorDash and are obsessed! The service today was wonderful and the employee who helped us was super kind and attentive. I ordered a lounge burger without the thousand island dressing and a side of fries. Let me just say that it's WAY better when you actually sit and eat it right then and there. It's fresh, hot and juicy! We will definitely be coming here more often on dates. Highly recommend Burger Lounge if you want tasty food for the right price!

Quick service. Pretty simple menu. Honestly just wanted classic wi th bacon but I tried with the bleu cheese. Too much bleu cheese it's very strong. The beef was high quality for sure but overall the burger wasn't anything to write home about. The kids got the basic kids meal. Brighter seemed that excited about the burgers. Fries were ok. Overall I wouldn't go back. Didn't blow me away .

I came for their happy hour because I've passed by this place so many times and I saw that they have happy hour every weekday from 12 PM - 5 PM. They should call their happy hour menu the 5 hour $5 because there's a handful of items during those 5 hours that are for $5 which is an amazing deal. I didn't have high expectations going into this because I've seen the other reviews that kind of scared me a bit but I figured there couldn't be that much to lose with $5. I ordered the original burger and the half and half which is half fries and half onion rings. I was surprised at how good the burger was and it's a really good deal for 50% off! I'm not sure I would pay full price for the burger since it's missing lettuce and tomatoes, but I don't mind paying $5 for it. The fries and onion rings were pretty good as well. ~~Parking: The restaurant is located inside the Pruneyard so depending on the time you come it can be quite difficult to find parking. ~~Service: It took a while for them to make the burgers and I was a bit sad that my burger and fries came out at different times because I want to enjoy them together but if one's already in front of me I'll start eating that first. Only plus to this is that you know they're making the burgers fresh (it took a little over 15 minutes to get our burgers). ~~Tips: Come during happy hour, it's a can't miss deal at $5 each item --even their beers! ~~Return: I'd return to try other items off their happy hour menu.

I'm kind of shocked at the bad reviews! This was the first time I went to this location and it was so incredible, I've been wanting to go back like everyday to get another burger. I got 2 lounge burgers, 2 orders of half fries half onion rings (didn't realize I ordered 2 when ordering online. Two people could split an order, but didn't mind having my own!) for a total of $36. I thought it was expensive but then I ate the burger and fries and onion rings and fell in love. We came after the Valentines fun run on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered online and drove 5 minutes, parked, went in and my order was ready. So fast! There was no one inside eating when I was picking up food at that time and parking was easy to find. They also have craft soda which I want to get next time! It's not too big on the inside but there is seating. We took ours to go & ate it in bed, although next time I may eat it in the car or there so it's hot n fresh). The lounge burger was so amazing, tasted so fresh and quality ingredients. It was a good hefty size but I didn't feel weighed down after eating it. It wasn't greasy at all. Same goes for the fries n onion rings. Non greasy and both equally delish!! I got an order of ranch for dipping and it just made things even better. This is def a repeat offender meal for me that I really can't wait to have again.

Food, service and ambiance is always perfect. I love the addition of the cookies to the menu.

Came here on a weekday for a late lunch and found out there's no more happy hour menu. They have a $6 $7 $8 new menu instead. I got the western burger and it was made correctly. Very delicious, patty slightly crispy, and it came out quick.

Been hearing about this place and finally got to try it. The gentleman at the register was very professional. The ambiance is mid, they have in/outdoor seating. Requested for burgers to be well done but they were more on the pink side.

Today, I'm in the South Bay Area. I'm here at Burger Lounge in Campbell this Sunday Afternoon. I like the fresh and up-to-date Branding, Design, and Logoing in here. And there's a lot of good and real hardworking people, Working here. I had a long day yesterday, so I wanted something light and clean today. I haven't had a Turkey Cheeseburger in a long time, so that's what I went with this time, so it should be good, and I got it not only with French Fries, but also with some Onion Rings. There's nothing more All-American than a Cheeseburger. The Turkey Patty was better than expected, I can see all the herbs and seasoning they used in it, very aromatic, and packed with flavor. The Onion Jam on it, was incredible, fragrant, very distinct, and way better than some others I've had out there so far. This was one of the best Turkey Cheeseburgers I've ever had. And the Fries, felt really natural, cooked almost perfectly, and Crunchy. The Onion Rings were out of this World, it felt like it was coated in Panko Bread, it's all in the Batter. And yeah, this is a Cup of organic Black tea, so refreshing. I was thinking I was going to give this a 4.3/4.4 stars, but I'm also giving this 4.4 stars out of 5 stars. I enjoyed my meal.

