Ordered through uber eats with them, they are named different on uber eats. They are "Just Shawarma & Kebab", their menu on it is different too. I ordered the Mix Grill Plate, and from the picture it looked like I was getting a Green salad., but what I got instead looked like salsa mixture. The portion was smaller than I expected, I do know the price on uber eats is slightly more expensive, compared to the price if you order directly from them. But I still expected $34 plate to have more to it, and what I got felt underwhelming. The store was clean and looked welcoming. didn't have to wait for my order which was good. The rice was kinda dry, and some of the meat tasted dry and tough too, will be skipping this place in the future. read more

Fil Fil - Mediterranean Near Me - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Stopped by here on a recent Saturday evening and had a solid experience. It was after 8pm, we were hungry, and wanted something fast casual. Mediterranean is my favorite fast casual cuisine. I had driven by Fil Fil a few times and decided to give them a try. I ordered the falafel sandwich with fries. It was all good. The fries were crispy and I requested some of their garlic sauce to dip them in. The falafel was spot on (not too dry, flavorful) and came wrapped in a thin flat bread. The dining room is big, sparkling clean, and bright. The service is wonderful. Everyone was so lovely! Happy to have this spot not too far from home and will definitely stop in again. Get to it! read more

We were in Milwaukee for my daughters tryouts and had some time to kill so we had walked on down to here. Fun little place with nice staff. I ordered the overload combo and was warned twice about the spicy ness of it. It definitely had a good kick! I really enjoyed it. My husband got the gyro. The 2 little kids shared the 15 nuggets and fries. One kid got the fish sandwich combo. One got the BoBa chicken combo. Then we got the chicken shawarma combo for the one who was at tryouts. She did mention she wishes there were more pickles on it. Also. 2 of them came in wraps. I'm not sure why. The menu says sandwiches. But the kids didn't seem to mind. They made our food quickly and we would definitely come back. Prices are a bit higher than I typically like to spend. But we don't usually eat out in bigger cities. Plus everything seemed fresh and was tasty. read more

We ended up at this spot as we needed a quick spot to eat but something that would be potentially filling without a ton of calories and what a great find it turned out to be! I got a falafel wrap and it was huge and full of veggies! The flavor was on point too! The service was quick although the workers seemed to have a bit of an attitude but at least the order was correct. The place is on a corner in a plaza and you honestly would think to walk inside but it's once place you want to check out. I will say the fries were not the best but I'm someone who really likes my fries crispy so anytime there any mush to it I'm instantly turned off, plus they were not seasoned that well. I will also note this place is open late which worked out great when we were looking for food again later that evening. The Philly steak I had later was sooo good too! It had tons of meat and was so full I had to eat it with a fork. I also thoroughly enjoyed the baklava which they do call it something else because it's a lot thicken than a traditional baklava. If you're in the downtown Milwaukee area and in need of a quick bite; give this place a try you won't be disappointed; although you do have to ignore the attitude of the employees, lol. read more

Not sure how Wisconsin is like but this place was very unprofessional. They are arguing with each other, on their phones and serving their food with the same hand. Letting people cut in line. I waited a good 45 min for my food and its sub par. The only good thing is it open until midnight. I wouldn't recommend going here. They do have a big baklava for a good price if that matters. It gives taco el gordo vibes aesthetically except not as happy, delicious and it's sad read more

Good food and service, very clean, nice staff. Large selection of late night options and semi healthy food lol

I enjoyed the Fil Fil Mix Grill with Fil Fil sauce and the manager added a dried Fil Fil pepper. Staff is awesome, food fresh, made from scratch, and the regulars know one another and the staff - it's a place the locals frequent. read more

