We love coming here. The outside covered patio usually has live music. Everything we have tried has always been so good. The servers are always friendly and helpful. Nice playground area for the kids to play.

Well we came in a torrential downpour and the rain couldn't keep us away. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The house singer was great and the playlist they had before he came on was just hit after country hit, I was having a great time. Then our food came, it was all delicious! Of course we were a large group so we all tried everything. Just order anytime but don't forget to order cobbler.... We will definitely be back when it's a little drier.

My husband was in the mood for a burger, but gets very sick from eating pork so he called ahead to see if it was possible to get a burger that is not cooked on the same surface with pork. We spoke with the owner, Aaron and he said absolutely, just ask for him when we got there and he would make sure that they cook the burger in a pan and not the flat top. I wasn't super hungry but the Fredericksburg peach fried chicken salad sounded amazing so I wanted to try it out. We were also contemplating the onion rings and my husband said he didn't want any. I wasn't sure if I could eat the whole thing and Aaron assured us that once you eat one, we will end up finishing the basket. We ended up ordering them and destroyed them! They were absolutely delicious and their homemade ranch was absolutely superb! It was so full of flavor and you could taste the dill and the herbs and spices, they need to bottle that ranch dressing and sell it! I didn't grab a picture of the burger, but my husband was very happy with it, the bun looked wonderful, and the cheese was nice and melted all the way down the patty. His only complaint was that he did ask for grilled onions and they put raw onions on his burger. As for the salad, the chicken was super hot and fresh, the dressing was good, the pecans were delicious , but I was really missing that roasted peach flavor that I was expecting. The peaches were diced pretty small and I couldn't quite tell if they were roasted or not. I was just missing the richer flavor. As for the dressing, it did have a pinch too much vinegar for me, I really should have asked for some of the ranch to mix in there, and I think that would have absolutely taken it over the top. It definitely has an old rural cantina type of feel to it. Limited parking in the front, most of the parking is directly across the street, which is a very small street so no big deal. We did have to scoot down in our booth because the AC was dripping water down and we wanted to make sure it didn't hit the plate. All in all it was a great experience and the owner is a super cool guy and very accommodating. We will definitely go back, and very good price point.

It was a very cold day but they had the heaters on the patio. The live music entertainment was great as was everyone's meal

This is a family friendly eatery with a playground outside and live music on the weekends. There is a covered and uncovered seating outside. They recently renovated the inside of the restaurant and it is nice to have a drink with friends. Food is good too. I like the sandwiches, brisket fries and grilled cheese sandwich. Service was great! We had a large party and the owner a waitress took great care of us.

First time out here and it was jam packed and by the end of the night, we understood why. First walking up, there was the cutest kitty who greeted us and decided to quench his thirst after a hard day of greeting. It appears this establishment is on a farm so they have chickens and cows off to the back. Loved that so much! There was a live band that performed some awesome music and it was just an entertaining night. We had a few drinks but didn't order any food but everyone's food around us looked amazing. Then a customer walked in with this cool bird and he was the attraction for the night. His fries also looked delicious. lol. All in all, great atmosphere, very cool people and a chill vibe. Loved it here and we can't wait to go back. The manager Moe did a great job with the fans to keep everyone cool during the night and we were very satisfied with our visit.

This was a bit of drive for us but the food pics online led us here. The burger was one of the best I've had. The jalapeños and slaw were a nice touch and so tasty. My parents both ordered the Award Winning Chicken Fried Steak and they both thought the meat was too chewy. The ambience wasn't exactly pleasurable with some male patrons being loud and with foul language. It wasn't a drunken weekend night (it was Thursday just after opening). So besides that, the restaurant is cool and service was great.

Let me start with that we came here based on attending a soccer tournament down the road. The place is rustic to say the least. We sit and wait a good 10+ min for waitress. The fried pickles were tasty as an appetizer. The food is slow in coming. But when it got there, finally, it was good. The place had a pretty good band playing when we arrived. I ordered the burger. Although not cooked to order the burger came with all the adds (lettuce, tomato, onion) and the meat blend was tasty. For what the place is and being the only place in a stones throw to these soccer fields, it was good. The only issue again was spotty service. If you're looking for rustic north of San Antonio and like music this is a good stop.

