Staff that worked yesterday morning, Feb 18th 2026, was fantastic! I was having issues with 2 of their self order kiosks closest to the cash register, then I gave up and asked if she can help me out and she did. I tried the chocolate shake, lettuce wrapped chicken sandwich and got some Korean sauce chicken bites (?) . All of it was tasty, and service with the kitchen staff during my encounter was great!! Everyone was friendly and happy, and i ate everything on site because it was raining outside. Super clean inside! Would definitely come back to this location again. Only think I forgot to do was give her my rewards number for a promo. Oh,I absolutely love their warm water in the bathroom washing my hands. That should be a standard everywhere, really. We came to this location for the first time. It was 7:15 pm and there were 2 people ordering in front of us and a few tables taken in the dining area. Ordering was a little cumbersome for our first time friends. The full menu is not visible over the registers so if you had never been there you would think they only had a few things to choose from. Not the best sales method. The facility is quite stark. All hard surfaces, small dining area, horrendous chairs that scrape the concrete floor. Definitely not a place I would choose to dine in. The workers seemed nice but not expedient. It took time to get our order and by the time we got our food, the fries seemed old and dry. The burger was good but not exceptional. The product does not look quite like the photos. The chicken sandwich was 'good'. It had promise with the Korean properties but missed the mark with no flavor really standing out. At least it was moist. The spicy caramel shake wasn't bad. It had good flavor and was smooth. I would've preferred more spice but I appreciate the premise. It's a standalone burger joint sharing a parking lot with other businesses like Noah's Bagels, Jamba Juice, a nail salon, etc. Spacious interior with tables and chairs to dine-in. A couple of tables outside also. 3 kiosks to order from +cashier. The service is friendly and polite. Their burgers and chicken or mushroom sandwiches are delicious. We came here for lunch today, and we tried this location for the first time. It wasn't too busy when we got there, but it did start getting really busy after we ordered. We placed our order at the kiosk. I had a bit of trouble with a coupon code for the BOGO deal for the Smoke Shack burger. An employee, named Naomi, came over and helped us, and she was able to get the coupon code to work. We ordered two Smoke Shack burgers with added pickles and tomatoes. We also got two orders of the onion rings, an iced tea, and lemonade. We found a table for two and waited for our order to arrive. Our order arrived in 10 minutes. The onion rings were amazing. I really wish they'd keep this as a permanent item on their menu. Our burgers were good except for the beef patty. It was way overcooked, like extra well done and burnt. Our drinks were great, and Naomi came by and offered to refill them for us. I also ordered my free birthday shake in the app, but I had an issue with the code. I let Naomi know, and she helped straighten it out at the register. I ordered the banana pudding shake, and it was delicious. The customer service is excellent at this location. Now, with several Shake Shakes open in the South Bay, you can try them both out on the same day hot from the grill. Gotta say today's Shake Shack burger and Korean style fries, complemented by a tasty chocolate custard made a convincing case for the East Coast chain. I'm still an In-N-Out guy but I may need to make a few more visits to the corner of Bascom and Hamilton to make sure. The food is great, the workers are mid. Some are very polite and others are extremely rude. Whoever the girl working tonight was, was extremely rude. Just stared at me when I picked up my order, no "thank you" or "have a good night" and rushed through my question, didn't even take the time to try to understand or listen to my full sentence. Hire better staff please or train them to not be rude. Also. Sometimes I get my food to go and they bring it to me, sometimes they call it out and I have to grab it myself. We ordered Shake Shack on DoorDash the other night. I am writing this based just on the food that I ordered. (sidenote: my kids did love their burger/grilled cheese, however, I do not feel the same way) I wasn't super hungry (I blame it on being a mom and always finishing their snacks), so I just ordered a side of mac & cheese. Literally, the worst mac & cheese I've ever eaten. I know it wasn't because of DoorDash as the burger/grilled cheese and fries got here super hot still. But the mac & cheese was literally the driest thing I've eaten in so long. It took me a good 2 to 3 minutes, just to chew a single bite and swallow. It was basically mushy colored noodles with an over abundance of breadcrumbs. I actually really like breadcrumbs on mac & cheese... As long as the mac & cheese is creamy, it (usually) adds good texture to a good mac & cheese.. The mac & cheese was sooooo super dry. The breadcrumbs actually made it worse. I couldn't choke down more than one bite. I knew I should've just gone with a burger and eaten just a small amount of it instead. On a positive note, my kids ate and enjoyed it. I however, did not eat dinner that evening. I did make myself some top ramen later, so at least there was that. Like I mentioned, this is definitely not a DoorDash issue (as in they took too long to get it to me). I paid extra to make sure they didn't pick up any extra orders and it came straight to me, and the fries even arrived still hot and crispy. But the mac & cheese.... