The food is delicious, salads andsandwiches. Prices are right .Thank you, Pantera, for hosting my birthday all these years.

I've celebrated my birthday here for the last 10 years. Always had excellent food and service and can seat large groups.

    Turkey Sandwich

My daughter was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of hair in her turkey sandwich after taking a bite. It's an awful feeling when you trust a place with your food and something like that happens. I called and spoke with the manager, who apologized but said she couldn't issue a credit because we ordered through DoorDash. However, it wasn't DoorDash's fault that there was hair in the food, and as a manager, she could have still offered to make it right. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Panera Bread used to be one of my favorite "fast food places ." It's not bad but the quality has gone down a lot and causes the food to feel over priced because this meal alone was about $14 no drink. I do however like that they have several soup options. 3/5

Iced Green Tea and Cinnamon Raisin Bagel not cut in half or toasted

Food quality is alright. Portions are good. First time visiting this place today since there was a power outage in Auburn, WA for 4 hours or so. Decided to work inside Panera Bread. Ordered through kiosk, got a couple of sandwiches, a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, requested it cut in half and toasted with Cream Cheese. Also got a Bear Claw, Iced Green Tea and a couple of Lemonades. However, when it was time to pick up the food, my bagel was not cut or toasted. Was missing the cream cheese and the Bear Claw was also missing. Had to ask the server what happened to it and had to ask for our drink cups as well. Dunno what the point of putting in our preferences in the kiosk if they are not followed in the order...

This specific location absolutely needs to retrain staff. Every time I have gone here, they have literally messed my order up every time. Coffee, food, you name it. The staff has an attitude when asked to remake things the correct way and it's really frustrating. The first time I went here, I asked the girl to remake it as it was a misunderstanding on her part, and she came back with coffee this full. I didn't say anything as I was already annoyed. Expect long wait times. Don't recommend.

That is what this review is based on. We actually thought we'd ordered two things...1)the beef & lamb plate and 2)a beef & lamb gyro...that's one of my (and my wife's) major gripes...actually our primary gripe -Moving on to that, in addition to what we felt was misunderstanding our order, in what is a customer service role, we felt like there was almost no desire to provide much in the way of customer service or personality SUMMARY: Collectively, between the two primary issues of communication/personality and ordering miscue/misunderstanding, not sure that we'd go back Again, food wasn't bad...wife & I were looking to grab a bite before seeing a movie Would appreciate better pricing, although if you just get a gyro you'd be right around $10...which these days seems inexpensive Anyhow...I typically only leave reviews when I have a more positive experience...but figured I'd put this out there...sadly, we were really looking forward to it...my wife loves this type of cuisine and I love a really good gyro...but sadly, nothing really significant to write home about...only enough to put out this out there and hopefully steer you elsewhere if your expectations were as high as mine before we got there

I thought this was a one off, but it turns out that even when you order online and go to pickup the order, the staff will triple check your order. The restaurant is clean and orderly, with music playing in the background. Today, I had the build your own salad. I can say that they have some of the freshest ingredients to build a salad and the options are numerous in your choices to build a salad. I decided to add tuna to my salad. I thought this would be a great touch to such a fresh salad. The Caesar dressing was good and went well with the salad. The most disturbing part of this salad was the tuna. As it turns out, the tuna is canned with a strong fishy smell and flavor. I had assumed that the tuna with be cubed or sliced. This is a great place for vegans and vegetarians as well. Now, the fishy taste of the tuna was so string that I immediately brushed my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. Please keep in mind that these salads start at $12-15 dollars plus the add-ons you like. Since I love salads, I had many extras and the salad was $26. My only regret was that I could not give back the tuna. I will try this place again, but for god sake change the tuna or skip it all together.

When I called in, the lady that took the call struggled to take down my order. She was not familiar with the menu at all. I patiently repeated my order several times but she responded by naming different dishes. I was not confident that she would place my order correctly, so I asked to speak to another staff. Once I arrived, the same lady asked me if I was dining in and I told her multiple times that I had ordered take out. Then I found out that the order was never placed so the kitchen never made our food. There were no other customers there so I don't know how they didn't put in my order since I had placed it 10 minutes prior. To make matters worse, once we got home, we found out that they gave us an incorrect order. Instead of crispy garlic chicken and rice, we received a shrimp pad kee mow. This was extremely disappointing because my boyfriend does not eat seafood and doesn't like noodles in general. We went out of our way to come to this restaurant and chose Sweet Rice over other options that are closer to us. Considering the poor service, we will not be coming back or recommend it to others hence the 1 star review. I generally don't rate restaurants based on the service but the service was so bad that I lost my appetite for their food. I understand having to train new employees but there should be quality control measures in place to ensure that customers have a decent experience while new staff are training.