My friend, Belinda, had reached out and wanted to catch up. She had never been to @spechtsstore before so we met for lunch today. It wasn't too busy today. Katie was our terrific server. Both Belinda and I tried the Bulverde Punch, which had rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine. You couldn't taste the alcohol, which made it too easy to drink. I had the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. The portion was huge and I ended up bringing at least half of it home. Belinda ordered The Hanz Burger with onion rings. She also ended up taking her food home. The onion rings looked good. All the food was delicious. There's usually live music but Katie said it was at night. I had been here before and remembered enjoying the live music.

Love the trivia on Wednesday nights! Entertaining while getting a home cooked meal. Love Kate's greenbeans from when Kate owned the place. Feels homey with a splash of Texas.

The Guac BLTs were delicious, my wife and I both had one, with sides of their Texas famous onion rings. Our waitress was great, and very friendly. The place was packed but we got seating inside and the atmosphere was very pleasant. They have a playground, lots of outdoor seating, a very family friendly restaurant.

We had a great time playing and I won Round 3 (4 Rounds). We got some really great margaritas from a very attentive & accommodating bartender. I'm docking a star because our experience with the food was lackluster, to say the least. We ordered a chicken pesto pizza with buffalo wings (it's their $22 special) and got some weird pizza with absolutely no flavor, no pesto, and avocado chunks on it. Sent that one back and asked to try the Mediterranean pizza with chicken, balsamic glaze & fresh basil on it and we ended up with a very frightening looking pizza that was basically balsamic as a base (nobody could eat that much balsamic) and no basil at all. It is Halloween week but the vibes should be spooky, not disgusting. On the wings, we requested all flats and got 1 flat and 4 drums. Alcohol kept me from crying. The pizzas were comped, obviously, but the wings should have been too, given the fact we had to send food back twice, didn't get what we requested on the wings, and then ended up actually overpaying for the wings because they were no longer part of the pizza combo. We were also told that the margaritas were on happy hour, which ended up not being true. Just kind of a weird food experience, but service, drinks, and bingo were great! And I've got $50 to give them another chance in the food!

The Calamari was just, meh...maybe because it was prepared unlike I'd ever had before. I ordered the "Stuffed Salmon" and as U can see, it didn't meet expectations-plus it was small for the price. My fiancée ordered the Pasta Flight and immediately discovered that it was more than she'd bargained for. Overall, it was tasty, with the exception of the chicken-which was dry. She also had to request fresh bread because they were all so hard. Also, our entrees were extremely late to arrive, based on the crowd-over 30 minute wait!!! Our waitress was pleasant but apologized a lot for the few issues. The ambiance was elegant & date night-ish, so we may return...

Had the privilege of officiating my dear friend's wedding celebration here on July '26. The…read moreceremony was held outside next to several huge oak trees that provided a picturesque backdrop. Even though it was at 6:30 pm, in the heat of the summer, the shade from the trees made it feel cooler than the temperature showed. The sitting area consisted of large blocks of limestone benches and although they fit into the landscape, they are hard. As a tip, would recommend bringing seat cushions, if the ceremony lasts too long. Because I was micd up, my message carried nicely into the audience. Very little echoing which is helpful when you are trying to speak. The surroundings made me feel relaxed enough to lighten the mood with some humor and some personal stories. And after my prayer, I think if we had passed the offering plate around, some guests might have felt compelled enough to throw in a few Benjamin's, too. The groom's dressing area was comfortable, had a refrigerator, large TV, clothing rack and most importantly, a shower. And since it is only minutes away from the outdoor arena, it allowed the rehearsal to occur just a few hours earlier, which was perfect. The upstairs bride's room was furnished and big enough for the bridesmaids to get ready for their big day. We have attended 3 weddings at Park 31, and my recommendation is to go with a DJ due to the size of the dance floor. It will give you more volume control and allow guests to still enjoy the music. A band may be too overwhelming for the smaller space, unless you are going with a softer sound like a jazz band, then it might work. A great part of this venue is the layout of the outdoor areas, which you can sit around the fire pit (during cold weather) or is an excellent place to set up your cigar bar, which is what our friends did for their guests. It was a huge hit. The indoor bar area gives plenty of comfortable seating choices and is oriented to encourage smaller subsets of guests to talk and share. I would definitely recommend this venue, if you are looking for a Texas Hill Country vibe and an upscale area for the reception. And remember to bring some extra cash with you, in case the officiant makes you laugh or cry.