12/16/2025 Do not trust the cook Mike he has intentionally burned my food, how can GYRO be burned, the condiments are not fresh and they are not true to mediterranean food or they have become lazy since being here in america. They should close this place down especially taking a look at the condiments they are stale and not fresh. The wait time is outrageous, Mike is very unprofessional as the cook, I'm not sure what he walk away from the food go the back and return to cook without washing his hands. They are very unprofessional today I had to take my GYROS that was burned back and Demand my refund, I had boycotted this place in April but I thought 8months later things would have changed. Find another place to eat to pricey and not fresh Gyro Palace on Virginia or Portwashington Road is a much better Mediterranean choice. Mike it not professional to burn a customer food and have that UGLY Smurk on your horrible face. read more

A lesser known spot unless you are in the area often, Fil Fil specializes in bowls but also has sandwiches. The amount of food you get is plentiful and very flavorful. I have had bowls and a sandwich in my previous visits and would definitely go back for more. I will say, watch that heat level! If you like spice, get the medium sauce. If you want to burn your face off, get the hot! read more

If you're craving delicious and fresh hummus, baba ganouj and similar treats, the veggie platter from Fil Fil will most likely hit the spot. I'm glad we finally stopped by for takeout. Their falafel is so perfectly flavorful and crunchy. Nice option to have in downtown Milwaukee! And not far from the Central Public Library. read more

Super nice and friendly folks. Casual walk-up ambiance, clean, well-lit, plenty of seating. Generous portions of tasty food. Had the chicken schwarma. Lots of well seasoned chicken, garlic sauce, and those special pickles, then grilled. Seasoned delicious fries, too. read more

Do not come here. The place was empty when we got here from out of town, but it was still not clean. We thought we could get a cheap meal, but let's just say that was not the case. They got our simple order wrong even after two tries. There was a homeless lady that was lingering around the restaurant, interrupting our order to ask for food, and bothering us while we were eating. The workers did absolutely nothing and were literally right there watching. In general, those workers seemed to not know which end was up. read more

False advertising, told me two for one, but only got one. Not good, wondering how that's going to be cleaned up

Awesome little shop! Slick, modern branding makes them look like a chain but as far as I can tell it's locally owned and just one location. Really solid Mediterranean fare, made fresh in an open kitchen, in huge portions. Service was fast and friendly. I recommend the baklava - it's a massive chunk instead of the little ones you usually get. read more

Great experience from the plentiful food that had great flavor and was big portions. The gyro was gigantic, the meat obviously very fresh as shaved to order. Plus I also had a gyro bowl which was great with the rice, veggies and meat. Highly recommend ordering through the restaurants app as there is a buy one get one half off option I'm pretty much any items. Restaurant also has a bunch of fried items from appetizers to Chicken and seafood. Easy pickup and super nice staff. read more

The food is ok. Probably not my smartest choice to select on the menu. The establishment is clean and I like the service. I will select a healthier food item on my next visit. Not sure if this is a coincidence but I seem to visit on rainy days :) read more

Called for pickup order and got a rude person over the phone and he didnt even prepare my food while I was on the way he sad I hung up and claimed I wanted some other order but didn't even prepare that order and was doing a horrible job on 10/07/2025 at 2:40pm he was the cook on shift and as I was there he continue to try to make his point but was very wrong. 0/10 never coming back read more

Grabbed a quick to go lunch of the chicken shawarma plate, which includes 5 toppings you get to choose in addition to what it already includes, chicken and rice. I gotta say, I judge a place on how good the baba ganoush is and this was solid! They also let you have a dressing on top, and they let me sample one of the dressings that I was unsure about. I would recommend this place and will definitely be back! read more

75$ for 3 gyros and 6 wings, the wings were not even edible, the gyros taste like they are from a box from Aldi foods.

Food was good and service was with a smile! We had the chicken kabobs and the steak bowl! Both were very tasty!

