1.1.25 Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with great service. The staff was attentive, friendly & made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was prepared perfectly & the flavors were spot on. The appetizers were a highlight--fresh, flavorful & just the right start to an amazing meal. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a great spot to relax & enjoy a meal with family or friends. Whether you're there for a casual bite or a night out, this location truly delivers. I can't wait to return for another excellent experience! 10.27.24 ### Fantastic Lunch at Chili's in Bulverde We had a wonderful family lunch at Chili's in Bulverde with a party of 8. Our waiter, Jonah, provided great service--he was very attentive, courteous, and had a great attitude throughout our meal. The atmosphere was perfect for a family gathering, and we all enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly and enjoyable dining experience!

Not a bad place you get way you pay for. It's quick and friendly but the food isn't the best. Seemed like all the meals I had lacked in the seasoning area. It was bland then suddenly you'd get a big chunk of salt. Not bad though, it was still good enough to finish the whole plate. I would come again for a quick meal and maybe a couple of drinks! Out of all the things I had I recommend the quesadillas over the others. The season was clumpy at the edges but I loved the bacon, cheese, and ranch flavor to it. The cookie dessert tasted like a regular store bought cookie but it still hit the spot after a long day.

I've been a fan of Chili's for years. So when we got one in our town, I was ready to go. However, after reading some of the first reviews, I decided to wait until the help got up to speed. My daughter came to visit so it seemed like a good time to try it. We hopped in for a late lunch, missed the crowds, and received great service. I can't name our help as it seemed like we had an army of folks serving us. However, they were all friendly, smiling, and attentive. We placed our orders on the 3 for $9.99 offer. This entitles you to a drink, app, and your main course. Food came quickly, was prepared correctly, and was piping hot. It appears to me that all the newness issues have been solved. I'm very glad for that as we don't have many options to choose from. Will I return? Definitely:-)

I would like to welcome Chili's to our neighborhood. Our dinner was very good. The Country fried steak was delicious. I had the broccoli as my side and the vegetable was fresh. We also had the 3 for $10.99, we chose our drink, fries and bacon burger. Super good. All the waitstaff was super attentive and courteous. It is the best Chili's I've ever visited. I would like to recognize Maddi Romero, Chancellor and Erin for being extra attentive. All made us feel welcome and valued. Had a small issue with paying. Calculations were not matching menu prices. Overall, a good experience.

This Chili's is newly-built and definitely has the smell and modern design that you would expect. The menu is your typical is chili menu great appetizers and the Cajun pasta is to die for. The servings are rather large so when I take the kids we usually end up splitting some of it. The wait staff is helpful and very attentive. They did emphasize the integration of the wraparound u-shaped bar as most a lot of the Chili's in Applebee's have. Great interior design!

Always great food and fast friendly services. Large portions enough to take home. Brisket Quesadillas were delicious.

It came with a salad with avocado slices which was fine. My friend ordered 2 little street tacos and a side of rice and beans. It's a order counter type of establishment where you place your order and they bring your meals on a paper plate. It was challenging because I had to ask for a knife and extra fork so I could cut up my fish and place the bones and pieces on 2 other paper plates because the fish was so huge and deboning wasn't easy. Utensils aren't set out so you have to ask for it at the order counter. It wasn't exactly easy to eat but the fish was tasty, dirty rice(?) was tender and so was the salad. I couldn't finish everything so I asked the waitress for a container. The styrofoam container held my leftover fish, rice & salad but I had to split my fish in order to fit. I should've asked for a piece of foil. The tap water from the soft drink dispenser was kinda chemical tasting so I hardly drank it. Inexpensive prices & festive atmosphere. Was pretty busy for a Thursday during lunch.

The bartender took our order right away, I got the original frozen margarita with salt, and it was worth every penny, not too sweet, perfect strength. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas off of the lunch menu, it came with rice and some sour cream and pico de gallo. They also brought out chips and salsa and some beans, and I wish I would've realized the lunch special did not come with beans or else, I would've ordered some because they were absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the chicken fajita taco salad and though the chicken was good it was just shredded lettuce and tomato, it did not include any thing else so even though it was good it was just a bit of a sticker shock considering you didn't get much. They did have a really delicious cilantro ranch to put on the salad and I put some on my enchiladas also and it totally elevated them! I'm not sure if they're just this ignorant or they just don't give a f$&k. First, whoever works Sundays, the shorter older lady with glasses, leaves the phone off the hook in her pocket for 10 minutes at a time so if you're trying to order ahead good luck. It's not because they're that busy. You're going to get a busy tone for 10-15 minutes straight until she realizes. Today it was 17 minutes. THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE for at least two years now. We ordered 8 tacos and not a single taco was made correctly. Even after Laura repeated the order correctly on the phone somehow that did not translate to the computer. This is a family owned restaurant run by people who don't actually want to run a restaurant. My only hope is this place goes under completely so another descent restaurant can take its place but it's unlikely since the entire family lives in the backyard. Avoid this "restaurant" at all costs or risk wasting 50.00 for a bag of hot garbage food. We're having to make our own eggs to add to our tacos because some idiot wrapped 5 tacos with bacon only. Who tf orders 5 bacon only tacos? That's it, bacon and tortilla. Absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered some tacos and a pancake plate for the kids. The kids devoured the pancakes. The plate came with one pancake, two slices of bacon, and some cubed potatoes. The tacos were good. The chorizo and eggs wasn't too greasy, the flour tortillas were soft enough to wrap its contents and not tear open. The machacado taco was just the right balance of egg and beef. Finally, I had a bite of Liz's papas rancheras taco... spicy so good. The food was good, I wanted to open with the good. Unfortunately, the location is better as a takeout/pickup place than a dine in. The inside of the restaurant had maybe three tables for customers or folks waiting for their orders. When we were there on Sunday morning, the staff working the counter was the one working the counter. There's plenty of parking outside, more than the space inside. A lot of folks were there to pick up their phoned in orders. So, my recommendation would be to order the food before getting there and enjoy it elsewhere.
