Burger Lounge has been here for a while and they're pretty consistent. The place is decently clean but there are some gnats flying around. The service is pretty fast and friendly but they're constantly trying to upsell. It's a bit annoying and takes a long time to just order a burger. The food itself is pretty good. We got the double cheeseburger combo for $14 and the salad with chicken. Both were well cooked and well seasoned. I'll definitely go back soon. read more

I love burger lounge but it is not clear which burgers are grass-finished or if any or all of them are. Does grass-fed mean grass-finished? I think they're intentionally trading on some ambiguity here but hopefully I'll be corrected. All cows are grass-fed for some period of time which means it's meaningless. The food is just short of great but doesn't command the price. It is only able to overcharge because of their location and unsophisticated clientele with cash to burn. If you don't mind being overcharged it is worth it. I often place my order online (no dine in option when you do this so you have to inform staff every time) and whatever time it says you can place a bet that it'll take double. Additionally the ketchup dispenser and tea drinks are both almost always empty or close to it. Ambience is the real problem. I've almost never been in here when almost all the tables aren't dirty. Willing to bump it to 4 stars when they start cleaning up more regularly. read more

I used to be a big fan of Burger Lounge, especially because of all of their vegetarian-friendly menu items. But this place went MAHA in the last few months and now cooks their fries in beef tallow. I'm not fully vegetarian, but I don't eat red meat, so BL was historically a solid choice, especially in a group of multicultural friends. They have impossible burgers, turkey burgers, and chicken sandwiches. But it's kind of pointless going to a burger restaurant if you can't eat the fries. I hope they listen to their actual customers, and adopt a more apolitical approach to food in the future. read more

Their dairy free strawberry milkshake used to be the best. However, the one I got today was terrible. It tasted like just blended frozen strawberries and milk, like an unsweetened smoothie. Not worth the $11! No idea what happened to the quality, very disappointing. read more

Tried here a few times and first couple of times food was good enough so overlooked at how slow it was. Gave it another try and amazed at how long it takes to get food. So many workers standing around talking. Quality and quantity is no longer good enough to deal with the wait. read more

This is in the Pruneyard shopping center next to the new Tong Sui. You can get a burger and coconut pudding next door. The burgers are good and you can get them lettuce wrapped. They also have turkey and chicken burgers to be healthier. The onion rings are also really good. I would say the only thing is that the burgers are kind of small. Overall really great place for burgers and nice outdoor seating. read more

The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive at this Pruneyard burger joint. Great burgers, fries, and shakes, too!

I'm really disappointed with this place because it smells amazing and looks great, but unfortunately, the food just wasn't good. I tried the classic burger, and honestly, all I could taste was oil. I also didn't enjoy the taste of the burnt bread. The drinks weren't fresh or good either. The bathrooms were flooded and a bit dirty, and there was no one up front to report the issue to. The guys working there also were not approachable, which made it difficult to bring anything to their attention. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. The atmosphere and smell were great, but the food and overall experience just weren't worth it for me. read more

It was our first time at the physical Burger Lounge location at the Pruneyard. We ALWAYS order from here on DoorDash and are obsessed! The service today was wonderful and the employee who helped us was super kind and attentive. I ordered a lounge burger without the thousand island dressing and a side of fries. Let me just say that it's WAY better when you actually sit and eat it right then and there. It's fresh, hot and juicy! We will definitely be coming here more often on dates. Highly recommend Burger Lounge if you want tasty food for the right price! read more

A great food option at the crazily-competitive Pruneyard. Chicken sandwich: 4/5. I got this without pickles and really enjoyed the sando. I think the spread has tarragon (or something similar) that gave it a unique flavor. read more

I decided to try Burger Lounge. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted by Eric and Jack. I believe one of them was new, and they were both assisting each other. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made me feel welcome. I also had the pleasure of meeting Blanca, who had an infectious energy and was incredibly helpful. The food was absolutely amazing! Quick service. Pretty simple menu. Honestly just wanted classic wi th bacon but I tried with the bleu cheese. Too much bleu cheese it's very strong. The beef was high quality for sure but overall the burger wasn't anything to write home about. The kids got the basic kids meal. Brighter seemed that excited about the burgers. Fries were ok. Overall I wouldn't go back. Didn't blow me away . read more

