I will start this review by saying they are newly opened. Which is why I would not recommend this location for now. I hope service will improve soon. Arrived at 4:50 pm on a Wed. The place was packed! We were seated immediately. No one took our order for 15 min. Then it took about 30 min for our partial order to be received. After 10 min we asked about the missing entree. 20 min later it arrived after everyone's dishes were taken away. No one seems to have been assigned to our table. We did't get out of there until 6:05. They did comp us the late entree. We'll visit again in a few months after they work out the kinks. read more

WOW...food tasted just like chili's should. The service though. Just wow. Our serve was Zoe or Zoey but we also have 5 other people come to our table. My fiancé ordered shrimp and steak fajitas. It came out with chicken and shrimp. We let that go because we aren't people to complain but then I had to ask 3 people for a refill. Another person for Togo boxes and another person for our check.. the people behind us all got food expect 1. They never brought the ladies quesadilla but then charged her twice and she ended up getting it Togo because her family already ate and her son was starting to act up. Another table had to keep raising their hand for service. This place is just a mess with service. A lot of people standing around but so much wrong. Very cool new Chili's! Even has Yuengling beer on draft! Wait was only 20 minutes to be sat, despite a full house. Waiters and waitresses were attentive and helping each other out. Given that it's a new Chili's, and visiting manager even came by our table to check on us. Even the young hostess was sporting a Smithson Valley High School FFA belt buckle, representing the local community. Definitely what I like to see! read more

Very fast service. At one time we had two people waiting on us. Had our drinks super fast. Food was served quick and accurate.

Management sucks. They have served undercooked chicken multiple times. The atmosphere is great but management definitely needs to be reconsidered. Wouldn't recommend working there. read more

My second time here. First time I had a bacon burger. It was good, give it 4 out of 5. My wife had the small sirloin. She liked it. Second time I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was tasteless, give it a1out of 5. Fries are good, nice seasoning. Chips are real good. Thin and crisp. Salsa is so so. My wife had (today) the potato soup and turkey sandwich. She passed me the soup after a few bites. I didn't like it either. She said the sandwich was just okay. She waited for us to call our daughter and find out what to substitute, apologized multiple times and brought us drinks to make up for the extra wait. We truly felt like she cared. read more

A fairly new establishment and I'm so happy it's here. This area needed something new and worth the money. I have always been a fan of chilis but their hasn't been a good one near me till now. Very polite young staff that never seems to just lounge around. This restaurant gets very busy around meal times but the short waits are worth it. Table for 6 we were seated promptly at 530 with no wait. Ordered chicken sandwich. Burger. Quesadilla and chicken fingers. Everything came out quickly except the chicken sandwich wasn't buffalo and the burger wasn't the bbq brisket. Identified it immediately and they were so nice to say keep those and we will get the correct ones out. 25 min later after the rest of the table was done it finally came out. Ridiculous. Horrible service as never once did the manager come out. Left our waitress hanging out to dry. Horrible management. Doubt we will be back and I'll be sure to let my friends and family know. I have twin teenagers at 16 years old that are well socialized , catering to all income levels and walks of life . I have raised them among my many businesses and clients of all backgrounds and income levels. They are very kind, considerate , hardworking , caring , and receptive. Chilis is a place I would NEVER LET my teenage children work at again. This was a place that convinced my teenagers that they could have a future with Chili's . And Brinker Internatinal. Traveling and etc. There is nothing lacking on immaturity , lack of leadership , and Managers that have no people skills. There is no chain of leadership or training that involves future Leaders. Do not engage in your children having any safety or responsible training within this Establishment. From hiring, to drama, to firing, it is an unfortunate situation, also can be referring to as a Cluster F#**. Service is abysmal. We didn't see our waitress over 25 minutes while we needed refills, had a table full of empty plates, and had hoped to order dessert. By the time she made it back to our table we just asked for the check. Not to mention other servers, bussers, and even the manager walked by our table several times and did nothing. We went to this new location for dinner tonight - arrived around 4:45 and the place was packed, it was also a change in shift. The employees were happy, and all clearly trying to provide the best service possible. What's the big deal about this? Very poor management. We come to this Chili's all of the time and every time the food takes way longer than it should but we patiently wait and just enjoy our time but tonight I ordered a gallon bag of lemonade and waited 45 minutes....45 minutes for a bag of lemonade.... After we received our food BEFORE the bag of lemonade we requested to speak to a manager 30 minutes later (after asking 4 times for a manager) the manager comes out and by this time we were understandably upset and began to explain how long we always have to wait and how this long for a bag of lemonade is ridiculous and we did express how we feel this happens because "management sucks" since we had to wait so long just to speak to him and because of the fact we've had extremely long waits before and he never came out to apologize or even just see how we're doing while we are waiting...to which the manager replied that because we "swore at him" because we said "management sucks" that we needed to leave and never return and if we didn't leave immediately cops would be called.... we visit this chilis multiple times a week..... and know a lot of the employees and are clearly not a threat to anyone but because we have finally spoken up about the service and treatment we must leave and never return....okay, yes sir... we will leave and we will also leave a review letting people know that the customer does not matter here. Doesn't matter how often you come, doesn't matter how long you wait and it doesn't matter how you feel.
