When I walked In at 3:24 and was helped immediately. I told her I wanted the 3D for a cat eye design. She then walked me into the room and sat me down in a . Comfortable chair. I've gotten eyelash extension done before so I told her I wanted D curl and I usually do 11-12 shorter in the front and longer in the back. This is the first eyelash place that washed my eyelashes for me I think she washed it with none irritating soap then water. The whole process took 1 hour and 40 minutes. While I was getting my eye lashes done I felt a bit of pain and felt a pluck in my eye lash. Which I have never experience before. I'm debated between 3 star and 4 star with this review. The overall result was okay, not as dramatic as I wanted and the ends did not flare out as much as I wanted to be for some reason. Maybe it's because I don't have enough lashes at the end of the eye or maybe because I didn't explain what I wanted well enough. I've been going for more than six months now and I have to say my lashes ALWAYS look perfect even after 3 weeks. I don't know why I chose that one, but I thought the more expensive, the bigger and thicker my lashes were going to turn out. I was really bummed out cause my lashes started coming out substantially in a very short amount of time. All that money gone to waste. I made a visit to get a fix two weeks after (the only reason I took so long was because there was a blizzard a week before). Minnie charged me half the price and we changed it up to 3D Volume Set. My lashes looked thicker. They lasted a wee bit longer, but they fell off so quick, I was afraid to even blink. I went there one more time, thinking...maybe 3rd times a charm? This time, Minnie wasn't around. It was another girl, I'm guessing her name was Cat. She didn't really speak much English...but she understood that I wanted a fuller look and that I wanted a lot of glue. I've never been more excited and turned on looking at myself in the mirror before. Seriously, she slayyyyed my lashes. And it's been going on a week and a half with just 1 eyelash falling off. What was most memorable about this place was the customer service. The staff were all extremely friendly, and the staff who did my lash lift took her time cleaning my lashes and prepping them. When i arrived, I was greeted and brought into a room with really comfy sofa chairs. The staff gave me a cozy blanket and got to work. There was not a single memory of discomfort i felt with the staff or the atmosphere. I took a nice nap while my lashes were being done, and it was mostly painless except for the slight burn the glue for the silicone pads gave me. It was nothing I couldn't handle and pretty normal for glue. When i first got them done i noticed the inner lashes weren't as curled as id like so i called in the next day and they let me get it fixed for free. You do have to tip though. My lift lashes around 2 months. Its only beginning to fall now, which is a pretty good duration for a lash lift. Overall im pretty pleased with this place. I think these lash things are pretty pricey so it is a luxury. It was a pretty nice experience though! read more

They also gave me a brush and a sponge and taught me how to clean my lashes so that I can clean them correctly when I go home. I've been to other places before and none of them teaches me how to clean the lashes. I also did the eyebrows tattooing with Minnie. It was amazing. They used the technique that could make the eyebrows stay for 6-12 months long. Everyone is very nice and skilled, Minnie, Cat and Cynthia have all done my lashes before and it came out great every time. Lashes usually last for three weeks before I go back for another session.