Tasty Food, great portions, friendly service. Very casual and quick too. In town on business and wanted to mix it up from the usual Brats, Burgers and Pizza places. Good call. read more

I went out of my way today to try this restaurant I bought two separate meals first one was 17.99 $ which included a drink next one was 21.09 $ no drink which struck me as odd so I confirmed it with the staff and he said it's about making money I said okay but my first order was less and I got nearly the most expensive thing and that doesn't come with atleast a complementary Water he stated no I asked well is customer service important to you he shrugged I said okay fine return all my $ for the second meal tossed the first one and I'll never return thanks for making sure the customer was satisfied guys much much much respect petty no but if customer service is last on the list I could imagine how my food would taste ! read more

I went in there completely distracted from my son calling me. The staff was friendly but the food is amazing. I feel bad I was on the phone the whole time I was there. I didn't give them the gratitude they deserve. I will be back again. read more

Delicious food and awesome service! The chicken bowl was so good. Too much food to finish!

This place is HORRIBLE the food is not worth the money also NEVER GET THE SALADS there they serve currdled FETA CHEESE with the greek salad, the toppings are not fresh they typically sit out all day and put out the next day for service After spending $23.40 on 2 salads that were not fresh was upsetting not only that I confronted the manager and he say that is the way the cheese smells, would not refund my money, but I don't care will NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN, was better whe it was MKE GYROS You will suffer stomache aches after eating here PLEASE READ THIS AS WELL THEY DELETED MY POST ON GOOGLE REVIEW TODAY!!! Was better when MKE GYRO, I have eaten here a few times and each time it get's worse. The food toppings are not fresh!!! I ordered a greek salad & chicken ceasar for $23.00 5/2/23 was not worth it, the bowl leaked all the dressing out the feta cheese cup (4) cubes smelled awful like currdled milk, all cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, no grated parmessan cheese, and stale croutons, few lettuce pieces. The Italian beef is served dry the hot peppers are not fresh had a smell and the meat tasted old. The philly cheese steak meat is awful. The pizza puff is small fried patty. This is to show I have had a few of their items and it's not worth the money they are over priced for the quality of food. I will be returning the Greek Salad to them so they can smell the cheese that was with the order. Don't waste money or time here it was much better as MKE GYRO 5/03/23 11:15 am I just came back from returning STALE GREEK SALAD WITH ROTTEN FETA CHEESE!!!!! Spoke with the manager he literally thought I was gonna get another salad I told him that I wanted my money back and he refused $23.40 for 2 unhealthy salads!!! He can keep that $23.40 and wiped his ASS WITH IT!!@!! i HAVE SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL MY COLLEGUES and truly they will not have business with this NASTY UNHEALTHY FOOD I HOPE MILWAUKEE FOOD INSPECTORS MAKE A VIST read more

I had a gyro and it was pretty much the best one I've ever had! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely have to stop by.

Had wings and gyro, both very fresh and tasty. The place is very nice, clean and well lit. Staff is friendly.

We tried this for lunch and we were excited until the food was not good. We got the philly cheesesteak and the chicken was dry with no seasoning. The fries had no flavor. On top of that the customer service was horrible. We asked for our sandwiches to be cut in half, didnt even consider. After we got the food they gave me a knife to cut myself. Forsure wont go back. read more

Food was proper banging, staff is very friendly and helped me in choosing a meal for my first visit.

Good Greek food and lots of options for a moderate price. Very quick service and friendly staff.

The sandwiches are amazing! Good quick service as well. Subway, cousin subs, jerseys mikes CANNOT COMPETE. The restaurant looks amazing to.

Awesome food awesome service. Chicken shawarma bowl was delicious! Inside was immaculate!

Had a gyro bowl loaded to the gills with toppings. Absolutely delicious.

I am in Milwaukee on business and noticed it walking by. I decided to duck in for a late-night snack; as it was slow, the cashier let us sample a few different items. Both the garlic sauce and the mint sauce were fantastic over the chicken shawarma and rice, and the falafel---which is what I initially popped in for---was excellent. Would absolutely recommend if you like Arab food. read more
