Panera Bread was out of Bread! It was our first time at Panera. The line to order food is behind a wall and we did not see it. I asked a gal working there if we order somewhere or if they served us. She said we serve you. So we sat for 10-15 minutes and no one came and gave us a menu or took our order. My husband got up to get a menu and figured out where the line was to place our order. I ordered the broth bowl and my husband got the Thai Chicken salad. We were old they were out of the side bread and we had to pick between an apple and a bag of chips. It took forever to get our food. The broth bowl for $10. was so NOT worth it. The salad was just OK, nothing special at all. The staff working there were very young and unattentive. There were dirty tables everywhere and it was not even busy. I won't be back. read more

This is a very typical Panera. If you aren't familiar with Panera I'll compare it for you, Subway is to Panera like Burger King is to Five Guys. It's more expensive but it seems to be a better quality product. There are two main doors, use the one to the far right. The one to the left brings you into the dining area. It gets pretty busy, I'm not sure if that's because it's newer or what. You can order online and your food ends up in a cubby listed by name near the pass through where food is delivered- this is pretty convenient if you are in a bit of a rush. You can order your food with the cashier or at the counter. They sell pepsi products, fresh lemonade which is very good, full spectrum of espresso and two flavored teas. My only complaint is the setup of the restaurant. It seems almost chaotic to me. It's a little confusing of how you're supposed to order, if you're supposed to wait for your food or have it delivered to the table and so forth. I've been to this location twice so far and both time the setup seemed a little confusing. Otherwise, if you've never tried a Panera, it's worth checking out. They have a really good broccoli cheese soup. read more

Omg! Slowest drive thru on the entire planet!! I was the only car in the drive thru and still sat 16 minutes for a bowl of soup and a half grilled cheese!! Order was wrong, gave me a cup instead of bowl. No spoon or napkins, no croutons for soup. Every time I come here my half grilled cheese is a different size and progressively getting smaller! The worst location ever... I love Panera bread and it's one of my favorites but this location is horrible. I used to come here all the time but the last year things really went downhill. No matter what time you go they will always be out of something (avocado, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, soups, etc). They will mess up your order or substitute it with something else without telling you. The drive thru is so slow, my grandma could make food faster.. My husband went to the drive thru this morning for a soufflé and they didn't have the bacon and spinach one available so he asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich (also didn't have). He ended up getting two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and guess what they used for bacon?!? BACON BITS! What terrible person does this without saying anything? He also got two coffees and I know they are not Starbucks but he couldn't even drink his and mine was half full! Did you run out of coffee too?? We are done going to this location. Quick, Easy, and Efficient. Panera is a great place to grab lunch with friends and chat or meet professionally. Environment is very cozy even though it's small and tables are close together. They open early so if you use the mobile order app you can stop and grab breakfast quickly. This location is very modern. A lot of self serve stations and the mobile app is awesome. If you are not techy you may be a little disappointed. There is space for dining in however I couldn't even find the pastry bar or service counter initially coming in so they are definitely computer driven. Food is delicious as Panera has proven. My order is always ready and accurate. I haven't had much interaction with the staff to comment on service. But based on food taste and efficiency they get 4 stars. read more