I came for their happy hour because I've passed by this place so many times and I saw that they have happy hour every weekday from 12 PM - 5 PM. They should call their happy hour menu the 5 hour $5 because there's a handful of items during those 5 hours that are for $5 which is an amazing deal. I didn't have high expectations going into this because I've seen the other reviews that kind of scared me a bit but I figured there couldn't be that much to lose with $5. I ordered the original burger and the half and half which is half fries and half onion rings. I was surprised at how good the burger was and it's a really good deal for 50% off! I'm not sure I would pay full price for the burger since it's missing lettuce and tomatoes, but I don't mind paying $5 for it. The fries and onion rings were pretty good as well. ~~Parking: The restaurant is located inside the Pruneyard so depending on the time you come it can be quite difficult to find parking. ~~Service: It took a while for them to make the burgers and I was a bit sad that my burger and fries came out at different times because I want to enjoy them together but if one's already in front of me I'll start eating that first. Only plus to this is that you know they're making the burgers fresh (it took a little over 15 minutes to get our burgers). ~~Tips: Come during happy hour, it's a can't miss deal at $5 each item --even their beers! ~~Return: I'd return to try other items off their happy hour menu. read more

I'm kind of shocked at the bad reviews! This was the first time I went to this location and it was so incredible, I've been wanting to go back like everyday to get another burger. I got 2 lounge burgers, 2 orders of half fries half onion rings (didn't realize I ordered 2 when ordering online. Two people could split an order, but didn't mind having my own!) for a total of $36. I thought it was expensive but then I ate the burger and fries and onion rings and fell in love. We came after the Valentines fun run on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered online and drove 5 minutes, parked, went in and my order was ready. So fast! There was no one inside eating when I was picking up food at that time and parking was easy to find. They also have craft soda which I want to get next time! It's not too big on the inside but there is seating. We took ours to go & ate it in bed, although next time I may eat it in the car or there so it's hot n fresh). The lounge burger was so amazing, tasted so fresh and quality ingredients. It was a good hefty size but I didn't feel weighed down after eating it. It wasn't greasy at all. Same goes for the fries n onion rings. Non greasy and both equally delish!! I got an order of ranch for dipping and it just made things even better. This is def a repeat offender meal for me that I really can't wait to have again. read more

Having tried this place, I advise others to avoid it. -The food was bland and outrageously expensive. The burger I received was about the size of a slider, the patty was so small you couldn't taste it through the bun & lettuce, and it was more expensive than other places charge for a full 1-lb patty burger. -The service was bad. They got my order wrong the first time, acted offended at having to make a new one, slammed that new one down on the table and walked away, and they got the new one wrong as well. And this was the only order they had going at the time. -The interior of the restaurant was freezing cold. All of those factors combined make Burger Lounge at the Pruneyard a rip-off. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Still great burgers + French fries. Burgers are grilled medium well--unless you say otherwise. And Love their craft cola.

When I heard about Burger Lounge, I kinda thought that the atmosphere would look nicer and have long sofas based on the title. Guess that it's just an ordinary restaurant when I came in haha This restaurant serves power planted burgers and dairy free milkshakes. It's quite unusual to see an establishment that serves this kinda food. I'm quite shocked that they would fill fries and onion rings all the way to the top. It's a large and it's not really bad for $6.95 considering that it's halves of two sides. The burger also tastes good too. I'm also disappointed that their ice machine I think it's broken and one of the sodas is out of service. Also they don't seem to fill the drinks from the containers, which they're all empty. I don't know exactly why they're still sitting there. Other than that, it's still a good restaurant to go to. Hopefully they fix the ice machine soon. read more

I would like to share an unpleasant experience with the reception staff member with long hair today. He spoke to customers in a very cold and commanding tone, including repeatedly telling me to "take a seat" while I was waiting for my takeout order. I understand he may have wanted to keep the area clear, but the way he communicated was not polite or professional. Your restaurant has a very good reputation, so I was surprised by this experience. I hope the staff can receive better customer service training and learn how to communicate with customers respectfully. read more

