I am excited to have these guys, right down the street on Dysart Rd. The new location is bright, upbeat and clean. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. I had the hot Pastrami with provolone and my wife had the Italian salad with clam chowder ans sourdough bread. All delicious! Sourdough and Co is my favorite go-to for a great sandwich. You would be hard pressed to find sourdough as good as theirs. Even SF doesn't do any better than this! I also love that I can enjoy a cup of soup with my sandwich. Many deli's just offer chips. No soup, no salad. The clam chowder that we had was some of the better that we have had in the area as well. Yes, I will be back. And if you like their sourdough as much as I do, you can buy a whole baguette. Yum! Finally a great addition to the area.

I hopped on Yelp to see what was nearby and came across Sourdough Co.--and I'm so glad I did. My sister and I decided to order two sandwiches and share so we could try a couple different options. I ordered the chicken pesto, and it was phenomenal--definitely the standout. We also tried the brisket sandwich. It was good, but I do wish I had known ahead of time that their coleslaw includes horseradish. That's just not something I enjoy, so I ended up picking around it and mostly eating the brisket. Overall, it was a great find, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

My boyfriend and I split the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich, and I can honestly say it was the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had. The bread is everything you want from fresh sourdough soft on the inside, just the right chew, and that perfect tang. The turkey was super flavorful, and the pesto and sauces were next level. Every bite felt so well balanced rich, fresh, and totally satisfying. We also grabbed a white macadamia cookie, and it was the cherry on top. Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet seriously one of the best cookies I've had in a while. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was incredible. The girls working were so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The space is small but super cute and cozy clean, inviting, and great for a casual meal. I really wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time (probably too often that bread is dangerously good ). If you're nearby or even just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in. Our family visited on Saturday, July 25, after 7:00 PM for a special ice cream treat. We decided to…read moredine inside so we wouldn't have to worry about our ice cream melting before we could enjoy it. We ordered three medium Concrete Mixers, but unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. By the time the mixers were brought to our table, they were already starting to melt. We also noticed that none of the cups seemed to be filled all the way to the top. One of our mixers was made with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. While we could taste the chocolate pieces and knew there was some peanut butter mixed in, it didn't have the rich peanut butter flavor we expected. It seemed like it was missing some of the peanut butter, which made the flavor less enjoyable. We know ice cream prices have increased over the years, so we were grateful to use our rewards and coupons, which brought our total to $12 for all three mixers. That definitely made the visit more affordable. We're not sure if the ice cream recipe has changed or if this was just an off day, but the mixers didn't seem as thick or creamy as we remember. They also melted much faster than they have during previous visits, which was disappointing since this was meant to be a special family treat. Overall, we'll be back because we've enjoyed this location in the past, but we hope future visits are more consistent. We'd love to see the Concrete Mixers served a little thicker, filled to the top, and with the mix-ins blended more generously so every bite has the great flavor Culver's is known for.

I really want to love this Over Easy because I'm happy to have one in the West Valley, and…read morehonestly, the food is what keeps us coming back. It's generally consistent, and when something has been off, they've usually been good about correcting it. The problem is there seems to be something nearly every visit. During the breakfast rush, the lobby gets so packed you're practically standing over people eating near the host stand. Cleanliness also needs attention - the yellow fabric booth backs are visibly stained, and on one visit I could see into the kitchen and noticed a dirty rag leaning against food being prepped. We started coming around 11:30-12 to avoid the rush, yet oddly our last two visits have had some of the longest waits for food and service. One meal took over 30 minutes waiting for a poached egg on an egg benedict (I think the kitchen forgot) while my other food sat ready in the back and got too cold to eat by the time they brought everything out. The waitress was NOT helpful at all but took the meal off when she saw we could barely eat half. Most recently when we made a reservation, we received a text saying our table was ready, confirmed it, walked inside, and were told it by the hostess " I just wanted to make sure you'd confirm, it'll be another 10 minutes." Why tell guests their table is ready when it isn't??? That just started things off bad. Although we do get a good chuckle every time we hear one of the hosts take a guest back and as "so what brings you in here?" Oh you know, probably because y'all have food and we're hungry what else? Lol That same visit, our waitress repeated all my modifications back correctly, but when we actually got the food it wasn't cooked to what was specified so I'm thinking the main problem is with the kitchen being careless and not paying attention to tickets, ticket times, cleanliness, etc. it just feels like things are getting sloppy. I don't expect perfection and any one of these things would be easy to overlook. It's the fact that the "little somethings" (cleanliness, long wait times, incorrect orders, or poor communication) are starting to add up. I do gotta say the food has been SOLID, flavor wise, which is why we've kept giving them another chance, but the attention to detail needs improvement. At this point, another major issue may finally be the one that keeps us returning here for our weekly fam brunches. I do hope things don't keep sliding though, this is a nice spot in a prime location.

Provide a consistent experience time after time. Carrabba's is unapologetically Americanized Italian food. It's cheesy, saucy, fried, comforting, and occasionally that's exactly what you're looking for. My wife and I often come here when we want something familiar and satisfying without putting much thought into it. Our go-to order is to split the Chicken Parmesan, pick a couple of sides, and work our way through the bread and herb-infused olive oil before the entrée even arrives. Simple? Yes. Effective? Also yes. Service has generally been solid with few complaints over the years. The atmosphere and décor are a bit dated, much like many long-standing family restaurant chains, but that's almost part of the charm at this point. Carrabba's knows what it is and doesn't try to be anything else. Sometimes consistency and comfort are exactly what you're paying for.

I thought it would be the equivalent of those places that make fresh tortillas esp. since "pita" is right there in their name.