My family is a regular at Panera all over the place. We eat same food every Panera we go and this place is also great. Open dining space, friendly staff. Clean no smelly interior you would expect from any P. Having said that my best Panera experience was when a Panera put out bigger portion salad for dinner and not being cheap when asked for a second piece of baguette. -First time at Panera- Walking in I seen the menu right away, I also used menu on tablets as there are pictures of the food which like btw My husband and I just ordered sandwiches with fruit cups. The fruit cup was actually really fresh ...I havent had sweet good fruit like that for awhile. My drink was the hibiscus pear tea..wasnt a fan so I'll try a different one next time. The drink station deffinetly needs some adjustment.. lids were hard to get out of dispenser. My husbands lid didnt fit on drink tight and was just sitting over top.. took about 2 mins to get drinks when it should take 30 sec. There was a line building up behind us as it took really long. Staff was professional and provided good service Wasnt busy,super chill.. prices were alittle high 2 Sammy's with the side of fruit and a drink. This is my first and last visit to a Panera Bread! Panera Bread will have their general manager, Alicia McDorman, for the loss of this customer! I will have to give this Auburn Panera Bread a Big Fat Zero! I haven't had such a bad experience in a restaurant! I had a bad vibe when I walked into the Auburn Panera Bread for a relaxing bite to eat with my family 5/8/17 @ 3:52PM! It wasn't busy. Only about 4 customers at the time sitting and eating! There was nobody in site at the front but I could hear giggling and laughing in the back! After we read the entire menu twice, Leslee came out and asked if she could help us. She was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily. Two thumbs up to her! She deserves a raise or promotion for her professional attitude! We sat and waited a bit longer than we should have seeing it was just sandwiches and salad. When it arrived at our table I asked the waiter who delivered our meal for some butter. He replied, OK, I'll be right back. We finished our sandwiches and still no butter! I called into the back, told them which table we were at, & that we were still waiting on our butter! I heard giggling and laughing behind the wall of our table. Then the gal that brought out the butter was laughing. A minute later we noticed what appeared to be a supervisor coming through with a smirk on her face making it look like she was wiping tables! Problem was she wasn't wiping the completely wiping only spot wiping and she kept looking up at us as she moved closer! When she got to the table next to ours she asked how our meal was. I told her it's better now that they finally got the butter to us after our meal was almost done! I said I had to call into the back to get our butter. She replied, "Oh yea, we were laughing about that!" We got into the discussion of he quality of the meal, cold French bread, dry sandwiches! She explains how their bread was baked at night with non-bleached flour! Then out of the nowhere she starts insulting us with ethnicity harassing statement by saying "Those Crazy Germans" & lack of empathy by saying, "I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your meal there's nothing I can do"! For a person with 30 years of food service background she has seriously failed in Customer Service Department! So much for the Panera Bread tag line, "Food as it should be" I would recommend anyone who thinks of eating here, think twice! I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to eating here! This is the worst Panera I've ever been to. I just stopped in to get a croissant and the people in there are just disregarding and rude. They handed me my croissant ingest a small paper bag I asked for a brown paper bag to put it in so I can carry it into work and they acted like I was asking for their arm. On other occasions I've stopped and they messed up my order or not had items ready to go. At least three times it's just been rudeness from the staff there. Came in around 10am on what looked to be a slow and quiet day, and when we went to order we noticed that the the breakfast menu was not up and we had to ask for the breakfast menu to be put up (the staff seemed to have no idea that the wrong menu was even up). If I'm not mistaken, the restaurant had already been open for several hours at this point. Next, our food order was wrong - I asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich and got ham, my husband asked for whole milk in his caffe latte and after sitting down noticed that the receipt read "half and half". Bought peach/blueberry smoothies and they tasted good. The indoor eating area was clean and light. The server, was a very nice, sincere fellow. The cashier Crystal, was a happy woman, and that made my day less stressful after driving for 2 hours. They have electronic table finders. read more

Since this place is so close to my work; I was ordering from them at least 3-5 times per week. A lot of my co workers order from them also; for the same reason. Their order accuracy is about 25% of the time and worst of all; hair has been found in their food on more than one occasion. After bringing the issue to the managers attention and after numerous emails stating that they were working to improve and that they valued my feedback; the issue continues to happen! I started going there in September of last year and have been going often ever since. Even ordered from them today and once again; items were missing from the salad I ordered. When I asked what I could eat as a vegan I was given a list of all the things I couldn't eat. I had to educate the server and let them know the difference between vegetarian and vegan. Then I was told I could only get the vegetable sandwich. Fine. I ordered it and it turns out of comes with feta cheese. Then they rolled their eyes and remade the sandwich which was two slices of bread with some salad leaves and onions. I bet they could have done a better job if they tried. They just didn't care.