When I heard about Burger Lounge, I kinda thought that the atmosphere would look nicer and have long sofas based on the title. Guess that it's just an ordinary restaurant when I came in haha This restaurant serves power planted burgers and dairy free milkshakes. It's quite unusual to see an establishment that serves this kinda food. I'm quite shocked that they would fill fries and onion rings all the way to the top. It's a large and it's not really bad for $6.95 considering that it's halves of two sides. The burger also tastes good too. I'm also disappointed that their ice machine I think it's broken and one of the sodas is out of service. Also they don't seem to fill the drinks from the containers, which they're all empty. I don't know exactly why they're still sitting there. Other than that, it's still a good restaurant to go to. Hopefully they fix the ice machine soon.

Nice spot overall! Good indoor and outdoor seating, clean, spacious. Easy to order at the counter and then your food is brought to you. One of the servers accidentally dropped one of my onion rings on the table and came back with an extra baggy of a couple onion rings, which I thought was so nice! I got the grilled chicken burger and it was good, but nothing exceptional. The half/half onion rings and fries is a great side. They have great buffalo sauce. Overall a nice spot for a quick bite.

I would rate this. 3.5 stars, but there's no half stars options so I rounded up because 1) cashier was very polite 2) they have a $5 dollar deal Monday - Friday anytime before 5pm for a classic burger for $5. What a deal! What can you get in Bay Area for $5? Nothing really. They also have other $5 menu items for that time such as vanilla shake, fries, 3 piece chicken tenders, and side salad. There's a lot of burger places around so it's not the best I've had but it's good deal. Located in the complex with Trader Joe's and many other restaurants so it convenient if you're shopping and can grab a quick meal.

Disappointing First Experience…read more We came in around 7:40 PM, even though the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. It was our first time visiting because we had heard good things and were excited to finally try the food. Unfortunately, the cashier and two other employees told us they were no longer allowing dine-in customers because they were getting ready to close, despite there still being about 40 minutes before the restaurant's posted closing time. We were turned away and never had the opportunity to enjoy a meal. As a business owner in Silicon Valley for decades, I understand that employees need time to clean and prepare for closing. However, if your advertised business hours say you're open until 9:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then or at the very least, until a clearly posted dine-in cutoff time. If the restaurant no longer accepts dine-in customers after 7:40 or 8:00 PM, that policy should be clearly communicated online, on the front door, and in the posted business hours. Otherwise, customers are making the trip expecting the full dining experience only to be turned away. For anyone planning to visit, I'd recommend arriving at least 1-2 hours before closing if you want to dine in. Otherwise, you may not be seated even though the restaurant is technically still open. I hope management reviews this policy because it creates a disappointing first impression and can easily drive away potential returning customers.

I went on a Sunday afternoon post-church, and it was pretty slammed lots of kids and football fans. I was thinking a light salad; he was thinking beer and pizza. Since they don't do wine by the glass, I ended up with a $17 mini bottle. It was okay, but $17 for a single-serve is a stretch, not exactly a wine lover's paradise. The food was a mixed bag. The pizza was definitely the star; you can tell it's made with love and not some big-box chain stuff. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was pretty bland. I didn't mind it, but my friend was not impressed. Between the wine and the lack of listening on his part, even with my coupon, the bill hit $71 for a pizza, a salad, and a tiny bottle of wine. I miss the days when a casual lunch didn't hurt the wallet so much! Still, the decor is cool and it's a solid spot for a group hangout.
