    Buffalo chicken baguette sandwich
    Hannah W.

Pretty unfortunate experience at Panera. The food is expensive and the quality is not always there. These photos show their new Buffalo chicken sandwich which was so disappointing. As you can see in the photo, there is barely any sandwich filling for the huge amount of bread, making this sandwich very not enjoyable. When so much of your menu is just heating premade soup up and putting premade ingredients onto bread, I expect better (especially for the price paid). In general, this store is spacious, so that's one plus. The coffee is not great either, though.

After a messed up order we noticed a worker scrapping the air vents above the kitchen where dust was falling all over the floors and possibly surfaces where food was being prepped in the cooking area. After complaining to the workers at the front they said she's far enough away so it's ok and it's not getting in the food. If you can see from the picture she is clearly in the food prep area making a mess. DO NOT COME HERE

They decided to clean the vents while making food during open hours while serving customers food made right next to this. And there was a lady with a baby at the table right under it. No one even asked her to move. She just started scraping the dust balls / debris off into the air as it was floating all over kitchen and the lady with her baby. My husband went to speak with the manager, the person at the front said there was no manager and argued that it was 2 feet away from the food. Which is clearly not the case. That area by the ladder is the food prep, and window area. Bad management, dirty, disrespectful and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed! Very Rude employees. Soup was cold bread hard. Unbelievable considering how slow they were 4.30 pm on the 26th?

This Panera is awful. The cashiers don't listen and give you the wrong food and is very sloppy when making sandwiches.

First time here…read more Food: I stopped in expecting to have a hot beverage and a pastry. There were lots of great food choices, including breakfast egg sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, soups, cookies, muffins, and other pastries. I decided on a Turtle Scone, and it was excellent. It had a great texture, was a good size, and had yummy chocolate frosting. The beverage selection was disappointing. There were only a couple of hot coffee choices, and some tea bags. No specialty drinks or lattes like some of their other locations offer. I ended up having water, which just isn't the way to enjoy a scone. Service: The person taking my order was efficient, but not especially friendly. When I commented on the limited hot-drink options, I got a shrug and silence. There didn't seem to be much interest or empathy. Atmosphere: The place is nicely laid out, and the menu board is easy to read. The pastries and cookies are displayed up front, making it easy to choose. There are several small tables where you can eat your selection, but the space seems designed more for takeout customers. I'd come back to pick up something to take home, but not really to dine in.

It can be ordered hot or cold and I chose hot. It was fantastic and better than most restaurants I've ever been for this sandwich. Layers of boars head corned beef with finely shredded cabbage, sauerkraut with just the right amount of cheese, and thousand Island dressing. The freshly made marble rye really hit perfectly. I love how they still sample their bread of the day slices with or without butter. The fresh focaccia is like a pillow of bread goodness! And their multigrain seeded breads are second to none. Highly recommend this place for any of your bakery or lunch places!

I saw a picture of their breakfast burrito on social media and made plans to stop the next day. In addition to the breakfast burrito, which came with a side of hash browns, I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and was gifted a brownie for visiting. The breakfast burrito is build your own with a bunch of different options for meats, cheese, and veggies. I went with bacon, American cheese, and spinach and wasn't disappointed. The burrito was hefty and every one of the ingredients stood out. This is something I would definitely come back for. The three hash brown patties tasted as you'd expect and I appreciate that they weren't cold in the middle or bland. You can definitely notice the freshness in the soup. It was thick and used actual florets of broccoli, not just the stalks. Given the size of the burrito I had just eaten, though, I wish there was an option for a smaller portion of soup. The bowl was large and if you just plan on having that as a meal it's fine, but I would have preferred buying a cup as compared to a large bowl. Hopefully that's something they consider as a menu tweak. I'm not a big brownie person, but I enjoyed it. Like the burrito and the soup, it was a sizable portion, so worth the price if you're buying one. I'd be interested in trying their lemon bar or coffee cake on a future visit as those are more up my alley. I enjoyed talking to the woman who was prepping the dining area while I was there. She mentioned that Senor Luna's next door is their sister location and that Miss Daisy's has such early hours (currently 5am during the week) so as to cater to the nearby business park. I appreciate the early hours because I can easily make it there and back over to where I work in plenty of time.
