When I'm in the Brookfield area shopping I prefer to make a stop here. I love Mediterranean style food so it hits the spot! Details below are all positive. No complaints. 1. Food I ordered a falafel bowl with plenty of fresh toppings. Everything tasted very fresh. As always the vegetables were crisp. Please get the pickles they add a nice flavor. I ordered a pita on the side, instead of a sandwich because I feel you get more for leftovers! Lol! The pita was soft and so good! The falafel itself tasted freshly made and had a good texture. Not too crumbly or stiff. I did take off one star because they had some type of Moroccan red sauce and the staff members were unable to let me know if there was dairy in the sauce and there were no details of the sauce on their allergen card displayed near the food. 2. Service The service was fast and straightforward. The staff was kind and efficient. They didn't wow me or respond with "my pleasure" after every request/question but their kindness was exactly what you want in a build your own type of restaurant. 3. Price and Process The pricing is reasonable. I would compare it to a Qdoba or Chipotle. Anywhere from $10-15 depending on what you select and add. They're set up very similar as well. Tell them your entree, pick your base, veggies, and sauces. They have fries too but I don't go there for fries! 4. Cleanliness & Atmosphere Overall, the restaurant looked fine. Nothing stood out as overly impressive and I didn't have any concerns either. The trash was a little full, but they were busy when I visited. There was an entire basketball team dining inside with a coach bus parked out front. That's probably why the trash was full. Now, to answer your question. Yes! I would absolutely return! Next time I day shop in the area I will get another bowl! And yes you should visit as well. I'm mean if you're tired of fast food burgers and burrito bowls and want something quick and fresh! Go! It's probably the closest thing we have to CAVA here in Wisconsin. It's worth trying.

It was a smoky day due to Canadian wildfires, so I sat inside instead of out on their nice looking patio and ordered cheese garlic bread and a large sausage pizza. I enjoyed the cheese garlic bread. It was a very thick piece of bread that was crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I'd gladly get it again. The pizza was good, not great. I appreciated the crispy edges from the oven it's cooked in, but something about it didn't wow me. It was so thin that I ate more than I probably should in a single sitting. I'd likely try something else if/when I come back to experience the patio. Shout-out to Rosie. I'm always delighted when my usual craft cocktail is one of their classics on the menu. It was well-made, if a bit small for the price point. Honestly jumbo or colossal would have been a nicer presentation, with so few shrimp. My husband had the filet sliders, he was not pleased, our son's parkside burger was better. Our server was fantastic, polite, cordial, and attentive . The service is always good. It's close to home that's a plus, the quality of the food is not always in agreement with the price. I got home and realized that they left out the sauce all together. It wasn't on the bowl or in the bag. Utter disappointment to get the hot honey chicken without that signature spice.