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Came by on a Sunday evening, and there was plenty of parking available in the lot and hardly any customers inside the restaurant. Funny thing, even with no customers ahead of me, I still had to wait as the worker manning the front register wasn't very attentive or efficient in providing service. I had ordered online in advance, and my burger was just sitting on the shelf behind the counter, already bagged and ready to go. When I finally got my order, the taste was consistent with the quality I usually get from this chain, the shack stack burger made of various layers -- a yummy beef patty with a melted slice of cheese, and a 'shroom burger on top of that, filled with more melted cheese, everything stuffed between a soft bun along with fresh veggies. We came in right before closing -- which we know is probably not the most convenient time -- but Mike, the manager, could not have been more kind, professional, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top-notch. We tried the Dubai chocolate shake (a must-try -- it's phenomenal), and Mike even made sure we had spoons so we could fully enjoy it. Despite being close to closing time, he welcomed us with a smile, ensured our order was perfect, and graciously let us stay to finish our meal without ever making us feel rushed. As far as I'm concerned, it's been consistent across locations for me (Valley Fair, Campbell, Vegas). I had two burgers here for Burger Month a few days ago. They came out hot and neat in about 5 mins from ordering, there was plenty of parking, restaurant wasn't abnormally cold as people have said. I had a good time. This Shake Shack location is conveniently located in Oakridge. The food is always cooked to order and fresh. You can't go wrong with a simple order of hamburger and fries. You can order your burger well done which is a plus for the kids. The crinkle cut fries are always crispy! I did try the fried pickles and would recommend trying them at least once. When they have the vegan shakes I would 100% recommend grabbing one. It can get a little loud in the food court but the food travels well if you take it to go. We're very pleased to see that there is a shake shack near Campbell! This place used to be a Boston market and we were confused to see how it was surviving but then all of sudden we noticed the shake shack pop up. The inside is super cute and vibin'. Clean. The ordering experience is pretty seamless, there are several registers on the side and we don't even have to have human interaction to order our food lol. Everything we've ordered was pretty good but yes, pretty pricey for the size and amount of food. The burgers in general are kinda greasy but that's what makes it good lol. We like to stop by on a Friday night, the place has a decent amount of people but not crazy busy which we like but we always find a good table for us for two people. I have been in twice now, once during opening week and again tonight on New Years Eve to pickup a to-go order. The staff has been super friendly both times. Sorry to see the low ratings, I think the location is pretty new so there may be a little growing pains as they get situated. Price is higher than Habbit but the burger taste better. The restaurant is freezing for whatever reason.. It's actually the coldest restaurant I have ever been in (both times), I'm not sure the reason for this but be aware if you are sensitive to cold. I was really excited when a Shake Shack opened up so close to my home because I absolutely hate having to go to Valley Fair and deal with parking and people. I ordered via the app and came to pick up my food. Came master in the day, around 5:30pm and was able to find parking no problem. I'm sure it's a little more difficult during lunch time as Noah's bagels are still open and that places get pretty busy. I ordered a shack burger and the black truffle Parmesan fries. I never got a pick up ready text but I was there at the timeframe indicated on my order and my food was nice and hot. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I was missing the black truffle sauce that was supposed to come with my fries. Shame on me for not checking to make sure my order was correct. I was not about to go back so I submitted feedback online and pretty quickly I got an email with a $10 voucher on a future order although at that point I would have preferred a refund than now have to go back and hope they get my order right the next time. read more

Been here 3 times, 2 times sucked. I went here not long after they opened. My food was good, but my boyfriend had a terrible, boring, overpriced burger. He complained and was given a credit toward his next meal. So we went in again. Everything was great. We chalked it up to having just recently opened. We decided this place will stay on our radar....until last night, which was our 3rd visit. We stopped in around 8:30 last night. This location is open until 11pm, so it wasn't just before closing. I wasn't in the mood for a burger, so I ordered a hot dog w/cheese sauce and spicy fries w/ranch. My boyfriend ordered a burger and cheese fries. My order: Hot dog - I was presented with a nasty, overcooked, dried out, wrinkly, rubbery hot dog sitting on a dry bun. It looked like that one you see rolling under the heatlamp at 7-11 at the end of the day. Not sure how they cook it, but for it to get wrinkly, it either sat under heat lamps or it was microwaved. There was a little cup of cheese sauce on the side, which I'll discuss that later. I got 2 packets of ketchup. Mustard would have been nice, since that's the more common hot dog condiment, but I didn't care. I just needed to eat something because I was really hungry. Fries - They put the fries in the tray, then dumped the spicy seasoning powder on top, rather than tossing the fries in the seasoning. Apparently it came out faster than expected, and completely covered the top layer on just half of the order. Some sprinkled on the remainder of the fries. My BF stole one of my fries and choked on the spice. This guy LOVES spicy food. I tried some that were off to the side that had a light dusting, and they were good. Just like spicy fries should be. Oh, and they forgot the ranch dressing! My BF and I ended up trading fries, and I ate his plain fries. His order: Burger - Not sure which he got, but he liked it. But didn't think it was worth the $$. Fries - He ordered the cheese fries. He got the cheese, but NO FRIES. Now for the cheese sauce - This was clearly from the bottom of the barrel. It was no longer the consistency of sauce. It was thick, hard and lumpy. You could see chunks of the skin that had formed from it sitting for so long. The fries broke when you dipped them. Aside from the good (over-priced) burger, the quality of this food was the same as 7-11. I dropped over $40 for a burger, hot dog, 2 fries and 1 drink. We're not going back. read more

The app did not update my order to ready for pickup, nor did I get a text stating that my order would be ready to pick up, so I was waiting in the restaurant for 20 minutes and I didn't want to ask about my food. Eventually I went closer to the counter and saw that my food had been waiting on the back counter for awhile. When I asked the person at the counter about my order and how it hadn't notified me that it was ready to pick it up, she got the food and brought it to me.
