    Turkey Sandwich

My daughter was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of hair in her turkey sandwich after taking a bite. It's an awful feeling when you trust a place with your food and something like that happens. I called and spoke with the manager, who apologized but said she couldn't issue a credit because we ordered through DoorDash. However, it wasn't DoorDash's fault that there was hair in the food, and as a manager, she could have still offered to make it right. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Iced Green Tea and Cinnamon Raisin Bagel not cut in half or toasted

Food quality is alright. Portions are good. First time visiting this place today since there was a power outage in Auburn, WA for 4 hours or so. Decided to work inside Panera Bread. Ordered through kiosk, got a couple of sandwiches, a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, requested it cut in half and toasted with Cream Cheese. Also got a Bear Claw, Iced Green Tea and a couple of Lemonades. However, when it was time to pick up the food, my bagel was not cut or toasted. Was missing the cream cheese and the Bear Claw was also missing. Had to ask the server what happened to it and had to ask for our drink cups as well. Dunno what the point of putting in our preferences in the kiosk if they are not followed in the order...

You pick two combo, broccoli cheddar soup and chicken avocado melt

Panera Bread used to be one of my favorite "fast food places ." It's not bad but the quality has gone down a lot and causes the food to feel over priced because this meal alone was about $14 no drink. I do however like that they have several soup options. 3/5

    Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken

Fast, efficient and delicious. I will say, ordering is quick, easy. You can order ahead, in the store on tablets or at the counter. The menu is vast, almost too much to choose from, and it all looks good. Your order is delivered very quick, for made to order options. I opted for an Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken and an Avocado BLT with Turkey off the Pick Two menu. The Pick Two is a great way to really customize. The salad was a good portion, fresh, tangy vinaigrette, and lots of wonton strips. A bit light on chicken IMHO. The BLT was on fresh sourdough, lite bacon, but very tasty. The meal is served with a choice of apple, chips or maybe another option. My only feedback is that protein portions have always been on the lite side-for me.

The place gets busy with customers and other Turkish families, which is a good sign. You order up at the counter when you walk in, then you pay and they give you a number to take to your table. They will then bring over the food to your table. Don't expect for personalized service/hospitality from the staff. It's cashier style and then drop off food, they they buss the table. Favorite to order are: Menemen, Beef Manti, Chicken Bowl, Avocado Toast, (kids love the mini pancakes), Pide Flatbreads Parking: Parking lot (Store is in a building of apartments/condos)

I was always thought all mediterranean restaurants are the same, but this one is a little different for me. Everything has yogurt in it and I'm not too crazy about sour yogurt. The restaurant is in a little shopping center, there are actually quite a few places to park. The restaurant is very nice, clean and airy. It's a self order, and they bring the food to your table. The prices are around $20 a dish. My sister ordered all the dishes, pizza, chicken, wontons, they all looked delicious but the tastes are so different for me. The wontons are not as tasty as Chinese wontons and they're not soft. The chicken is tasty but not very flavorful. The yogurt is very sour and rich. I had some slices of pizza, but nothing to rave about. Anyhow, at least I know what Turkish food is like. This one is supposed to be the best one in Tacoma and my sister family love it. Like they say, it's not my cup of tea.

When I called in, the lady that took the call struggled to take down my order. She was not familiar with the menu at all. I patiently repeated my order several times but she responded by naming different dishes. I was not confident that she would place my order correctly, so I asked to speak to another staff. Once I arrived, the same lady asked me if I was dining in and I told her multiple times that I had ordered take out. Then I found out that the order was never placed so the kitchen never made our food. There were no other customers there so I don't know how they didn't put in my order since I had placed it 10 minutes prior. To make matters worse, once we got home, we found out that they gave us an incorrect order. Instead of crispy garlic chicken and rice, we received a shrimp pad kee mow. This was extremely disappointing because my boyfriend does not eat seafood and doesn't like noodles in general. We went out of our way to come to this restaurant and chose Sweet Rice over other options that are closer to us. Considering the poor service, we will not be coming back or recommend it to others hence the 1 star review. I generally don't rate restaurants based on the service but the service was so bad that I lost my appetite for their food. I understand having to train new employees but there should be quality control measures in place to ensure that customers have a decent experience while new staff are training.

The menu also shows sandwiches, soups and warm bowls. I don't know the area well but surprised they didn't have more people in during the lunch hour. My only negative is they don't seem to realize when customers enter as they are not greeted and can take several minutes before someone comes up front and realizes a customer or food delivery pick up is waiting. Would definitely go back when in the area.

They share parking a few other businesses and it was pretty busy when we got there but we snagged a spot. As we entered, we greeted by the owners who welcomed us and gave us menus to look through. They have a decent sized menu but not too overwhelming and if you don't like the options offered then you can do a create your own which is sweet! My boyfriend got their garden wrap with a garlic and herb tortilla while I got their Washington Apple wrap with a garlic and herb tortilla. There was an order ahead of us but the employees got the orders made in a good amount of time and presentation was a nice touch too. The wraps had a great ratio of all the listed ingredients and you can yaste everything in each bite. The ingredients tasted and looked fresh! The interior is very cozy with plenty of seating that accommodates solo, couples or small groups. They have great lighting in there, both natural and inside. They had some old school RnB playing which was nostalgic for me as I heard a lot of these as a pre-teen. Definitely a fantastic spot, especially if you are trying to eat or be more healthy conscious but still have a flavorful meal!
