We are both in wheelchairs and although the restaurant was at peak 6pm dinner hour the manager Aiden immediately tended to us and brought out the portable ramp. We requested an outdoor table so we could keep an eye on our God daughter as she played in their incredible playground area. After getting us situated outside with our families Amber came and got our orders and put everything in for us. Amber was so very attentive even though it was a very busy and extremely windy evening. When our salads came out it was so so windy several of us had to make trips back to our cars for jackets and Amber immediately noticed that the weather was not going to make this dinner enjoyable able for us. Amber promptly told manager Aiden and before we knew it they had a brand new table top for 7 all set up for us indoors. Not only was the food spot on as usual but service was top quality i've ever had!!! Thank You Aiden and Amber yall rock!!!

She was very attentive to our table while we were there. Always checking on us if we needed something. I watched her as she made her round and she gave the same service to every table that I watched her at. The food was brought out in a very timely manner and was it still hot and very good. We both had the crawfish poor boys. They were perfectly made. The ambience there was very friendly and sort of noisy. However, this is the kind of restaurant that it is. There's people from all over, talking about this that the other, so you overhear each other's conversations. Again, the food was outstanding and very good. However, the bright spot was the young lady Mattie that insured our moment in the restaurant were very good. Thank you Mattie for a wonderful lunch experience.

Honestly, 3 stars is generous because there were many pros & cons…read more We ate here on a Sunday and they open at 5 PM. They are clearly not ready for the 5 PM dining crowd, though. We arrived about 10 after and there were already 5 tables seated but no one appeared to have drinks or anything on their tables. They have one hostess, one waitress, and one person making sushi. The poor waitress was STRESSSED to say the least. And there was a 30+ minute wait for sushi. We did order sushi, but ended up just canceling it after we started eating the rest of our meal and it wasn't coming out anytime soon. I'm assuming that there's no tip sharing at this restaurant since the hostess stands around and scrolls her phone instead of helping out the waitress. The hostess could refill drinks, clear dirty dishes, bring to-go boxes, etc., but she does nothing except seat tables. It just puts a bad taste in your mouth as a customer when you see staff literally doing nothing when you need service and have to wait on the busy waitress to provide it to a full restaurant. We had to ask for everything...utensils, straws, sauces, to-go boxes (3 times so I just got up and got them myself), the check, etc. Annoying. The food came out rather quickly after being ordered, but we were really disappointed with the temperature of our entrées. They were lukewarm, at best, when I would've expected things to come out steaming hot. Portions are large though and I liked my Pad Thai leftovers. Overall, it was just a lackluster experience and we probably won't be back. Maybe to-go is the way to go here.

Even though I ordered tofu, the chicken was cooked perfectly and it was not too spicy! Sushi was nice and cold (which is a huge feat- since it was DELIVERY) ao that was a plus. Just sharing this in hopes the restaurant pays a bit closer attention in case someone is a vegetarian and can't eat this- 1037202817/10 recommend! Oh and if you go in person, try to guess the song that's playing- they always have latest pop music on instrumental!

A few years ago it was Pho. So, I do have a favorite, but I still need to try new places. Well, I am, & this place is pretty phenomenal. The inside is so sweet & simple. You feel real comfortable & peaceful being in there I found them just by driving through the parking lot looking for Holy Pops for a Yelp Elite event. I wanted to try them out, & I'm so happy I did. They exceed my expectations. I walked in & was greeted by one of the waitresses, I let her know it would be a to go order, but I've never been there. She explained how things could be ordered. Steamed vs fried, for example. I regret not snapping photos of the menu, but they have one online. For that matter my food was consumed before a single photo was taken. (That's how you know it's good! At least with me! ) I went with an order of pan fried dumplings, an order of pan fried pork bao, & one order steamed pork bao. Do not be in a rush when you come. Everything is made fresh. You want it to be. Oh my goodness. These bao are amazing. The dough is the perfect thickness, IMO. The meatball inside though mine were a little larger than a golf ball. Juicy, flavorful & couldn't get enough. Made me want a dozen!. Just don't have the stomach to eat that many. Means I'll have to make more trips. The dumplings, pan fried - were so delicious. Again, piping hot! I'd say the little meatball was about half the size of the bao one. I ordered the shrimp, pork & lamb dumplings (I think. ) They had shrimp in them though. And they were amazing Okay, so me saying all my food was piping hot - here's the thing - this place is on Stone Oak, I live in the Brooks City Base area, it was still piping hot when I got home. Y'all know the traffic in this city right now! Don't waste anymore time. Go check them out. Wanna know about the staff? I'll continue! So, my order took about 25 minutes. Okay I ordered a lot, the place was full also, & again everything is made fresh. Oh! Also, you can watch them make it all. The two waitresses & the waiter checked on me often, - (when I came in. I sit in my car most of the time & inform them. Then, I just come sit down.) They apologized & I explained I make this food, I understand & am happy to wait, just means it'll be good. And boy was it!!!!

Small store front but I really liked the glass partition so that you can actually see the kitchen work. The service was great as well. Now for the food. The soups my husband and I ordered were great. Flavorful broth and tender braised meats. The only minor complaint is the pork rib soup had the meat on the bone. I know this is to be expected with ribs, but would be nice if they cut it off the bone to serve so you don't have to use your hands as much. Now this probably wouldn't have even been an issue had my husband not had a rib slip back into his soup as he was fishing it out and then splashing broth all over his white shirt. Soooo no more stops for us after dinner. I also thought the scallion pancake tasted a bit oily. Next time I plan to try their dumplings! But I will definitely be back for the soups, and I will make sure my husband comes prepared with a dark shirt.
