The chicken itself was well seasoned, crispy, fresh oil, great Sichuan peppercorn flavor, and lots of peppers. The fried rice was also great with a good wok hei flavor. The most recent time, we ordered 5 standard dim sum items on our phone while we were outside the restaurant. We ended up waiting at least 40 minutes for our food to be ready. When we asked for an update around the 30 minute mark, the lady at the counter was so unhelpful. Just said it's not ready without actually checking and then she turned away and ignored me. When we finally got our food, we ate it within 10 minutes, and the food was already lukewarm/almost cold. It was not worth the wait. Note ordering online has a $1 convenience fee. You wait for your takeout bag to be available on the long table inside, and then you take it to the nearby counter and pay there. Utensils and napkins are not automatically included in your bag. If we decide to come back, it would only be for dine in service. Never again for take out.
