My husband and I came to find a charm to celebrate my graduation, and we walked out with a graduation charm, a placeholder charm (to separate all my dangling charms), and a small cross charm all for just $100! It was incredibly crowded, but we also came at 11am on Mother's Day, so I can't really knock the service for being a bit slow. I can imagine that on a regular day, we would have been helped very promptly. I just got back from Disney world where I got my first bracelet as a keepsake. we spent over $800 on exclusive Disney charms, upgraded bracelet, safety chain, spacer, and clips.I had the bracelet for 3 days before coming home. I had looked at the bracelet on the plane and all items were there. we go home and I was missing the Disney spacer I had picked out and panicked. I felt so much guilt on how much money my husband had spent on something that broke. today I went in with receipt in hand. Removed a tray of jewelry that we were looking at so that he could display a different tray for a customer that came in after us. We had already been ran off from the jewelry case we were looking at so he could initially help her. I will say that the store was busy and he was alone at that very moment however this was the second mistake, horrible lack of customer service. Been looking for a couple hard to find bracelets. Found them! I had called ahead and they had one Alice and Wonderland bracelet left. They held it for me. When I got to Pandora there was a small wait to get in due to Covid. They completelly sanitize between customers. After I came in I told Kye I had a bracelet on hold. She got it for me. She cleaned my three bracelets I was wearing. (Love Pandora bangles!). We were talking about my bracelets while she was cleaning them. Was a long shot but I asked if they had the Fantasyland Castle bracelet. They did! These are only available at Disney parks and Disney website. I had been unable to find my size. I did a happy dance right there in the store when she pulled that bracelet out. Due to Covid they released the bracelet to Pandora stores since Disney parks are closed. Absolutely awful service. My mother went in to look for something for my niece, and the seller kept dissuading my mother from buying anything, saying things like "it's too expensive". Went there on Friday afternoon, none of the staffs said anything when we walk in. Waited for at least 20 minutes still no one came and said anything. We finally asked if someone could help us. I have been to several Pandora locations around the world and this one is my new favorite. Teri was incredibly helpful and knew the inventory inside and out. When I told her what I was looking for, she gave me great suggestions in my budget without ever being pushy. I was shopping for gifts, but she even took the time to polish my bracelet and clean it without me asking. I had my kids with me and they were kept occupied by the coloring books and crayons and Teri gave them each a candy stick on the way out, along with a bottle of water.
