    To Go Order

This Panera stays pretty busy. That being said I feel staff does a good job getting orders out in a timely manner. I ordered 2 "choose 2" meals, a chicken noodle soup, and a kids meal. I decided to self order and personally the experience was kind of annoying lol - the kiosk asked one to many questions for me, so you want to sign up for rewards, how do you want to pay, which type of payment, what's your phone number, do you want a receipt, what's your name ( I kept thinking I was done and it would ask ANOTHER question) Overall the restaurant was clean, but the pickup area for the orders could use a good wipe down (splatters of drinks on the wall) I tried the new croissant sandwich with aioli and added tomatoes and bacon. It was DELICIOUS! The mac and cheese, broccoli and chicken noodle soup also did not disappoint. And of course the brownies are SO good. Who doesn't love double chocolate?

I got this tub for Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup - Group I paid 23 !!! 23 for one I would at least expect two ....

It's a bit over price I would at least expect 2 for the price I paid... I paid 23 bucks

I'm not generally a fan of Panera but this location has been very good to me every time in in AZ. The staff is friendly and efficient, the dinning area is clean, and lastly the food seems to just be better at this location than the ones near my home. If you're a local or just passing through, I would recommend giving it a try. I like the flat bread pizzas and there was a limited time sandwich I tried recently (December 2024 - pictured) that I can't remember the name of but it was very tasty.

I only ordered drinks at this location but it was made perfectly! Service could have been better, the employees acted a bit annoyed by me placing my order. Restaurant was clean.

Great deal, but sadly, the green shake tasted awful. It was too sweet. It had too much of a bite taste. The cheesesteak sandwich was okay, but this has made me wonder if I want to come back to Panera.

Tiny bagel. Didn't used to be this tiny.

My wife placed an order on the app and when we picked up our order it was missing a baguette. I went over to tell them it was missing they went over to get their manager (I'm assuming) and she told me it was just a piece of baguette and ripped a tiny piece and put it in a bag. My wife was on the phone and tried to tell the girl that it said it wasn't what it said on the app, the woman just ignored it like we were lying. It's sad that I guess these people here have people trying to get over on them that they don't believe anyone. I'm not coming back. This place had went down a lot on their service and food quality. Their bagels used to be big and fresh now they small and tough.

    Closed setting

Smells HORRIBLE. Smells like marijuana. Nobody greets you, they all give you bad looks. Food took forever, does not taste fresh. Ingredients taste old. 8:30 walked in and they were closing already. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Love this location. Superb staff. Lynn is super nice, friendly and cheerful every single time! I usually order a baked good and a cappuccino, and everything is great everytime. The Madagascar Vanilla Latte was also good. Enjoyed the Kitchen Sink Cookie too which has semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, pretzels, and is topped with salt.

I was getting my sick mom her favorite broccoli soup and sandwich. It's my first time ordering here and I explained my situation to the cashier. She rushed me and was annoyed with me. I felt so uncomfortable and felt I'm an inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I told her nicely of my uncomfortable situation and she said "oh .... k.... I'll tell her something " I Def wasn't asking for a refund, as I could have. I felt set aside. Yet again. Won't be coming back. Good job panera management for making the situation right

This is the steak sandwich. I took a few bites and then opened it up . Pathetic .

My boyfriend and I split the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich, and I can honestly say it was the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had. The bread is everything you want from fresh sourdough soft on the inside, just the right chew, and that perfect tang. The turkey was super flavorful, and the pesto and sauces were next level. Every bite felt so well balanced rich, fresh, and totally satisfying. We also grabbed a white macadamia cookie, and it was the cherry on top. Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet seriously one of the best cookies I've had in a while. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was incredible. The girls working were so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The space is small but super cute and cozy clean, inviting, and great for a casual meal. I really wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time (probably too often that bread is dangerously good ). If you're nearby or even just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We ordered and were asked if we were dining in or taking our food to go. We said dining in, but there were no open tables inside (around 12 total) and zero tables available outside. We ended up waiting in the back for a table to open while staff repeatedly walked around looking for our table number, never once asking if the order might be ours. After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable

That's okay, we'll partake of their boozy drinks when we visit again. Food: parmesan truffle fries were aah-mazing. I even told Esmerelda they should add a pizza with the garlic aioli. The buffalo mozzarella had a bit of a kick to the sauce; we could have used more toasted bread to dip into it. We ordered the heaven and bianca pizzas. The crust was thinner than normal, which I was happy about, and the flavors of both were delicious. Dessert: despite not finishing the appetizers & pizza (no worries, we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers!), we opted for a gelato flight. It was divine, and hefty samples. You wouldn't think 4 oz was much, but of gelato, it was plenty. We selected chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, and mango. If you haven't tried Roma 23, I highly recommend it. But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.