Nice spot overall! Good indoor and outdoor seating, clean, spacious. Easy to order at the counter and then your food is brought to you. One of the servers accidentally dropped one of my onion rings on the table and came back with an extra baggy of a couple onion rings, which I thought was so nice! I got the grilled chicken burger and it was good, but nothing exceptional. The half/half onion rings and fries is a great side. They have great buffalo sauce. Overall a nice spot for a quick bite. read more

Today, I'm in the South Bay Area. I'm here at Burger Lounge in Campbell this Sunday Afternoon. I like the fresh and up-to-date Branding, Design, and Logoing in here. And there's a lot of good and real hardworking people, Working here. I had a long day yesterday, so I wanted something light and clean today. I haven't had a Turkey Cheeseburger in a long time, so that's what I went with this time, so it should be good, and I got it not only with French Fries, but also with some Onion Rings. There's nothing more All-American than a Cheeseburger. The Turkey Patty was better than expected, I can see all the herbs and seasoning they used in it, very aromatic, and packed with flavor. The Onion Jam on it, was incredible, fragrant, very distinct, and way better than some others I've had out there so far. This was one of the best Turkey Cheeseburgers I've ever had. And the Fries, felt really natural, cooked almost perfectly, and Crunchy. The Onion Rings were out of this World, it felt like it was coated in Panko Bread, it's all in the Batter. And yeah, this is a Cup of organic Black tea, so refreshing. I was thinking I was going to give this a 4.3/4.4 stars, but I'm also giving this 4.4 stars out of 5 stars. I enjoyed my meal. read more

I would rate this. 3.5 stars, but there's no half stars options so I rounded up because 1) cashier was very polite 2) they have a $5 dollar deal Monday - Friday anytime before 5pm for a classic burger for $5. What a deal! What can you get in Bay Area for $5? Nothing really. They also have other $5 menu items for that time such as vanilla shake, fries, 3 piece chicken tenders, and side salad. There's a lot of burger places around so it's not the best I've had but it's good deal. Located in the complex with Trader Joe's and many other restaurants so it convenient if you're shopping and can grab a quick meal. read more

Tried out Burger Lounge, Campbell in The Pruneyard. We wanted to eat at Luna but the wait was too long. Order at the register, get a number because they bring the food to you. I got the Lounge Burger - it's small and meet is dry. I used lots of ketchup to make it edible. After tax it's over $16! Charged it. They charge a .30c restaurant fee, annoyed! You can tell a lot about a place just based on their fries, and the only thing I can say is that the fries were amazing. It was seasoned to perfection including the burgers. I got a classic chicken sandwich and my husband got a western bacon. I can tell it was fresh. I'm not sure how they fry or grill their meat but it was definitely made fresh! The music playing was also nostalgic, great place to have dinner conversation. Our host was also very kind and attentive (thank you Rafa). Unfortunately we devoured our food and did not take any photos but the presentation was also satisfactory I will definitely be coming back. read more

Here is what we ordered: Lounge burger The Son of a Butcher (SOB) Fries/onion rings Cold brew milkshake Apart from a few different grass fed burgers, they have other kinds of protein burgers including turkey, fish, chicken as well as plant based burgers! They also offer housemade lemonade (lavender mint, hibiscus), iced tea, batch craft soda and wine/beer. Staff was very nice. They get an A+. Pricey but it was really good! The burgers were very juicy, the buns were artisan-- pretty different from the usual other burger places. The grass-fed beef was tender and juicy. The fries were also very soft and crispy which made it great. Additionally, the water here is pretty good too. The food came out very fast ~ 10ish minutes and parking is fairly simple on weekdays. Really appreciate the plant-based options at Burger Lounge! We ordered the vegan nuggets (Impossible), Impossible burger, fries, and strawberry nondairy milkshake. The nuggets and burger were pretty standard (nuggets available at Trader Joe's next door), but the burger sauce was really tasty! They even have vegan cheese. We did get the vegan bbq sauce for the nuggets, which were also good with the fries. The fries (which they initially left out of my order, thank goodness I checked the bag before leaving) were quite obviously real potato, with skins still on. They weren't super crispy but they were appropriately salted and complemented the rest of the meal well. The shake was extremely impressive in that they were cutting fresh strawberries right there to make it. Really delicious. A good spot for a quick American meal. read more
