***First Visit*** I cannot wait to come back. I have no idea how long this place has been open. I went on a Thursday night and I always go out during the week because smaller chance of being crowded. The Bartender girls are gorgeous, and the reason why I give it a 4 outta 5 is because the bartenders were alil slow on the service and again there was hardly anyone there. So I was alil disappointed, but still a good time and service. I swear this is the place I will go to watch sports after work. This location is alil small so I'm betting this place gets packed real quick.

Both were very good. The avocado toast had a distinct lemon taste to it. The berry and goat cheese were excellent. The goat cheese, and the sweet berries made a great combination. For our main meals, we shared the eggs Benedict Trio, the Chilaquiles, the berry lemon croffle, and the banana foster French toast. The eggs Benedict Trio comes with a choice of three eggs Benedict from their menu. We had the original with Canadian bacon, the green chili pulled pork and the crabcake. Everyone loved the green chili pulled pork. The Chilaquiles came with your choice of red or green salsa. I chose the green one. It was a little spicy. It came with two eggs. I thought that it was missing some cheese. It could've also used a little bit more salsa. The banana foster French toast was to die for. Very good and definitely tastes like banana foster. The croffle was a great addition to our meal. We thought it was very good. Half of us had never had a croffle and now we are in love with them. They did give us a free desserts as we were celebrating my friend's birthday. For drinks I had the elderflower spritz. It's a little on the sweet side for me. The sangria was perfect. My friends had the bloody Mary and they liked them. They have inside and outside seating. They do take reservations. There's parking on site, but shared with the other businesses. The Waitress very nice. She was working the inside and the outside, But we never had an issue getting her attention or with any of our requests

I finally put it on this year's schedule and planned to go with a group of ten. But, as the day drew nearer, folks just started cancelling for various reasons, until we finally ended up with a party of five today. When we arrived, I was surprised at just how much of a "bar and grill" this was. I started getting nervous about the food. I know we've all been to bars that had horrible food before. Fortunately, this is not one of those bars. The food here was really good. We started with an order of fried mushrooms served with gravy and deviled eggs. I'm not a fan of fried food, but the others all seemed to enjoy them. There was a huge mound of them that all but disappeared. I opted for the deviled eggs- one of my favorite foods. These were topped with a crunchy strip of bacon and served with a pile of pickled jalapeno slices. The were super delicious! On our member's recommendation, I tried the orange chicken served with fried rice for my entree, as did two others. I was overwhelmed with the gobs of food the server sat in front of me. There were at least twenty bite-sized nuggets of chicken sitting on top of a bed of fried rice. That bed was obviously a California King! They were lightly covered in the orange sauce, but still crunchy. It was a very satisfying meal. I had the other half for supper, and it was almost as delicious heated up in the microwave. One of our people had a pepperoni pizza. It was probably about 18". The crust was amazingly thin. It just looked awesome to me. My friend enjoyed it, but carried a lot home with her. The fifth person in our group had the Reuben sandwich. She said it was delicious, but was put off by the amount of fat on the meat. Encore makes their own pastrami. The chef explained to her that the fat on the pastrami was what most people thought made it such a delicious meat. I know it looked great to me. I will most likely have that next time I visit, and there will be a next time.

The food quality and ambiance are the only reasons this place still has my business. Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor, with one major exception. Summer is outstanding. I've had her as my server twice, and both times she delivered exactly what hospitality is supposed to look like: attentive, friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She is the only server here who consistently does her job well, and it is painfully obvious by comparison. If management cares at all about customer experience, retention, or fairness--she deserves a raise, a promotion, or at the very least to not be penalized by pooled tips alongside staff who are clearly disengaged. Every other service experience I've had here has ranged from inattentive to outright unacceptable. On one visit, a server began taking my order and then abandoned the interaction mid-order to socialize with coworkers and customers, leaving me sitting there ignored. This is not an isolated incident--this is a pattern. I work in the service industry myself, so I don't say this lightly: This is a training and management failure. The staff (with the exception of Summer) appear uninterested, unmotivated, and visibly unhappy to be there, and it shows in how guests are treated. When tips are pooled, that lack of effort doesn't just hurt customers--it unfairly hurts the one employee who is actually doing excellent work. This place has too good of a vibe and too strong of a food offering to be dragged down by consistently poor service. If it weren't within walking distance of my apartment, the food alone would not be enough to keep me coming back. To be very clear: I will continue to request Summer when possible and recommend her specifically. But if the service issues continue with other staff, I will continue to reflect that honestly in future reviews. Regular customers notice patterns--and so do prospective ones reading these reviews. I ordered the fried catfish while she went with the steak sliders and a margarita. The catfish plate was impressive -- plenty of lightly battered catfish piled on top of a huge serving of waffle fries. The fish was cooked just right, not overly fried or greasy, and it definitely filled me up. I would absolutely order it again. My wife wasn't as impressed with the steak sliders, and we both agreed her waffle fries were a little too salty. On the positive side, she really enjoyed her margarita, which helped make up for the meal a bit. One thing we both really appreciated was that they offer a 15% discount for Military and Veterans, which is always a nice gesture to see. Overall, it was still a good first experience. I'll definitely be back for the catfish, and my wife said she'd try something different next time. Nice atmosphere, good service, and worth checking out if you haven't been before.
