I placed a rapid pick up order and very specifically only wanted my bagel sliced in half and not toasted. Well I had told the lady that I only wanted it sliced in half and she came back at me very aggressive. I was very nice and I don't think she understood English very well but she kept telling me that I wanted it toasted and I explained to her that it only says slice in half. Overall, I was very nice and apologized for even asking for it to not be toasted. There was no reason at all for her to be so aggressive towards me. Will not be returning. read more

Pretty unfortunate experience at Panera. The food is expensive and the quality is not always there. These photos show their new Buffalo chicken sandwich which was so disappointing. As you can see in the photo, there is barely any sandwich filling for the huge amount of bread, making this sandwich very not enjoyable. When so much of your menu is just heating premade soup up and putting premade ingredients onto bread, I expect better (especially for the price paid). In general, this store is spacious, so that's one plus. The coffee is not great either, though. read more

Very disappointed! Very Rude employees. Soup was cold bread hard. Unbelievable considering how slow they were 4.30 pm on the 26th?

After a messed up order we noticed a worker scrapping the air vents above the kitchen where dust was falling all over the floors and possibly surfaces where food was being prepped in the cooking area. After complaining to the workers at the front they said she's far enough away so it's ok and it's not getting in the food. This Panera is awful. The cashiers don't listen and give you the wrong food and is very sloppy when making sandwiches.

They decided to clean the vents while making food during open hours while serving customers food made right next to this. And there was a lady with a baby at the table right under it. No one even asked her to move. She just started scraping the dust balls / debris off into the air as it was floating all over kitchen and the lady with her baby. My husband went to speak with the manager, the person at the front said there was no manager and argued that it was 2 feet away from the food. Which is clearly not the case. That area by the ladder is the food prep, and window area. Bad management, dirty, disrespectful and disappointing. Would not recommend. read more

Haven't been to a Panera in years. Thought I'd drop in for some breakfast. The place was moderately busy. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I decided to make my own breakfast sandwich with ham, over easy egg, cheese and avocado on a toasted everything bagel. It was very delicious. Hit the spot perfectly. I finished it off with a cranberry orange muffin. That was amazingly moist and delicious as well. I love the crunchy sugar on the top of the muffin, it's the best part! So glad I stopped in. Breakfast was incredibly satisfying and put a smile on my face. Service was great. Off to tackle the rest of my day! read more

Used to like this location, however now, the young girls putting the food together before it comes out are extremely loud. They are in there singing Christmas songs in September, talking about homies, and other nonsense that the morning panera customers most likely don't wish to hear (at least I don't). I don't expect them to be completely silent, but they should know when it is too much. Service at the counter was still good, and overall the layout of the panera is good, but this loud chatter and singing from the food area may prevent me from coming back much. Paneras are pretty much all the same so for me, ratings come down to service and cleanliness. This location gets BUSY at lunch time - fortunately, there is ample parking and the seating areas are larger than they might appear from the outside. I met a client here for lunch and was impressed to see the manager (literally) running around, clearing trays and making sure people grabbed the right orders. That kind of energy seems to set a tone, because everyone here was friendly and helpful. As for cleanliness, this location is at least 65% less sticky than the Mayfair location, so two thumbs up from me. read more

As Paneras go, this one is middling. Panera can be pretty inconsistent across the country as another reviewer mentioned, but what they don't seem to applaud about themselves enough, is their ability to offer reasonable alternatives to the burger and fry chain options. That's one facet that's the same, no matter where the Panera is located. Panera's homey-ness with respect to being a coffee and internet-browsing spot with a dash of personality is what keeps me coming back to them. I find their laid back atmosphere perfect for a meeting with friends, a quick internet check on the local offerings, and a place to do both with a decent cup of coffee in hand. read more

Always consistent and you get a good fresh meal. Had the strawberry poppyseed salad with Turkey Avocado BLT as a you pick two and both were fresh, flavorful and tasty. Made for the perfect size meal at lunch. Restaurant was clean, bathroom in order, and service was prompt. Liked that they now deliver to your table vs waiting for orders at counter. Today was my 3rd time eating at Panera and so far haven't had any terribly negative experiences. My boyfriend and I stopped around 1:30 today for a quick, light and small bite to eat. We both got the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken, mine a half, his a full. Granted they are just salads but they came within a few minutes of us getting my water and sitting down, which I thought was pretty fast. We both liked the salad, him a little more than I did; however $21 for those and 1 smoothie is outrageous. Way too pricey for my liking. What I've noticed that's a little disappointing is both locations that I've been to seem to have cashiers that aren't the friendliest. Not sure if this is just a coincidence the few times I've gone or if this is something others have noticed as well. I think Panera is just okay. The paninis are alright, but I still miss the portabello panini that they haven't had for years. Now, so you know, I ain't cheap, but I think 17 bucks for two paninis and two sodas is ridiculous. Also, I hate that they have Pepsi products. I prefer Atlanta Bread Company any day of the week. However, our order today, the youngsters preparing food orders aren't filling the soup up on the You Pick Two's. My home style chicken noodle soup was about 1/2 - 2/3 full. I came here before checking in my hotel, and they were about to close in 20 mins. I noticed the workers were cleaning and sweeping and looked almost done. The women at the front who helped me was very patience with me and my family. If it would of been me I would of been frustrated a guest came in during the last mins of the store's hours. I like ordering from the pads as it is easier for me to resist the bakery, which is very tasty. Because each order is made fresh it is easy to customize your order. Dinner, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 They forgot the cheese on my French onion soup. They sold me a pastry and then informed me I was entitled to one at no charge based on my rewards card. Kind of backwards. Why do Panera Breads seem less than clean? I'd go more often but they just don't feel clean. Silverware is never sparkling. Tables never seem clean. Ironically, they were advertising that they were hiring and made big point about how employees don't have to mess with grease.
